Findlay Toyota

Findlay Toyota

I used to bring my Toyota's here for service but I had not made a purchase from this dealership…read moreuntil this past Labor Day. I had the pleasure of working with Toby to locate and purchase the Tacoma I've always wanted. He helped secure just the right one for my needs, he was patient and informative throughout the process, and made sure I understood everything and got exactly what I needed. A smooth process from start to finish, Toby is a top notch salesman, friendly and I'm very happy I was able to work with him. Findlay Toyota is very streamlined with everything in one spot, a truly comfortable car buying experience and I wish I would've bought a vehicle here sooner. If you're looking for a Toyota or need good service by professionals in a great location, I highly recommend stopping by and be sure to ask for Toby!

worst dealership in history. do not buy from here. you will get screwed in finance and do not buy…read moreanything with warranties. i bought a 2023 sequioa from here with max warranties and they refused to call it a lemmon. $65k in repairs and warranty work and they just dance around the problems to make surr you do not get to claim a lemmon. i asked help from jon barr and nothing. alex paz tries to screw us over by fiancing us into a bigger pile of debt by trying to trade it in so we can pay toyota for the next 7 years again. $115,000.00 for a 2026 4runner with the negative equity is insane!!!! finance will never show you the full amount. they will make you sign blindly and you will never show you the full amount at the end of all the interest because they know you would more than likely back out of the overpriced deal. the games they play in service will make you think they are being helped, but instead are tatics to create fear in you even if the car is covered under warrenty. before dale got fired or quit they had my toyota sequioa for 2 months and they were personally driving my car for 1 month around the city because when i caught them he said he wife was looking to buy one is the reason why i caught them driving it off my toyota app late night. i drove 15 loaner cars in 3 years for the same car to get fake diagnostics... worst than the doctor. its your heart... actually its your blood pressure... actually it is your attitude... actually sorry, its just the muscles .. litterally whay it felt like every visit this dealership is pure fraud. stay away from antwaun, jerry, alex, and jon barr. this dealership is the biggest scam in history. toyota corporate denied my lemon letters 3 times over 4 years problems with the sequioa since 13k miles and they did everything to ensure to not cover the true fixes of the car which should have been engine replacement. do not spend your money here. they can not handle high end clientele but the want to charge $100k + run if you are buying a car reading this at the table, get your keys and leave now.. they will be the biggest regret you will have

Findlay Honda Henderson - Time for maintenance

I stopped by Findlay Honda yesterday without an appointment because I had a green light on my…read moredashboard that I didn't recognize. It turns out it was supposed to be on, but I had simply never noticed it before--or maybe I had and just didn't remember. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the service. I was greeted by a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, and then Enrique, a young service professional who has been with Findlay Honda for about a year, came over to help me. I had purchased K&N air filters for my vehicle, and Enrique went above and beyond. He replaced both my engine air filter and glove compartment/cabin filter at no charge. That kind of service says a lot about the people who work there. What really stood out to me was that someone actually came all the way out to the parking lot to check on me and make sure I was okay and didn't need any help. You don't see that kind of personal attention everywhere. I also want to recognize Jeremy, my service advisor. He consistently does a great job and has always taken good care of me. I can't say enough good things about Findlay Honda. Cliff Findlay is clearly doing a great job of making sure his team has the right training, tools, and knowledge to take care of customers the right way. Five stars all the way! Thank you, Findlay Honda, Enrique, Jeremy, and the entire team for the spectacular service. It's greatly appreciated! Ps . I was at 80% oil change and I asked him can I go ahead and change it now and they said they didn't recommend it that just shows you how honest they are. Some places would've just went ahead and made the money. I'm changing the oil for you..

