    First email saying I'd be getting a replacement.

    I recently purchased an item that was damaged upon receiving it. The "customer service" repeatedly spoke down to me saying it was my fault and that I didn't install it properly (I have been doing this for years.) After days of back and forth with the extremely demeaning customer service, I was told (I have screenshots of all emails if anyone cares to see) that they would be providing a replacement. About two hours later I received an email stating that they actually "decided not to" because it was the customer's (me) fault. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and how they handled this situation over a 40$ item. I would NEVER recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company. Absolute joke. If one person reads this and avoids them, I will be happy to know I saved at least somebody from dealing with these scam artists.

    This review is about general customer service and order fulfillment. Store manager, please read this. Can you guys get off your behinds and do some damn work? I usually sympathize with these kinds of stores in that I understand they might be busy. Let me be clear, everytime I go to AGI, there's 1 guy in the customer area who can hardly be bothered to give you anything other than mediocre customer service and the rest of the team is making youtube videos (probably). AGI is so profitable, can you guys add in another guy/girl in the front...please. Customer service I have tried calling customer service to check on the status on a recent order and nobody ever answers the phone. I think the dude's name is Matt. It rings until the automated system says "sorry noone is available to take your call, goodbye" and I look at the clock and it's 3 I figure I'll call back at 4...*calls at 4* same issue. +order fulfillment When I do finally get an answer, I inquire about an order placed on Tuesday 5/23/23. I have the 3-5 business days shipping and I call on Thursday (4 attempts till I get an answer) just to see if theres a chance I could be opening my package at some point in the 3 day weekend. I shit you not, Matt goes..."well you have 3-5 day shipping so it will be shipped next Wednesday" the laziness radiating off the phone is astounding. Hey AGI, maybe just say screw it and change your shipping window to 5 days so your customers dont get excited with the possibility of receiving an order soon or at the very least can you just lie and say it's currently being worked on? It was the "it will be shipped on Wednesday" that pissed me off because it proves that they are just waiting for the maximum allotted time to ship, F*** the customers right? I keep checking the status on my order and I see no progress has been made other than the item has been picked this morning...oh wow great work guys, can we ship it today or am I having to now wait even longer...for ONE ITEM. It's not like its chump change either, I still spent over $200 I didnt just buy a flashlight or whatever. Im not expecting my order to ship the next day after ordering. Im just asking for some sort of work ethic to get orders shipped. Stop spending all day making youtube videos and ship some items. I dont know what reasoning would be worse....they are so behind on orders that everything is late or they just see 3-5 days and in their head and go hmm looks like 5 days to me, better kick my feet up before someone thinks Im efficient at my job. I know I'm being harsh but this is a major problem. I personally loved going to AGI, theres no reason the company should be rated 3 stars...that number should be in the high 4's. Only 3 stars due to poor customer service and a slow or inefficient warehouse. Please make some changes. I would love to remove this review and add in a 5 star one instead. This is painful for me since ive been shopping here since I was in highschool, it's just that enough is enough already.

    This review is directed at ownership and management…read more I frequent Turner's for fishing gear and have consistently had positive experiences with the older gentleman in that department. He's knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. He represents what a specialty retailer should be. I've spent 1000's on firearms and ammunition over the years. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite. I came in looking for M&P Shield 9mm magazines. Only one in stock -- not a problem. I figured I'd grab some ammo while I was there. As I stood in front of the ammo section trying to read the boxes, two employees directly in front of me made zero effort to acknowledge me. Not a "Can I help you?" Not even eye contact. Instead, they were occupied repeatedly racking the slide on a pistol and discussing how it was "blemished." The way it was being handled made it feel less like product inspection and more like someone building a case for why it should be discounted. I can't say for certain that the larger employee was intentionally trying to create or exaggerate wear to justify purchasing it himself -- but if that wasn't the case, the optics were spectacularly poor. What really stood out was the conversation. They were openly speaking negatively about other customers -- people who sounded like regulars -- directly in front of me. It takes a certain level of tone-deaf confidence to mock customers while another one is standing three feet away. I finally asked if they might have additional magazines in the back. The larger employee ignored me initially. When he did respond, it was with, "Are you talking to me? I'm doing paperwork," as though customer interaction was an unreasonable interruption. This was moments after he demonstrated that he was fully capable of multitasking slide manipulation and social commentary. I briefly considered asking for a manager, but decided it wasn't worth engaging further. If basic awareness and professionalism are optional on the floor, that's a leadership issue, not just an employee one. I left disappointed -- not because inventory was limited, but because the standard of service was. Specialty stores survive on expertise and professionalism. When that slips, you're just a warehouse with attitude. I hope management takes this seriously. There are strong employees at this location. Unfortunately, consistency appears to be selective.

    It's not the most convenient Target for me to go to, but it's not bad the times that I've visited…read more Extremely large parking lot with only a couple other businesses there. Since it serves the Diamond Bar area it can get quite busy and because of that, it can be a bit disorganized and disheveled in some areas, but honestly not the worse for how busy it general is. Selection is standard like any other Target, again make sure to shop well in advance for seasonal and holiday items because by the time it gets close to the actual holiday, most of the things are already gone (many such cases). Price is similar to all other Targets in the area. A bit more difficult to hunt for W clearance items here (I'm thinking by the time I'm there, the stay at home moms have already cleared it in mid morning). Decent Target, what can I say?

    I honestly think the Diamond Bar Target is one of the best Targets around. Sure, there are some…read morenewer and bigger locations out there, but this one has something special about it. First of all, it has a dedicated Disney section, which already puts it a step above a lot of other stores. The whole store just feels more lively and well kept compared to many other Targets I've been to. The aisles are usually clean, things are organized, and it actually feels pleasant to shop here instead of rushed or chaotic. The staff are generally helpful, the store is well stocked, and it feels like they take pride in keeping this location in good shape. It might not be the newest or flashiest Target, but it has great energy, good selection, and a welcoming vibe. Proud to have this as my local Target. I always end up enjoying my trips here more than I expect to.
