The results were surprisingly not any better than the city water which is heavy in calcium and trace metal minerals. Buyer beware and don't waste your funds on sparkletts water that you may think is better. Instead, filter your water through your home appliances and change the filter more often for more control over your water quality. What a waste. And mostly a scam.

Before stopping in this visit, I should have taken it as a sign that it wouldn't be as pleasant if an experience seeing that no one else was there getting water. I pull my car in and turn off the engine as instructed. It takes an only a few minutes for an older woman to come out to greet me. Since it had been a while since I'd been there, I simply asked how much it was per gallon. The woman helping me informs me it's $1.30/ gallon. I was alarmed by the high prices and she informs me that it's only a little more than what Walmart charges. I planned to thank her for the information and respectfully decline but before I can do so, she starts to belittle me and speaks to me as if I'm a child while explaining the water filtration process (which I declined to hear but she insisted on telling me in a condescending tone anyway). She continued to scoff at me and gave me the most judgemental looks throughout our interaction. I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. The convenience or "water quality" that Water Street Station has to offer is not worth putting up with the rude, condescending woman working there. I'd much rather take my money and go to a place where I can fill my 5 gallons of water myself, in silence.

This company is about the worst company l I've ever had to deal with. I had them install a water…read moresoftener and reverse osmosis (RO) system in my home about 5 years ago. Their RO system sucked. It broke down and completely stopped working (a dribble, to no water) about every 6 months. I would have to call them out and get a repair and pay for it! I finally replaced their RO system last year with a self-installed APEC system and have never looked back - totally reliable constant water pressure, highly recommended! In addition, I commissioned Water Tec to deliver potassium for my water softener after they installed it. Again totally unreliable! I instructed them to fill up the potassium bin and leave three extra bags of potassium every time they delivered. Did they do that? No! They filled up the tank but didn't leave any extra bags on multiple occasions. I just went out to inspect the potassium bin tonight and it's completely empty again. I've had it with them. Don't go with this company. You will regret it. If I could have given them no stars I would have.

The customer service is remarkable and extremely friendly...the opposite of Arizona water who continually deny what is in my water and why it tastes so awful. When I did a zip code check of what IS in my local water I stayed up all night terrified of what I was drinking and did hours of research. I can now sleep at night knowing that what I am drinking wont kill me. There is no downside from my choice of using Rainbow Water & Ice. I get it delivered to my door and those five gallon jugs are HEAVY!!! The containers are cleaned thoughly, you pay no more than the water you would buy in the store, you dont have to recyclable or even use those terrible bottles but you can refill them with this great tasting water. I did all the research. Yes you may save a dollar at walmart but toting 200 lbs of water home is not fun. And when was the last time you got anything high quality at Walmart?

You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste.