On 10-6-26, I went to Findlay Honda Henderson to look at a used Tesla Model Y. I inspected the car,…read morethe paint was in good condition no scratches or dents, then took a test drive. I ended up negotiating a decent deal, and while I was signing papers and going to my credit union, the dealership told me they were going to watch the car and charging the battery while I was gone and getting the documents that I needed. Unbeknownst to me that while I was gone someone at the dealership more than likely the detailing company scratched my car and I was not aware of it until the following day or so. The good thing for me is that I had happened to take pictures of the car just moments after it had gotten detailed. Because it just been cleaning the car was very shiny and what I thought was a reflection was actually white gouge marks on the black paint. I brought this up to the attention of an assistant sales manager Brian who told me that they would take care of it just to bring it on down and leave the car for a gentleman named Fernando. When I did that the following day I called to check up on it and a staff member from the service section had told me that the quote was $800 to repair the damage. I told him that they were the ones that were going to be picking up the tab due to the damage being caused by their detailing staff. Then I was informed that while they said that they were going to help me take care of it they just didn't know how much they would actually be able to help me meaning I was going to have to pay out of pocket for their mistake. The following day I had noticed that they decided to take my car to Findlay Acura down the road for whatever reason not using their own company car and did whatever they had to do and brought the car back. I I finally got a call to come and pick up the car and through text messages I had already gotten the vibe that they did a shotty job at repairing the damage they caused. When I arrived later in the evening I went ahead and looked at the area where the scratches were, not being surprised it was a really awful touch-up job which I could have done had they told me right away that that's all they were going to do. I definitely don't recommend coming to this place and getting your car serviced or even getting your used car serviced here. Eddie the finance manager was pleasant to deal with and very understanding however the rest of the process was just a nightmare to get them to fix the damage that they caused. This isn't the first or second time that a Finley Automotive dealership has given me horrible service. Once was at Findlay Customs, the 2nd at Findlay Chevrolet and now this. Everything is documented and saved. Save your money and go else where.

I have been bringing my Mustang GT to this location for nine years. I even bought a truck with my…read morespouse from this location as well. The service has been deteriorating since then. I brought my vehicle in because my air-conditioning unit was not working. It was diagnosed as a cracked compressor. The estimate I received was outrageous. They were gouging me on the price of the parts. I was able to show them the prices from their own website which were vastly different. They did a price adjustment but acted like they were doing me a favor. I also had the front driver side sensor on my tire that needed to be replaced. I was overcharged for that as well. While they had my car, they called me to advise me the passenger front tire sensor did not work either. I authorized the payment. They called me back the next day to say the driver side rear tire sensor was not working. At this point I felt I was being taken advantage of, so I did not authorize it to be fixed. When I picked up my car, I still had the check engine light on, and my dashboard would not give me the reading of my tire pressure for any tire. Ford stated that it's gonna stay on until I fixed the rear tire. I brought my vehicle into discount tire and they advised me that. Yes the rear sensor needed to be replaced, but also the front passenger tire sensor needed to be replaced as well. I advised them it was a brand new part that I just paid to have fixed in March. I authorize the work and they gave me the sensor from the front passenger tire. They stated there was no way this was a new part and it's likely the tire was not touched or fixed. They also gave me the old sensor for the rear tire. Both parts look equally old and the rear sensor is 12 years old. I advised Ford that the part was not working and likely never touched and I wanted my money back. They refused to accommodate me. They stated I would need to bring the car in for another diagnostic consultation, which would end up costing me money. I told them I don't want to bring my car in and be without my car for several days when the tire shop fixed it in 45 minutes. Ford still refused to give me a refund. This is fraud. I did file a a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Hey Yelp friends! So my first experiences with the…read moredealership were questionable. I'm not sure yet. We brought the beastie in for a tire replace and then after that the wheel locks went missing, so we had to purchase new ones. Then, the warning light came on before winter break and it was the computer sensor for the DEF tank. It took weeks for them to get it diagnosed, parts ordered and then installed. They had our truck for too long. Plus, we were paying out of pocket, it wasn't just a few hundred dollars. It was so stressful. We are teachers. We work at two different schools and carpooling everyday was exhausting and stressful to say the least. So when we got the truck back it seemed to be functioning. When the DEF needed filling my hubby took care of it, but then we noticed the gauge isn't showing that it was filled. So great, we knew we needed to take it back in, to my disappointment. So, we went in to the service department. My hubby explained everything and suggested they start the work right before spring break so they can have the beastie for a week and we won't be stressed. The manager spoke to the team and we have an appointment to drop it off. I'm relieved so far. Still concerned about the DEF gauge, but optimistic. They guys were welcoming when I pulled into the service area and friendly and helpful when I was pulling out. The manager made time right away to invite my hubby into his office right away to discuss what we needed and got us set up with a plan right away. So far so good. I will keep you posted. Thank you Auto Nation for the great customer service yesterday and we look forward to a successful experience when we come back in March for the servicing of the DEF gauge.
