The water and ice here are very pure. The water quality test results are on the white board…read more They sell Thrifty ice cream, soda pop cans, coke, pepsi, a healthy cookie, and water bottles prefilled with clean water. There is a drive through if you don't want to get out of the car. They fill the water jugs up for me and put them in the car. The owners care about their business and the customers. They also sell ice blocks. They are closed on Sunday, but there is a dispenser on the outside.

This was the last time I'll be coming here for water. My family used this place regularly when my…read moredad was alive, so this experience was especially disappointing. Years ago, we purchased several of their punch cards, and I still had almost five left -- about $50 worth. I decided to use them today when I went to fill up my water bottles. After I started filling them, I asked the employee if they still accepted the cards. She looked at them and immediately said no because they were "five years old." She then asked me if I thought Kohl's would honor a seven-year-old gift card. Considering there was no expiration date on these cards, I honestly believe that comparison was unfair. What upset me most was the way the situation was handled. She took the cards out of my hands and said, "I'll just keep these and you can take the water." In the end, I essentially paid over $40 for 9 gallons of water that had technically already been paid for years ago. I even offered to pay for the water at that moment, but she repeatedly refused while keeping the cards. The entire interaction made me feel as though I was being treated like I was doing something wrong, when all I was trying to do was use prepaid punch cards with no expiration date. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I won't be returning.

UPDATE-HORRIBLE- MEAN WOMAN!! So, we were visiting this…read morecomplex due to a promotional offer of another business & the line formed which came pasted a few other business doors including hers. It could NOT be controlled or monitored, but the people did their best to be courteous. All of a sudden when we were near their doors a mad lady (which seemed to be the owner) came out and was extremely nasty telling us (me in particular) to MOVE! She never said please or thank you kindly. Her facial expression was very aggressive and angry. Super irritated- MAD... When you treat your potential customers and existing customers this way, it leaves a bad impression. We actually were going to treat ourselves to an ice cream cone after visiting the other establishment. However, after this exchange and my prior 5 star review; we will NEVER step foot in this location/ visit or give them our time, attention or money EVER again!! *See my picture of this woman* Everyone around us in-line that had to come across her brash face full of anger were not only offended, but also extremely upset about how she acted not only to me directly, but many other patrons that were there to take advantage of a Grand Opening for their neighbors business. * You can be a good neighbor only if you have good neighbors.*

So in my very humble opinion, if you want to minimize losing customers, start adding to service... we do not need 1,200 choices of ice cream and candies... we need someone to help load heavy bottles... or help us fill the bottles..... INCREASE SERVICES if you cant lower the prices.
