The store is always nice and clean. It's located inside a busy strip mall but the owner thoughtfully reserves parking right out front for easy loading. He's always helping people fill up their bottles so things move smoothly and quickly.

The employee was smiling waiting for us down at the counter. We put down our big water gallons right in front of her, and she kindly greeted us. She grabbed them and rinsed every single one of them out, before she even filled them up with fresh water. We had six big water jugs to get filled, and it was 30cents per gallon to fill them up. They have regular water and they also sell alkaline water for an additional cost. The owners were there on that night, and they were both super friendly! They definitely won our business! You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste. This is a small family owned water delivery. Depending on where you live in Parker area, they only…read moredeliver a few times a month and they won't deliver any new filled waters unless you have that many empties. In my case I ran out of water early because I didn't know how much to order the first time. I asked if I could get an extra delivery and had upped my order to 3 bottles instead of two. I was told I would have to have all 3 empty bottles out in order to get 3 filled waters. That means all bottles would be empty on delivery day. Which means you are out completely out of water at that point. I don't see how this would work for anyone. Seemingly you might be out of water for as long as two weeks and if you are not there to put it out, it could be a month. I decided this wasn' t going to work for me, for this was my vacation home and I'm not there full time. I had to take my empty bottles and fill them myself. So on delivery day, I wasn't there and both bottles had been filled by me and they were inside my house. So no delivery at all. The whole reason I did this was so I would not have to lift heavy bottles at my age. My only option was to cancel my account. So I asked if they could just charge me a reasonable price for the empty bottles. There answer was 20.00 dollars a bottle. Which is a ridiculous price as I can buy them at Walmart for 13.00. They weren't willing to work with me at all. Why should you have to get to completely empty before you can get the same amount delivered. I used to have Sparklets, they were very accommodating to your needs but I was told they don't deliver to my address in Earp Ca. I'm 72. The whole reason I did this was lifting heavy water bottles was very difficult. On my first order I asked several times to deliver to my back porch, so I wouldn't have to lift the heavy bottles from the front porch to the back porch. They totally messed up the delivery and put everything on the front porch. 2 heavy 5 gallon jugs and 2, 24 case waters. I had to get a dolly to move everything from front to back. Up and down stairs. They would not come back and move them. In short really bad customer service and the girl on the phone could care less about helping with any of this, and seemed a bit annoyed that I was even asking . So much for family owned. I don't usually review on Yelp but maybe they will improve their customer service for others in the future. YOU CANT WAIT TILL YOU HAVE COMPLETELY EMPTY BEFORE YOU GET NEW, HELLO. After posting this review, I got a text message from the girl on the phone who proceeded to try and make me feel bad for my review by bringing the assassination of Charley Kirk into it. No apologies for any issues I had with them. No mention of talking to their family about these unreachable delivery options. This is extremely unprofessional. I cannot recommend them. I'm tired of no one cares about good service any more. In reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who doesn't agree you should have to put out all your water bottles in order to get the same delivered. When you still have a full or partial full bottle in your water cooler machine. Apparently they just don't get this! The whole reason we have water delivered is to have water at all times. This makes no sense.

It taste like the Fresh Water springs up in Sedona, Arizona, which is all natural. This water is so good. I can never go back to any other water.
