The employee was smiling waiting for us down at the counter. We put down our big water gallons right in front of her, and she kindly greeted us. She grabbed them and rinsed every single one of them out, before she even filled them up with fresh water. We had six big water jugs to get filled, and it was 30cents per gallon to fill them up. They have regular water and they also sell alkaline water for an additional cost. The owners were there on that night, and they were both super friendly! They definitely won our business! The store is always nice and clean. It's located inside a busy strip mall but the owner thoughtfully reserves parking right out front for easy loading. She never said please or thank you kindly. Her facial expression was very aggressive and angry. Super irritated- MAD...
