I hired Elite to run a gas line for a BBQ from the meter to the patio. I picked this company because of the high ratings on Yelp but regret that I didn't get multiple quotes. They quoted me $3500 but charged me $3570. The average cost according to Home Advisor should have been less than half this. I've contacted Elite 3 times about the over charge but they've never responded. They were supposed to run the pipe down the side of the house but ended up digging across my backyard because they didn't clearly communicate where the connection was supposed to be placed to the installer. Digging across the back yard damaged the sprinkler supply line, which costs me additional money to repair. They didn't clean up after their work and left dirt on top of the pavers, see picture.

Water leaking from the pipes, under the cabinets and to the floor.

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

From our first meeting, Austin Sanchez inspired my confidence that he understood what was wrong and how to correct it. All of his employees will impress you with their hard work, and how they make all of their decisions based on what is the right thing to do. You can even see it in how they take care of their equipment. Their pricing is competitive, and they completed a difficult job in the time they had estimated. Meanwhile our drains had always been sort of slow I called Drain Medics to just look down the vent pipe to see if it had really been properly cleared. They have a visual tube to stick down pipes and see what's going on. I thought the vent pipe may not have been fully unclogged. But when Austin arrived he immediately spotted something on the front yard that changed everything. A wet patch right under our window was in fact leaking sewage. With poopoo and all! When he put the visual tube in that big drain pipe we saw the entire inside of a very corroded old cast iron pipe going all the way out some 30 feet. Austin said this rough corrosion would catch T-paper and plug it up. Then in a day or two they'd melt, but then in a few days it'd do the same thing again. Austin told us most plumbers would replace the drain pipe. That would dig up our lovely natural lawn, take several days, and would be pricey. He could do a coring out of the inner corrosion of our pipe and then coat that with a strong epoxy resin which would fix the problem. It's guaranteed for 25 years at about 3/4 the pipe-replacement price, would also save our front yard from destruction, and take only a day. We accepted. Upon further research, I found they were indeed representing the situation correctly and their prices were very reasonable. And moreover they among the few plumbers uniquely qualified to do such repair and at such a price, as this was their specialty. They showed up and did the work brilliantly. I've watched people work and have some experience in the field, and they were top notch. Everything went without a hitch. Again, I cannot praise their professionalism, friendliness, and efficacy enough. Well, a few days have passed. The drains drain faster. The toilets flush better. A job I feel really good about. I consider it among the best investments in our little old casita that we've made.

This was going to be an expensive repair. No. Matter. What. On top of that -- there was no obvious location on the source of the leak. The way the water was running atop the concrete, it appeared there could have been three points of origin. Great...now I needed a leak detector. That will cost another few hundred. After calling several plumbers in the area getting tremendously high quotes (Really?! Thousands of dollars?! You're not replacing the full line; this is merely a repair) or apologies that the work could not be done for a few days, I ended up calling Mr. Rooter. I'd heard of the company, but did not have a good sense about its reputation. Checking out the Yelp review, I found that things appeared mostly positive. So I went for it. Only problem I had, interestingly, was getting the quote and making an appointment. There was something wrong with the telephone tree that would not patch me through to a human being. So I asked for a quote via Yelp and got a response within hours. I appreciated that. I had the good fortune of being assigned Mike S. and another Mike, whose last name I cannot recall. The quote offered was competitive considering what I had hear from other folks. And they could finish the job within a 24-hour period. Also, I found that Mike S. and Mike #2 were friendly and forward during their inspection. I'd had leak experience with my home in the past, so I had at least minimal knowledge of the task ahead. After the initial inspection, I was left with Mike S., who is extremely dedicated to his craft. He was careful, deliberate and patient during a job that took hours upon hours. And he made sure that the patch job was adequate, also cleaning up the entire area and the pavement above the repair. He even took the extra distance to make sure that patch job was a uniform color with the rest of the slab section. That was greatly appreciated! I most certainly would hire Mike S. again. Without hesitation. I am pleased with the results of what could have been a far more nightmarish situation.

