As you see in previous reviews, the shop is always in pristine condition. Maryel is pleasant and helpful. Having been to several water shops in the valley- no other shop has come close to cleanliness and consistently good tasting water. Never, not once, in the years I've been shopping there have I thought, "Hmmm... the equipment must need cleaning." Not the case in at least two other shops. Well worth the drive. There are ample dispensers and she is always wiping down the area after customers complete the purchase. There was one time where the shop was unexpectedly closed. However, though inconvenienced a bit, I'll be back. Still, worth the trip for consistently good tasting water. read more

Her hours are so inconsistent. We showed up multiple times to find out she closed 30- 45 minutes early. Once again today closed 30 minutes early. I'd rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to give another place my business that respects their customers. read more

The shop is always in pristine condition, owner is quiet but very nice, and the water is truly the best. If we run out of water on one of her off days we just grab a prefilled half gallon somewhere so we can avoid filling up our jugs somewhere else. That's how good the water is. read more

This place is a true "watering hole", a social gathering spot of like minded individuals. I swear the conversations I happen upon here always uplift me and assure me that my Husband and I are not alone in our views despite what the media would have us believe. The water tastes great and I can rely on its purity. I come every week and the owner is very sweet and accommodating. She has a $5 minimum for debit cards but she allows me to use my $2.50 credit the next week. I don't understand the negative customer service reviews as this place is basically self service. read more

We walked in with 2 small jugs to fill and she said it would be an hour and a half because she had jugs to fill in front of us. The customer wasn't there though so that's strange, we should have been able to go it would have taken 10 minutes. She was very rude too. Unfortunate. read more

Really disappointed, went there tonight to fill up my jug. In the past I have lost quarters in the machine but not to the extent tonight. Dropped in $1.00 worth of quarters pressed the button and nothing. Coin return was tried and nothing back. No place to ask about it and no out of order sign on the unit. No Web site, guess I have to call and ask. I started going here because it was close and because the other place I went to was in a shady area, okay the syringes laying around the ground didn't help. read more

We have been coming here for years. Maryel knows her water and she keeps her store immaculate. The bottles do sometimes leak when on their side, but I've gotten water bottles from other stores in the past and they are the same. I always put a piece of Saran Wrap between the bottle and the lid and screw it on. Works fine. read more

ALKALINE ph8-10 SOLD HERE! This place is great and the owner is thoughtful and helpful. The alkaline water takes about 15 mins per 5gal bottle. I normally have 3 5gal bottle that I take in at a time. The owner will fill them for me while I run errands. That is excellent customer service! They sell bottles, stands, ice and thrifty ice cream. How can you not like this place :) read more

Just moved into the area and we use to have a RO system in our old house. Figured we just fill bottles in the new house! Went here and bought some 5 gallon jugs plus the water. Sadly the bottles would leak when stored on the side. This shouldn't have been a big deal they had other types of bottles with different lids! When I went back to exchange them I was lucky enough to have the owner there, for sure the owner would here that I just moved into the area and would want a long time customer! Well that assumption was wrong and I'll never becoming back here again! No exchange even unwilling to listen! Had this just been an employee I was dealing with I would have simply wrote it off as someone having a bad day, but being the owner was the one with terrible customer service skills I'd recommend going somewhere else! Update the owner will have people harass you if you leave an honest review! Again poor customer service skills! read more

The owner of this store is such an EXPERT on water and so much more! Its worth a visit just to learn from her. Maryel also seems to always be working, to support customers in every way. Twice she filled 5 gallon bottles with her special alkaline water and kept them for me until I could return later. She has also carried a heavy 5 gallon jug to the car for me when her carts were all in use. An amazing lady and wonderful products. read more

My family will NEVER purchase water here again. My teenage daughter and her boyfriend were having trouble with the water machine outside the store and did not go in to ask for help because the woman (owner??) was busy w a customer and then on her phone. My daughter thought she'd be able to figure it out but then one if the 5 gallon bottles slipped and fell to the ground spilling water all over and supposedly got into the store itself The woman did not offer assistance at all but instead came out and yelled at my daughter who came home in tears. My daughter said the woman kept complaining how everything is broken and is costing her so much money etc...This is no one way to treat your customers and you have now lost our business. I finally went to the water well and it is great! The lady who helped me was very nice and I asked if she could clean my bottles for me and gave me tips on how to clean them at home too. They also sell local honey. The lady told me the machines outside the shop have the same filtration as the spickets inside the store and can be used when the store is open and closed. To use those machines you just have to press the button as many time as you have gallons. For example one press is equaled to one gallon. read more

Very poor customer service. Informed owner of leaking issue when bottles are stored on side--she proceeded to suggest storing at an angle, when we informed her that was not an option she stated there was no problem with the bottle, it must be the caps were not on tight enough. Again, suggesting that it was our mistake and not hers or her employee's who helped with the initial purchase and put the caps on for us. (These also were not the twist on caps, but those with a wax seal) All we asked for was a different cap or exchange of bottles, which she declined, attempting to give us more of the same cap that we had issue with in the first place. Complete unwillingness by the owner to take accountability for what we would have viewed as a simple mistake. Guess that her need to be right and the $5 she saved by not giving us different caps was more important than having a return customer and positive word of mouth recommendations. read more
