But after trying everything, we both agreed that the Coconut Cherry Pie and Coffee & Love Nuts were our favorites. The employee had to ask the manager, who immediately said no. My friend explained that other Handel's locations have happily done this before, and even offered to pay for the extra cup. The manager still refused and told her she'd have to purchase two separate milkshakes instead. The request wasn't for extra product--just a second cup for two small children to share. What made the experience worse was the manager's attitude. She came across as rude and dismissive rather than trying to help find a reasonable solution. We understand that every location has its own policies, but customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, between the cramped space and the poor experience with the manager, we won't be returning to this location.
