More than just the average water and ice spot, they also sell Thrifty ice cream and advertise that they have $4.99 boba as well. While I didn't partake in purchasing either sweet treat, I did stop in to get some water. Water is $0.55 per gallon but if you get the prepaid RO water card, it would be $0.50 That's all I wanted to say. That and it's quite warm in here!

I didn't want to be the customer who comes in right before closing with a large order and keeps the employees there late. As soon as I walked into the store, an employee immediately told me they were "out of water." I thanked them politely, assumed there was nothing that could be done, and walked back to my car. About a minute later, I saw another customer carrying five or six empty water jugs into the store. They were able to begin filling all of them without any issue. Naturally, I was confused because I had just been told the store was out of water. I turned around and went back inside since it was clear there wasn't actually a problem with the water. Once I walked back in, the employee said, "Oh, I guess they're working now." While speaking with the other customers in the store, they also shared that they had initially been told there was no water, but decided to try anyway and it worked. I understand that things happen and equipment can be unpredictable, especially near closing time. However, as the other customer was finishing up, the employee walked over and said, "Well, are you going to pay for that or what?" Both myself and the other customers were stunned not only by what was said, but also by the tone in which it was delivered. The overall attitude made it feel as though we were a burden simply for trying to purchase water and go about our evenings. I completely understand the need to complete closing tasks and manage time efficiently, but there is still a way to do that while maintaining basic customer service and respect.

I could have saved hundreds maybe thousands of dollars over the years. It comes out to be $1.75 plus tax for a 5 gallon water fill up. The water is reverse osmosis which is the same quality as the water delivery companies. Also, you can come in at your convenience instead of waiting for the delivery truck to drop it off each month. ANNND... if you really can't wait, there is a water dispenser on the outside of the store for 24 hour self-serve water-filling. These external fill stations are a little banged up from vandalism, but the spouts looked clean and still functional. This place is really clean inside which gives me confidence of its sanitation.They have all your water needs and even sell bottles, caps, dispensers, not to mention, little knick-knacks and random novelty items. ANNND... Thrifty ice cream and snow cones and other snacks! Yep, you can be healthy by getting your water and then be unhealthy at the same time by getting some sweet treats. The employee was smiling waiting for us down at the counter. We put down our big water gallons right in front of her, and she kindly greeted us. She grabbed them and rinsed every single one of them out, before she even filled them up with fresh water. We had six big water jugs to get filled, and it was 30cents per gallon to fill them up. This store is a little larger than the other Water and Ice locations, including an area to sit and enjoy your ice cream or other treats. They have a vast selection of sodas, candy and other fun items. However, the staple is the tasty and available water all hours of the day. Inside there's around 12 water dispensers for ~6 customers at a time which limits or eliminates waiting. If you found a slower dispenser, move to the next one as they all have varying speeds. The workers behind the counter are always fast and courteous. I even got money back one time when the outdoor water dispenser ate my money after hours but didn't give me any water. The price of water is still reasonable at 50 cents per gallon for the quality of the water you're getting. It's the only water my cat will drink...she won't touch store water, fridge-filtered water or tap water. That's how you know it's good! I highly recommend this place for your water, ice and treat needs!
