High quality well maintained RO water is 25c/ gal & pre-paid water card is only 20c/gal. Alkaline water $1.25/gal. Yummy Thrifty ice cream and milkshakes. Variety of flavor of Hawaiian Shaved Ice. Very clean. The friendly staff is always welcoming customers.

One stop store for everything you need! Crystal clear water, new ice made 24/7 (with the RO filtered water), thrifty ice cream, Hawaiian shaved ice, snacks, candies, drinks, accessories, etc. Customer service is Best in the neighborhood for sure!

Convenient location as they have 24/7 water dispensary. Inside of the store, they sell candy, drinks and Thrifty ice cream. Owner is very friendly.

It looks like the equipment used to filter the water isn't working. I'm convinced I just bought plain old Chandler tap water, ugh.

He looked so guilty showing it to me, I knew right then it HAD to be THAT GOOD! A few days later, I had my first Andy's Frozen Custard! It was a Peach Dream Concrete and it was out of this world good!! I have tried not to go back too often but if I'm counting correctly, this may have been my 3rd time here. I've never walked up to place an order, just to the drive-thru. The service is great! Employees are always friendly and engage in polite conversation. They also give a military discount when you show your valid I.D. Yay!! I have yet to try other things on their menu. This place is so damn good, it's dangerous that I live super close to it, lol. If you've never had anything from Andy's, you should go. Thank me later, haha! enJOY!

We had terrific service, they were friendly and quick. The frozen custard is always good! I tried something new yesterday by getting the Boot Daddy, but typically their seasonal s'mores or the Nutty Waffle Crunch are my go tos! My husband always orders their butter pecan, but opted for the NWC for his treat. Can't wait to stop by again!

And once you try it, you realize why it's so popular. The ice cream tastes incredibly fresh and homemade. My personal favorite is the honey lavender--it's perfectly balanced. The lavender flavor is distinct and aromatic without being overpowering, which is rare since lavender desserts can sometimes lean too subtle or too strong. It's clearly a well-loved place because there's usually a line, but it moves quickly, so the wait is never a big deal. And it's absolutely worth it for the dough melt--seriously, it's to die for. There's just something amazing about that combination of cold, creamy ice cream sandwiched inside a warm donut. On top of all that, the staff is always very friendly, which makes the experience even better. I will always recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I are long distance, but when he was in town, this made for a perfect date night treat! Though the place has no interior seating and only one table, we quickly pivoted the plan to eat in my car. Definitely more of a grab and go place to plan a little differently next visit. And yes, next visit as we both loved what we ordered! My boyfriend wanted the Leslie Knope, but was advised it would take 5-10 minutes so he went with the Dough Melt. I took a bite of his, and it truly was heavenly to have ice cream between a deliciously warm glazed donut though I preferred my order. My scoop of chocolate was perfect for me as I don't like to go too overboard with the sweets! Definitely return here and recommend as the ice cream was very good. Hard for me to find chocolate ice cream that isn't just pure sugar, and tastes like chocolate. Novel hits the mark for me!

The staff were very friendly and definitely on top of their game. My partner ordered a chocolate peanut butter ripple malted shake and was mightily impressed. I ordered a scoop of Banana cream pie and chocoholic chunk in a cup. I was richly rewarded by both flavors. We cannot wait to return to taste other flavors amongst the long list of ice creams on offer. We're simply in the queue amongst the many locals who've long been privy to this little slice of ice cream Valhalla.

We showed up a little after 6 on a Friday night (in a particularly warm evening in January), and only a couple other people were there. We were greeted with a good amount of employees ready to take our orders. I was the first one to order and I opted for the 4 scoop sample. In it was banana cream pie, sticky fingers, chocolate peanut butter brownie, and graham central station. Each flavor was creamy and delicious. All of us got our own 4 scoop sample (so good thing there were that many employees ready to help and wasn't too busy at the time). My dad also got the chocolate peanut butter brownie and also the NCY cheesecake flavor. We both agreed the brownies in the chocolate flavor tasted like the usual frozen brownie chunks that don't really taste that great. He also commented the NYC cheesecake, while still good, was his least favorite. On the contrary, everything else I got was tasty (shout out to banana cream pie). My brother got the blue Oreo flavor was loved it. My mom loved her four flavors and commented that it had a lot of mix-ins "just like Ben & Jerry's" which she was a big fan of. Another great experience at a Handel's!
