From the very get-go, the General Manager (who is new) was questioning us about the two empty seats next to us, and we politely let her know they were being saved for friends who were arriving soon. The service from our bartender was great, and there were absolutely no issues. However, after I stepped outside for a brief moment to smoke and returned, this same General Manager completely OUT OF THE BLUE told me I was no longer welcome at the bar- EVER AGAIN. She didn't explain why she was issuing a permanent ban, and when I asked for a reason, she refused to provide one. I truly have no idea why she did it. I couldn't even push further for an explanation because I could instantly feel that she would call the cops on me for no reason, as she affirmed. I was entirely respectful, quiet, and well-behaved during my visit, which the bar staff even confirmed afterward. It is incredibly unprofessional for a General Manager to arbitrarily target and permanently ban a paying, respectful customer out of NOWHERE without cause or explanation. I hope ownership looks into how this GM treats customers, as this behavior is completely unacceptable. I feel COMPLETELY disrespected by how this was handled. Both myself and ALL of my friends who were there felt the exact same way - her behavior was so completely baffling and uncalled for that if I could give 0 stars for her actions alone, I would. As a loyal and valuable customer who has always supported this business, being targeted and thrown out out of nowhere without cause is entirely unacceptable.
