They sent out a Technician, Joe, and I must say this young man has a great attitude and is an excellent professional plumber. He explained in detail everything he was going to do. He also told me that the model I have is no longer used; a different system takes its place, and it eliminates the need to change filters every 6 months. The price that he gave me for an estimate was also the final price to the penny. I would highly recommend Plumber of Tucson for any plumbing work.

Seriously, give these guys your business!…read more We've used Fosters Plumbing for multiple properties and have called on them in some pretty stressful, last-minute emergency situations. We've dealt with everything from septic backing up into our showers, clogged toilet lines to jobs that required getting up on the roof and even tracking down an old buried septic tank that took hours of hard work to locate. Every single time, these guys have shown up and worked their butts off. They've worked in the heat, tackled unpleasant jobs, and somehow maintained great attitudes through it all. Everyone has been kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile when we really needed help. They've also been incredibly kind to our parents & family. Having people you can trust who treat with kindness and respect makes all the difference. Huge shoutout to Jesus, Jorge, and Danny!! Absolute stand-up guys who clearly take pride in their work. We're incredibly grateful for everything they've done for us Fosters Plumbing has earned our trust and our business, and we couldn't recommend them more highly!

We have used Silverado several times over the years for various plumbing projects that come up in…read moreour old house. This time my wife was convinced we needed a new hot water heater and we had some other minor leaky faucets and such that needed attention. So, I called and set up an appointment for the other day. There was a minor mix-up in the dispatch office on the morning of and the wrong guy with the wrong truck with the wrong orders showed up on time (that was nice). Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite. He worked quickly and expertly finishing everything it what seemed to be a short amount of time. Everything was cleaned up and it all works great now. Rates were reasonable for this market and cost of living for the new tank plus labor and few misc. parts. Highly recommend Silverado for your plumbing jobs.

I cannot recommend Imperial Plumbing highly enough, and Justin in particular was absolutely…read moreoutstanding. Justin recently helped us with the installation of a Moen Flo shutoff system and also serviced both of our water heaters. From start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question we had, and made sure the work was done correctly rather than rushing through the job. What impressed me most was the care and respect he showed my elderly mother. He was patient, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. He made sure she understood what was being done, answered all of her questions, and treated her with the kindness and dignity every customer deserves. Justin thoroughly inspected both water heaters, replaced the anode rods, explained the condition of the tanks, and gave us honest recommendations without any pressure or upselling. His assessment gave us confidence that the systems are in good shape and helped us make informed decisions about maintenance and future planning. He also made sure our new Moen Flo system was installed properly and working exactly as it should. It is refreshing to work with someone who combines technical expertise with genuine integrity and exceptional customer service. Justin represents the very best of what a service professional should be. Because of him, Imperial Plumbing has earned our trust and will be our first call for any future plumbing needs. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, meticulous, and truly cares about his customers, ask for Justin. You will be glad you did. Highly recommended.

Stay away from this guy. He was very prompt getting here but that is the best I can say. The…read morecompany is now "Ghost" plumbing and that is apparently what is happening. I am being ghosted. Had a clog in our septic line and after snaking it out, Paul put a camera into the clean-out and it turned out we had roots in the line. Our initial bid of $1200.00 soon turned into $2300.00. We needed a pipe replaced from the house to the septic tank (it was a ten-foot stick of pipe). His helper was the one who did the work After the pipe was replaced, he sealed at the tank with Styrofoam spray. His helper buried the cover the septic tank and all was well. A couple days later the toilets began backing up again. We called Paul and he stated that there was something else wrong with our entire septic system. My wife was angry because we had paid him not only a deposit, but another cash payment to pay his helper. He became indignant that my wife was yelling in the background and he refused to come back to fix this stating " I'm a man and I can't be talked too like that". I called another company to have the tank pumped. When the lid was removed from the tank, there was a dome of Styrofoam blocking the opening to the septic tank. The gentleman who was going to pump the tank began pulling large pieces of foam from the opening. The foam had gone into (and fully blocked) the pipe that empties into the tank, which is why our toilets backed up again. I rented a snake on my own dime and got it opened up. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Ghost plumbing or P&R plumbing as it was previously called. OK. I see Paul has responded. I would just say that I would never ask him to use foam to seal the pipe. I am a jeweler, NOT a plumber. I texted you yesterday BEFORE I paid to rent a snake. You did not answer me. I too have texts and photos Paul. I stand by my assertion. Stay away from this company!
