Waited a few minutes for the sandwich and they almost forgot my coffee though one staff member double checked before I left so that was nice. Coffee was ok- not life changing but solid, and they did have a cold brew option as well. Now for the breakfast sandwich- bagel itself was absolutely fantastic. One of the best bagels I have tried outside of NYC and they really did hook it up with the everything. Now combined with the taylor ham, egg, and cheese the sandwich was quite salty. I think next time I will try the same sandwich with the plain bagel to compare and contrast. My only recommendation to them is put slightly less salt in the everything bagel toppings on top. I got in line and someone from the staff was passing out menus to folks in line to help facilitate quicker ordering. There was about 15 people in line in front of me - it took about 20 minutes of waiting in line to get inside and up to the register. I noticed there were A LOT of folks walking in to pick up "to-go" orders that they had placed via their web site/online. Folks who do this don't need to get in line - they proceed to the pick up counter. Call Your Mother will send you a text message to let you know your order is ready - for both online and in person orders. I ordered a Bacon Sun City breakfast sammich: Bacon, egg, and cheese - and I selected a Cheddar bagel for the sammich. And double the bacon and cheese. There is not much interior seating - so don't count on eating in. There are 4 two-top tables and that is it. And currently no outdoor seating. I paid with Apple Pay and waited for my text. It took about 10 minutes for my order to come up. Pretty good breakfast sandwich! Next time I will request "crispier" bacon. I wish they offered a wider variety of bagels - as my favorite three bagels ARE NOT offered by them: (Jalapeño-Cheddar, Salt & Rosemary, and Garlic-Onion). I sent a follow up email to make sure the email was at least received. Another 3 days went by and I finally received a call, however it was to tell me that they were no longer available on our wedding date. If someone else inquired about the same date before us, then I feel we should have been made aware that they (Pampas Fox) may not be available if the other couple/individual decided to book. If someone inquired after us, then they should have done the same for them. Had Pampas Fox been quicker to respond to us, then it's possible that this would not have happened. It's frustrating when you spend time trying to plan something, but communication is lacking from a company.
