Easily one of the best sports bars in Seattle…read more I come here whenever I want to watch a game or just get a quick bite, and it's always on point. The cheese curds and wings are ELITE no exaggeration. Staff and management are amazing too. Super chill, welcoming, and they actually take care of you, which you don't always get these days. And they're dog friendly... that alone puts them above a lot of places for me Good food, good vibes, good people. Can't ask for much more.

Solid beer selection with rotating drafts, and if you're a soda guy, they use all Seattle Soda Company flavors (supporting local business). Had the brisket dinner tonight and that was a very pleasant surprise. Fall apart tender, amazing rich flavor, decadent sauce, with creamy mash. The seasonal veg was brussells sprouts which could have been roasted a bit more to crispy for me but that's a personal preference. This is way more satisfying than the food you'd get at your typical local bar. I've been to The Bridge a half dozen times and every time has delivered. Solid food. Good service. Great outdoor patio. Neighborhood vibes - the type of place where the bartenders know and recognize the locals, and the locals are regulars. I like that. It's a welcoming place, casual, laid back, and though I haven't been there during too many sports games, even when it's on, it doesn't seem to get too rowdy. Brunch is a must do, with options like the Benny flight. Definitely one of the less known brunch spots in my opinion, but even so, can still get busy so go early. Only reason I've done 4 stars is I've had a few times where service was a little slow. Would absolutely return again and again and have recommended to many friends. Keep up the great work team, may you be successful for many years to come.

There was a sign on the outside that read "outdoor patio ". So we continued out the back door. The server briefly greeted us and followed us out the back door. It was a bit awkward that he didn't lead the way. He immediately asked us if we wanted something to drink. We didn't have a chance to think about it so we just said "water ". He pointed to a water dispenser with lukewarm water and plastic cups. He gave us a few minutes then returned to take our order. The menu was small but it did have some healthy options. Not just typical bar food. It seemed like the perfect happy hour place! I had some questions about spiciness of one of the entrees. But he didn't seem to know much about feedback about it. I ordered it anyway. It was a little more spicy than I'm used to but it was delicious. He stopped by to check on us more than halfway through the meal. I asked him for some ice and he promptly brought two cups. The patio was lovely! Not much of a view as they had a big fence blocking it, but it still felt very open and breezy. Very intimate and nicely decorated. I would have given five stars had the waiter been a little more welcoming and there were a few more dishes offered. The menu was paper and a bit worn. It made me wonder how many had touched it. Perhaps a QR code would work for them if they don't wish to laminate their menu. Or just put specials on a blackboard. Not just drinks.

During this visit, I was sitting at the bar with a group of friends and ordered a drink, and then the second. From the very get-go, the General Manager (who is new) was questioning us about the two empty seats next to us, and we politely let her know they were being saved for friends who were arriving soon. The service from our bartender was great, and there were absolutely no issues. However, after I stepped outside for a brief moment to smoke and returned, this same General Manager completely OUT OF THE BLUE told me I was no longer welcome at the bar- EVER AGAIN. She didn't explain why she was issuing a permanent ban, and when I asked for a reason, she refused to provide one. I truly have no idea why she did it. I couldn't even push further for an explanation because I could instantly feel that she would call the cops on me for no reason, as she affirmed. I was entirely respectful, quiet, and well-behaved during my visit, which the bar staff even confirmed afterward. It is incredibly unprofessional for a General Manager to arbitrarily target and permanently ban a paying, respectful customer out of NOWHERE without cause or explanation. I hope ownership looks into how this GM treats customers, as this behavior is completely unacceptable. I feel COMPLETELY disrespected by how this was handled. Both myself and ALL of my friends who were there felt the exact same way - her behavior was so completely baffling and uncalled for that if I could give 0 stars for her actions alone, I would. As a loyal and valuable customer who has always supported this business, being targeted and thrown out out of nowhere without cause is entirely unacceptable. I EXPECT a call from ownership or upper management to explain this situation and address the General Manager's unprofessional behavior. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO, believe me. Thank you.

There is something about coming here on a weekday morning that makes you feel like everything will work out. The menu is inventive, and they offer a "regional" cuisine that changes every few months. In my experience, this makes it fun to come back and see what's changed. They change the art as well to reflect each new region. Little things like this make Endolyne feel like more than just another diner going through the motions. The servers here lean towards excellent service. For example, I had my coffee refilled three times. I had a water ready only a moment after sitting down. They get pretty busy on the weekends, so make sure you don't get it in your head that you can just show up at 11:30 am unannounced on a Sunday and be instantly seated. The crispy potatoes are great, the cathead biscuits are solid, and the proteins always satisfy. I've eaten here over 20 times, and had only 1 dish I didn't really care for. If you are looking for a solid diner with cozy vibes, this is it. Remember folks, tasty "diner" food. Go in with that expectation, and you'll have a great time. And at the price we all pay for breakfast nowadays, I prefer Endolyne to Portage Bay anytime.

So creamy and using the radiatori pasta really helps to soak up all the cheese. Love their Vera Cruz salad- really well executed, I often just have that for my main course.
