Wonderful service, beautiful ambience, 7/10 food. Such a lovely place to go for date night. The service is exceptional. Our server was extremely attentive and helpful with recommendations. Food came pretty fast, presentation was beautiful. We got a bunch of small plates to share, they give you a portion of pita for free but extra portions cost a few bucks. We enjoyed everything but nothing really stood out in taste. Also got a tequila which they lit on fire, pretty cool and tasted pretty good. Come for the service and ambience, especially if it's for a date. Food itself is only slightly above average.

Elevated Middle Eastern food experience with good vibes and also a dedicated smoking room with hookah. The service was excellent thanks to Moneer & Atheer

Amazing place! We were thinking low key Mediterranean restaurant and were blown away with the food, decor and atmosphere! Staff is super educated, friendly and super responsive to the guests! My best compliment is that I felt as if we had been transported to the Med! The guest were all well dressed and super sophisticated! Good vibes on the dance floor Which kicked off around 8 Pm!

What a cute beautiful place. Very girlie for girls night out or even a date night. It was a Thursday night during their soft opening, so there was no belly dancing. They did have a violinist playing and it wasn't too loud. Loved it. The service was good, we had an amazing waiter that tended to our party of 9 all night. I wish he had some help though for such a large party. The food is great, love the hummus and blue fin tar tar. Octopus was good as well, little bland. My favorite cocktail has to be the espresso martini, so delicious. Great food, great ambiance and great company. Would love to come back again.

Came here for dinner and was impressed with the beautiful decor! There is valet, street, lot (across the street) parking available. I started with their G&T, which was awesome. Another drink I enjoyed was the baklava OF. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the fattoush salad, octopus, feta dumplings, and tuna tartar. My fave was the octopus. It was an enormous portion, and it was prepared so well. Super tender and flavorful. I also liked the fattoush salad and feta dumplings. Their belly dancing is Fri and Sat evenings at 9, 10, and 11pm.

Beautifully decorated , service is great , staff is really attentive, food is ok , bar seems wonderful and offer good variety . I ordered grilled octopus along with other dishes , it was over cooked but rest of appetizers and entrees were good . Good for celebrations . They have belly dancing 9-11 pm .

Let's go! Albi is now #2 on my list. With Steak 48 still holding #1. Parking: Complementary Valet (+++) Atmosphere: Sexy, Cute, Vibrant Vibe Decor: Immaculate, perfect for Social Ops Service: Incredible and the waiters are all gorgeous looking and very very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu Food: The best part! Everything we had was filled with flavors, my palette was not disappointed. The Humus is the best I have ever had, even ordered one to go. The Jolli Chicken (or whatever it's called), was "FIRE", (words of the waiter). Which it absolutely was. The Marrekash (lamb on pita slices with other stuff was sooo flavorful). Then we got two complementary desserts for my friends bday, one that had tart ice cream and tart pastry and another with a monkey bread. Both were spectacular. Highly recommend this place. Great live music and belly dancers on the weekends.

Absolutely stunning new supper club type atmosphere. Very unique for Houston. Some people have bucketed Albi with Ciel and Seven but I think it' is in its own class. Extremely beautiful ambience with fun entertainment and an intriguing menu. Very excited about this new late night addition to the area. Very impressed with the professional and gracious service that was genuine and effortless.

Beautiful establishment with belly dancing for entertainment. Nice for date night or friends night out. Menu was limited. We had the Tuna Tartare, Grilled Octopus, and other items. They all were good. The octopus was a bit too grilled for me. The service was great. Definitely a nice spot to check out.

Let's start with the food. It was excellent! I did not have one complaint. There's tons of restaurants in Houston, but I must say the vibe this place gives is unbeatable! The red roses were elegantly everywhere mixed with the black. It was beautiful! I went to celebrate my birthday with a friend, but I would say this is a great spot for a date too! The waiter was so nice as well. I will definitely be back! I went on a Thursday night which is when there is less of a crowd, but also no live belly dancing. I'm sure that's really awesome too, but I was there to enjoy good food and have a great conversation. Mediterranean Quinoa salad Assorted bread basket Feta Dumplings (given on the house) so delicious!! Jadori Chicken main course 10/10 Lemon and olive oil ice cream Sounds weird but delicious. (given on the house) I was pleasantly surprised! My friend ordered the Beef tartar and the Albi kafta. I didn't drink alcohol but she enjoyed 2 glasses of Sancerre wine.

The good The food was amazing, everything tasted so well. Came in the day after Valentine's Day to avoid the crowds which worked great! The place is beautiful and everyone was so nice and welcoming. The entertainment was a fun twist. The belly dancer made her way through the restaurant and then the stage for a sword performance. To work on Walking in, I believe there should always be a host downstairs to welcome guests, it was a little disorienting to open the door to an empty space and stairs. We ordered a $60 bottle of wine from the menu , which we were told was no longer available. Instead, we were offered a $100 bottle. I think this was quite the jump and to not have any bottles in our range felt strange for how early in the evening we were...we felt like we were trying to be upsold which left a bitter feeling. Lastly, disclosing the $20 fee per still water bottle would've have been nice. Didn't think we would be spending $40 on water alone... One of the managers came by to chat. She's was so sweet. We really enjoyed our evening

If you're looking for a great time, look no further than Albi! Dress up and be entertained with exquisite belly dancing, delicious drinks served with excellent presentation, and the most tender chicken dish. I highly recommend this place for beautiful photos, girls night out, and date night. You definitely feel special here and the managers really go out of the way to make you feel special. Decor here is 10/10! Will be coming back and bringing all my friends!