Title: Beyond Disappointed…read more I rarely leave reviews, but what I've gone through with Fusion Air and Plumbing has been heartbreaking and financially devastating, and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. I hired them to install a brand-new air-conditioning system in December 2024. I trusted them. Instead, I ended up with a faulty A/C fan that ran nonstop, caused my home to stay extremely uncomfortable, and left me with an electric bill that skyrocketed to nearly $5,000. When I called Fusion for help, I explained that the electric company believed the issue was most likely a fan that wouldn't shut off. Instead of addressing that, Fusion charged me 2000 dollars to remove an old, already-disconnected swamp cooler from my roof. They assured me that was the cause of my crisis. I didn't know any better, and I believed them--because I had no reason not to. But the bills kept climbing. The stress was overwhelming. I called again, desperate for answers, and only then did the technician admit the obvious: the fan they installed was the problem all along. They replaced it, but the damage--financially and emotionally--was already done. What has hurt the most is the complete silence from the owner, Sean Stewart. I provided copies of my electric bills. I asked for a phone call. I wrote letters. I called again and again. He never responded--not once. Not even an acknowledgment. Since July 2025, I've been struggling under thousands of dollars of debt from a situation that should never have happened and was not my fault. This is on top of the cost of the new A/C system ($11,000) and the unnecessary charges for removing the swamp cooler. As a disabled senior citizen living on a fixed income, these months have been painful, frightening, and deeply discouraging. I wish my experience had been different. But based on what I've gone through, I cannot recommend Fusion Plumbing and Air to anyone.

My service window was changed three times: first 9 AM - 1 PM, then 11 AM - 4 PM, and finally 4 PM - 7 PM. Despite all the changes, they still missed the final window. I wasn't notified that the technician was on his way until after 7 PM, and he didn't arrive until approximately 7:45 PM. The visit was supposed to address two hazard-tagged issues requiring repair. When the technician arrived, he said he didn't want to inspect the attic line because it would be "a lot of work" and instead asked for pictures the company already had. He spent less than seven minutes at my home before leaving. For issues serious enough to be hazard-tagged, the inspection felt rushed, incomplete, and unsettling. I left with little confidence the problems had been properly evaluated. Parts were ordered, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled for the following Wednesday with an 8 AM - 12 PM arrival window. I called at 8:30 AM that morning to confirm the appointment and requested notification when the technician was on the way. Despite that, the appointment was completely missed with no communication at all. I had to reschedule for the following morning. When the technician finally arrived, I was informed they were only approved to repair one of the two hazard-tagged issues. No one communicated this beforehand, resulting in even more wasted time and frustration. The biggest issue wasn't just the missed appointments. It was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and respect for my time. Multiple schedule changes, a rushed and inadequate inspection, a missed appointment with no notice, and discovering at the last minute that only half the work was approved is simply unacceptable. If you value reliability, professionalism, thorough inspections, and clear communication, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I cannot recommend Waterway Plumbing.

If you are looking for an honest, reputable, reliable, family owned and operated plumbing service-…read moreYOU FOUND IT!l Little long review, but they deserve an honest and in depth one. Joe, Tanya and John are truly the best and take real pride in their operations. I live in a 1953 home. I had just spent $20k with Rooter Ranger to repipe under the home, yard and reconnect to the sewer (11/2025). My bathroom sink still wouldn't drain. I called RR back out. RR snaked it and "jetted" it and still couldn't clear it, drained but slow. I called them back and turns out this national company went out of business. Crushed doesn't begin to describe it. I spent a small fortune, for me at least, on this and they were out of business. We were using a bowl in the sink and the smell was unpleasant. I began looking online and found My Plumber. They had excellent reviews. I called and they were available immediately to help. John came on time, he was kind and professional. I told him that it was previously snaked with no luck. I told him I didn't want to have to pay for it again because it didn't work. He assured me that he needed to check and if that was the case, it would be credited to new work. Wouldn't you know, John CLEARED IT! It was an old black cap that had perfectly gotten stuck in the pipe. I was so grateful and emotional because I assumed this was going to be another costly bill. He did tell me that the hookup to the pipe was corroding, under the sink. I should replace it before it gave out and caused a larger problem. I said yes, good idea. He did warn me that if they couldn't remove it-because of the age and corrosion-we may need to go behind the wall. I understood. Today owners Joe and Tanya came to take camera footage and replace the corroded hookup under the bathroom sink. Joe was able to get it off and replaced without issue. Another win for my wallet. Tanya showed me the video of the gunk and build up in the pipe and suggested to hydrojet it. I did ask how long the buildup looked like it had been there since I was told by RR they had jetted it. This was years and years of build up, RR did not jet it-should have known. It was black and stinky. After they jetted it, the water quickly swirled right down the drain. I was shocked and so happy. I did ask if repiping was something I needed to worry or prepare for. Joe and Tanya said no, not at this time. There was very little cast iron that came out, I should be good for a long while. Pipes were in better shape than we thought. They packed up, cleaned up and let me know if I had any concerns or if it for some reason the drain got clogged, to reach out and they would take care of it. Sigh of relief. These are highly trained and educated plumbers, with a family business that will be around for a long time. They truly care about their work and customers. I would recommend My Plumber to my family, friends and complete strangers. Thank you again to Joe, Tanya and John! Your thoroughness, knowledge and integrity saved me money and gave me peace of mind.
