My family and I have gone there for ice and water for many years and love the people working there. We recently got a reverse osmosis so we do not go there as often. Need water or ice? Come here! Recommended! I go here often to refill my big water bottles. Not that I've tried a bunch of stores, but the water from here *always* tastes great! I like that they have two large carts outside to help transport your large water bottles between your vehicle and the filling stations. There are inside and outside filling stations, but I always use the inside. Cost: Water costs very reasonable $0.35 per gallon. Service: If you're refilling water bottles, it's self-serve. But the staff is always friendly, holding the door open, and sometimes helping to fill your bottles. One of the cleanest water and ice locations we've been to. Started coming here after switching from a location in Tempe. That being said, don't buy your 5 gallon jugs here. We bought a second 5 gallon jug from this location last month and as soon as we got home we noticed it was leaking. Due to COVID, we figured we'd wait til we had to come back again and not waste the water (usually every 2 weeks). Well, today they told us they were sorry but couldn't exchange it. Offered nothing but an apology. Funny, how is one supposed to know if a jug is broken while still in store if they're aren't filled when sold to customers. I don't really have to say much here: This place has snow cones. What else do you want? Water? Ice? They probably have that too. In fact, I'm pretty sure they do. They also have a small, but very quality selection of candies and sodas. Whoever is doing their purchasing is incredibly knowledgable. I've eaten a friggin' TON of candy and soda in my life. Great shop, excellent ice cream, we all love it especially my kids. Fast RO refill stations, clean, owner Mike is nice and so are the high school employees that are well mannered and offer to help. I used to go to the local outdoor water dispensers at the gas station or superstore which were fine but took forever to refill four 5 gallon jugs with RO water. Found local owner Mike through my 2 high schoolers who would go there for ice cream only. The Water and Ice store now takes me a one quarter of the time to refill them. Also, I appreciate the owners candor when I asked what is the difference between your place and the outdoor water machines, he said not much except those machines are sitting outside in the sun all day and may not have recirculating fresh water because who knows when the last person used it. Went in an hour after they opened and was told "we are out of water, because we are trying to build our reserves just go use a water machine its the same thing" Wow nice to know those water machines are the same quality as you and that a water place runs out of water not like they were busy or anything dude was just stacking ice in the freezer. read more
