The ice cream there is great and me and my friends love to go there and it is the perfect way to relax on a hot summer day.

I've been buying my water at this Water and Ice location for around 22 years now. I bought a water cooler/dispenser here 20 years ago and it's still working great after minor preventative maintenance every few years. This store is a little larger than the other Water and Ice locations, including an area to sit and enjoy your ice cream or other treats. They have a vast selection of sodas, candy and other fun items. However, the staple is the tasty and available water all hours of the day. Inside there's around 12 water dispensers for ~6 customers at a time which limits or eliminates waiting. If you found a slower dispenser, move to the next one as they all have varying speeds. The workers behind the counter are always fast and courteous. I even got money back one time when the outdoor water dispenser ate my money after hours but didn't give me any water. The price of water is still reasonable at 50 cents per gallon for the quality of the water you're getting. It's the only water my cat will drink...she won't touch store water, fridge-filtered water or tap water. That's how you know it's good! I highly recommend this place for your water, ice and treat needs! read more

Visiting Son in Phoenix & decided to fill his water for him as he works the night shift. We never have dealt with this (live in VA). He told us where he goes & said if any issue there is a helpful guy who works there that will explain the process. He was right,, he showed us how to work the system when we arrived. Super easy & efficient with carts outside to use to get your water containers inside & back. Nice & clean, bright store with ice-cream, candy and shaved-ice to tempt you. I got an ice-cream cone as I checked out. I might volunteer for this chore more often. read more

If you are like me and horrified of bugs... So many grasshoppers if you go at night. Be careful. didn't even want to stay to fill up my last jug. They are very jumpy near the outdoor water station. read more

I visit this location every two weeks to fill up our water bottles. The owners are so nice, very helpful. The shop has a great feature I hadn't seen before, a sanitizing station. I use it every few months and my water always tastes great. read more

Every time I come here and I mean every time, he over charges me. I have to literally tell him that he is over charging and then he will act like he didn't know and fix it. I come one day the tops are free, I come another day 40 cents, then my husband goes and he tells him 1.50 for a toppp??? That half the price for the water. I like to go to different Water and Ice places, as they are all very different. This so far has been the very best one. The most unique thing I have seen is the water bottle cleaner. I can clean it on my own, and do, but it's so much easier to put it in the thing and clean it for $0.25. The other thing was the service I got when ordering snow cones, genius. Most places don't have cup holders and it sort of makes sense. However, this place basically recycles their candy boxes and provided me with a very simple, yet genius way to carry my cups without spilling them, which has happened. 100 recommend this place, 10/10. I came in to buy a BPA water bottle with a spout. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Unlike another store I had gone to where the man working seemed to be making fun of me for requesting BPA free. This storekeeper was very nice! He sanitized the bottle and filled it for me. Great customer service!!! They had an excellent selection of Thrifty ice cream and so many flavors for the shaved ice. Also well stocked on candy. It was clean and welcoming. Nice place. Clean. Simple. No rinsing the bottles is the most stupid rule any water and ice can have. Some places have the small round circle knob where you can rinse, this place doesn't have it so therefore you cannot rinse? How can I find locations that are okay with rinsing? Water and Ice with 5 stars? Well, I didn't expect it either! I was packing up for Country Thunder and had my huge cooler in the back seat. I had absolutely no idea how much ice it needed. When we pulled up the owner gave us the rundown of all the sizes and asked what we needed. When we told him we didn't know he handed us a card and told us to load up and then come back and let him know what we used. WHAT? Someone let us take product outside without paying for it? Wow. Is this still 2012? The Mayans must be right, the end of the world is near. I know, I know... it is just ice you say. But, I've never had that happen before at any business. Stopped in recently for ice cream. Lady ignored us for awhile. Then, acted surprised when she realized we were waiting for service... ? Why else would we stand there. My daughter really needed a restroom and the woman informed me that they didn't have one. They must hold it all day, apparently.. rudest vibe ever. NO smile. No hello, no thank you. I thought she was just a miserable b_tch. But, ends up after witnessing her friendly persona among other customers, that were coincidentally also not white, it became clear this was discrimination and we weren't welcome. This is the place to go in Casa Grand for ice and water. We have been costumers for three years now and they have always maintained a good, safe water supply. When they were closed for remodeling we had to use different sources and sure noticed the difference in quality. I had to toss out the jugs after filling up from one outside location due to mold. This is a review for the shaved ice. Never used the water service. My daughters LOVE this place. The shaved ice is deelish. Prices are great too. You can get a cold treat on a hot day for two bucks!! My advice: add the cream to your flavor it's freaken amazing. The guy who works there (owner) is SO nice. He always remembers what we get and is so friendly and patient. Just a good guy.
