TOTALY SATISFIED..ok with that said I found out about this store on youtube..the guy was reviewing the 1200mm dynam p47. A plane I've been wanting to get for a while. I couldn't believe the price the guy was quoting and thought I'd investigate. Unfortunately all I saw was bad reviews and thats too bad because my experience was just fine. (So was the guys on youtube). I placed my order on a Friday and knowing it was going via usps I knew it was going to be a few days but hay for the price these guys are asking I dont see a problem with that..they are min $30-$40 less than most. My plane got to me in a few days safe and sound I opened it, inspected it and found everything just fine. Also I found out they are local to me and sent them an email asking if I could place an order and pick it up myself. Bought the Cessna 310 and the plane came a little out of whack. However, as an experienced modeler, these little setbacks were negligible. What I mean is that the control rods were on the wrong servo. No biggie. This plane is just plain fun. Been flying the daylights out of it and smile every time I get to fly it. The flaps make for a really fun experience, as I love the way it settles in for a landing on full flap. Half flap take offs are really cool too. Once I wear this little beauty out, I'll be looking forward to another. Love it. read more

I ordered twice, and twice got scammed! They waited really long to send the airplanes so that you have no way of dispute it at your bank, then send you some cheap junks! The first time they did this, I called several times but no one ever answered! Then I emailed and never got a response. Run don't walk to another RC store. They will take your money and you will even receive an email about them receiving your order and they send you a usps tracking number, but the package is never received by the post office. They also make you pay for more expensive 2-3 day shipping, which again is never shipped. I have no problem if they needed some extra time for C-19 issues, but I've sent them multiple emails and used their phone # with no response. I gave theme 3 weeks, had to file a claim with my credit card company. If they aren't out of business they will be shortly. read more

After reading all of the past reviews I was sorry I ordered from them. I tried to cancel my order but it was too late even though it didn't ship for a couple more days. At least that was by the tracking number. I paid for three day shipping but didn't get it for three weeks. I felt fortunate when I received my plane because all the pieces were in the box. I read a few complaints where all the parts were not in the box. Basically, the people working in this company are incompetent. It is just as easy to do the right job the first time rather than deal with all the complaints. Which they don't. They just keep ripping off people--especially when it comes to postage. read more

I will repeat what the last reviewer says, "Stay Away From This Seller". I ordered some airplane parts to repair a crashed model that was purchased from General Hobby in years past. I ordered through their web site in September, paid through Paypal. Received an automated shipping notice with tracking number for a USPS package. 3 weeks later it has never been updated as received by USPS. I contacted the seller at his email on his paypal account. His name is Richard Yan. He replied that he will ask his clerk to ship it out "ASAP". A week later, nothing. I filed a complaint with Paypal as I couldn't get any more replies from Richard Yan. A week later I escalated the complaint with Paypal and they are taking action to refund my money later this week. I still have my doubts. I've talked with several other members at our R/C Club and they have all had similar problems. They said if you do get a package, it probably won't contain what you ordered, and you can't arrange to return it for a refund or anything. I will next contact the Chamber of Commerce in Pamona and see if I can get his business license revoked. I'll go further to see if his sales permit could be suspended. I wish I had checked here earlier before buying from them, they did not supply the plane ordered on time and "Richard" informed me by mail that it's out of stock and will be sent a week later. I replied that I wish to cancel the order then, but suddenly there was no response. they do not return calls or answer the phone, and I was at a loss. A friend suggested I look them up at the "Better business Bureau" and it was then that I realized I'd been scammed. They have several negative reviews there, where apparently the only way to deal with these scammers is to cancel the purchase through the credit card company - I followed that advice and suddenly that same "Richard" that didn't respond for weeks starts emailing me again, asking me to cancel the dispute. these are criminals ! run away! read more

If you fly RC planes, I do not recommend this company. I recently purchased a model from them and it was very poor quality. Parts fell of during assembly; some parts were missing and the owners manual was just awful. I have been trying to work out the issues with the owner, however I have not been successful. He sent some of the missing parts that do not even fit. The model was a FREEWING de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito 1400mm/55.1'' EPO Electric RC Airplane Warbirds PNP. Save your money and do not buy this plane. Customer service is not very good either. I would not recommend this company to model builders. read more

I ordered several planes from them, and had no trouble. However, in July 2017 I ordered an ASW 28 glider. After saying the order was shipped, I received an email saying they were out of stock with a container expected in 3 weeks. I said I would wait. In Sept 2017 I received a shipping notice and the package arrived 9/18, but it was the wrong plane (Waco biplane). I informed seller by repeated emails, but after no response I opened a PayPal dispute. Immediately got an email with a return label, offering to replace. I shipped back the package, but now they have gone radio silent. I am out $150. Will know ask for investigation by CA Attorney General and USPS for repeated instances of mail fraud.