What is the minimum age requirement to dine?

I wouldn't necessarily say there is, but I wouldn't take anyone under 12.

Do they have shisha?

Hmmm...I want to say no, but now I'm doubting myself

It had great Persian vibe including music played. Food and drinks: Very good selection of traditional dishes that were not westernised as in other Persian restaurants. The food was fresh, well seasoned and was full of flavours. The meats were moist, salad and starter tasted fresh. Pinch of sumac which was available on each table was a perfect addition to our dishes. Highly recommend hot Persian tea. Pricing: $$ - very affordable for the quality and quantity of foods received.

However, we were charged for it at the end. I understand the charge itself, but no one at the table had ordered it; they just set it on the table. It would have been nice if the staff had made it clear or asked if we wanted to add it to our meal. Perhaps there was a mix up with another table. Our experience was otherwise great, but double check the menu for what is complimentary and what isn't.

My recent visits here consisted of a Gyros Plate with rice, Hamburger with uncut tomatoes n pickles…read more& lemon potatoes and Greek Spaghetti Meat Sauce on Sunday Special. All 3 meals were really flavorful, good quality, really well-seasoned, very juicy and so delicious. The gyros and burger are without question imo the best in TX. Ekko's and Nick The Greek are 2nd n 3rd for Greek food for me. I always got the gyros sandwich as opposed to the plate before which is odd bc I always prefer meat plates over sandwich form in other foods like bbq, steak, etc. The meat pieces were all really tasty and had some slight char to them too. The taziki sauce is always cold, creamy in feel and refreshing with a good yogurt aroma to it. It's a great bonus and the gyros didn't even need it tbh. The tomatoes were nicely refreshing and the exotic, cool center dolma is always a little treat with meals here. The rice and chunky lemon potatoes with my meals were always mild but still great in texture and prep. As I said before; from my experiences in every single Greek cafe, if the taziki sauce is good, the gyros will be too. It's a solid symptom and indicator imo. As for the burger, very rarely are burger places only in TX actually any good for the past 15 years. So many are just average or below lacking seasoning or a great overall flavor. Niko Niko's, Goode Company Hamburgers and TX Hamburger Palace are my top 3 in that order for it. Each different too. The brioche buns were just the right thickness and very soft to make the beef patty stick out well. The patty was so nice in charbroiled taste, saltiness, richness, beefiness and tender in every bite. A good burger doesn't need much in toppings, but cool, refreshing, tomatoes are a must for me and pickles add some tangy crunch too. For steak rare, but for a burger medium to medium rare. I had never seen or heard of their Greek Spaghetti n Meat Sauce before. This was like a Greek Bolognese with a lot of love in its flavor. The noodles were drained, very moist and so soft. I don't like too much cheese, so I took some off, but still like some. The meat sauce gravy itself was really flavorful, savory, fatty enough and had that subtle sweet, warm spice aroma you get in the Greek lasagna. I like to get dessert here sometimes when I have extra room, bc they have some great options like their galaktobourreko, chocolate ganache cake, etc. The service was very welcoming, friendly and efficient on these visits.

The place is new but not recently new, so I was impress that they were still attracting a crowd. The place was packed and busy but the host was still able to seat us immediately. With reservation, of course. Our seat was a banquet seating and when the host directed us to our table, we notice the party seated next to our table had placed all their personal belongings on our seats. We had to ask the host to ask them to remove their personals so that we can sit down. I felt that the host should have done that and not upon our request. Our server was Keamogetswe and she jumped right into explaining the menu since it was our first time. I am used to ordering drinks first and while waiting for our drinks, explore the food menu. That way, we can ask questions about any item we were unfamiliar with on the menu. Anyways, we ordered our food and they came out very fast. For starters, we had the grilled shrimp which was just two shrimps. They were not prawns so the size of the two shrimps for $18 was not worth it to me. We also tried the Rumi's wings. They were average to me. Nothing to brag about. For the main course, we wanted to try several dishes and settle for a family style meal. We had the braised lamb shank, chicken kabob and the Koobideh Kabob. Since all plates came with rice, Keamogetswe suggest we try different rice options which was a great suggestion. So for the rice, we had the Adas, the Baghali and the Shirin. I have to admit that the braised lamb was amazing. The stew it sat in was very flavorful and the meat melted off the bone it came with. The Koobideh was also another favorite of mine. Both, I highly recommend everyone to try. And my favorite rice was the Shirin. As we moved on to dessert, we had the burnt honey & pistachio cake and the persian ice cream sandwich. Both taste great but the persian ice cream sandwich itself was vanilla wafer. Different but it made it easier to eat with your fingers. The weird thing was when the dessert was served to us, so was the check. I am used to us eating dessert or just starting to enjoy dessert before being handed the check. And when they do hand me the check, they would mention that it was no rush and when I am ready to take care of it. But that didn't happen and I decided to get it out of the way so I can just enjoy the dessert. As we were conversing and finishing our drinks, they started to clear our table and even picked up the signed check or tab. It felt like they were hinting us to get up. I feel that if there was a time frame to dine with them, they should have made us aware of it before dinner or when we made reservation like how Toca Madera does. So that made me feel uncomfortable. But this could just be me.

The chicken shish kebab, falafel, lamb kebab, and menemen were all well seasoned and paired nicely with the many dishes of rice, salad, and flatbread they all came with.
