It could NOT be controlled or monitored, but the people did their best to be courteous. All of a sudden when we were near their doors a mad lady (which seemed to be the owner) came out and was extremely nasty telling us (me in particular) to MOVE! She never said please or thank you kindly. Her facial expression was very aggressive and angry. Super irritated- MAD... When you treat your potential customers and existing customers this way, it leaves a bad impression. We actually were going to treat ourselves to an ice cream cone after visiting the other establishment. They are incredibly helpful- especially when it comes to the physical aspect of lifting the heavy water bottles for you. We pulled up in the drive thru for our first time. We were promptly greeted by a super friendly gentlemen who explained the whole thing to us, including their rewards program. Our bottles were unloaded from the trunk, cleaned, sanitized, filled and loaded back into the car. We were wished well and sent on our way. It's about 35minutes away from us to go here. The drive thru really helps with the whole chore of this. We are talking about getting more bottles and just making a monthly trip up. Check this place out if you need a great new water store

The employee was smiling waiting for us down at the counter. We put down our big water gallons right in front of her, and she kindly greeted us. She grabbed them and rinsed every single one of them out, before she even filled them up with fresh water. We had six big water jugs to get filled, and it was 30cents per gallon to fill them up. They have regular water and they also sell alkaline water for an additional cost. The owners were there on that night, and they were both super friendly! They definitely won our business! I could have saved hundreds maybe thousands of dollars over the years. It comes out to be $1.75 plus tax for a 5 gallon water fill up. The water is reverse osmosis which is the same quality as the water delivery companies. Also, you can come in at your convenience instead of waiting for the delivery truck to drop it off each month. ANNND... if you really can't wait, there is a water dispenser on the outside of the store for 24 hour self-serve water-filling. These external fill stations are a little banged up from vandalism, but the spouts looked clean and still functional. This place is really clean inside which gives me confidence of its sanitation.They have all your water needs and even sell bottles, caps, dispensers, not to mention, little knick-knacks and random novelty items. ANNND... Thrifty ice cream and snow cones and other snacks! Yep, you can be healthy by getting your water and then be unhealthy at the same time by getting some sweet treats.
