I could have saved hundreds maybe thousands of dollars over the years. It comes out to be $1.75 plus tax for a 5 gallon water fill up. The water is reverse osmosis which is the same quality as the water delivery companies. Also, you can come in at your convenience instead of waiting for the delivery truck to drop it off each month. ANNND... if you really can't wait, there is a water dispenser on the outside of the store for 24 hour self-serve water-filling. These external fill stations are a little banged up from vandalism, but the spouts looked clean and still functional. This place is really clean inside which gives me confidence of its sanitation.They have all your water needs and even sell bottles, caps, dispensers, not to mention, little knick-knacks and random novelty items. ANNND... Thrifty ice cream and snow cones and other snacks! Yep, you can be healthy by getting your water and then be unhealthy at the same time by getting some sweet treats. It's all about balance, right? This store is like those little shops you grew up with as a kid and dipped into your piggy bank to get a treat. This is a family run business and I hope it stays in business, because it is tucked away in the corner at the end of the shopping plaza and easy to miss.

This store is a little larger than the other Water and Ice locations, including an area to sit and enjoy your ice cream or other treats. They have a vast selection of sodas, candy and other fun items. However, the staple is the tasty and available water all hours of the day. Inside there's around 12 water dispensers for ~6 customers at a time which limits or eliminates waiting. If you found a slower dispenser, move to the next one as they all have varying speeds. The workers behind the counter are always fast and courteous. I even got money back one time when the outdoor water dispenser ate my money after hours but didn't give me any water. The price of water is still reasonable at 50 cents per gallon for the quality of the water you're getting. It's the only water my cat will drink...she won't touch store water, fridge-filtered water or tap water. That's how you know it's good! I highly recommend this place for your water, ice and treat needs!

It could NOT be controlled or monitored, but the people did their best to be courteous. All of a sudden when we were near their doors a mad lady (which seemed to be the owner) came out and was extremely nasty telling us (me in particular) to MOVE! She never said please or thank you kindly. Her facial expression was very aggressive and angry. Super irritated- MAD... When you treat your potential customers and existing customers this way, it leaves a bad impression. We actually were going to treat ourselves to an ice cream cone after visiting the other establishment. Years ago, we purchased several of their punch cards, and I still had almost five left -- about $50 worth. I decided to use them today when I went to fill up my water bottles. After I started filling them, I asked the employee if they still accepted the cards. She looked at them and immediately said no because they were "five years old." She then asked me if I thought Kohl's would honor a seven-year-old gift card. Considering there was no expiration date on these cards, I honestly believe that comparison was unfair. What upset me most was the way the situation was handled. She took the cards out of my hands and said, "I'll just keep these and you can take the water." In the end, I essentially paid over $40 for 9 gallons of water that had technically already been paid for years ago. I even offered to pay for the water at that moment, but she repeatedly refused while keeping the cards. The entire interaction made me feel as though I was being treated like I was doing something wrong, when all I was trying to do was use prepaid punch cards with no expiration date. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I won't be returning.

They offer both regular and alkaline water.
