I needed a very old map framed and wanted something a bit rustic but still classic. This map holds sentimental value to me. It was important that I felt well advised and had someone professional to walk me through the options and process. Linco Custom Picture Framing did that in spades. Leslie walked me through every option from the backing to the frame, explained their assembly process to me, and felt more like a consultant than a purveyor of frames. If you need something framed, stop looking around and go here. They provided outstanding service to me and I'm confident they will for you as well.

I had an idea of how I wanted it to look and Steve made it even better than I imagined. What I really appreciated was his willingness and patience to talk it all through with me and the communication prior to its final completion. The craftsmanship of the framing and attention to detail on everything did not go unnoticed. This small family business is the exact type I love supporting and would recommend them to anyone. They really seemed to enjoy making me a happy customer. Thanks Steve!

Amy is nothing short of a miracle worker. We came in with a damaged and creased silk-paper hanging…read morescroll and she was able to smooth it out completely, as if it were brand new. She really took her time to get it right and was very educational about the process and different scroll and printing materials throughout; it's clear she is super passionate about what she does and extremely knowledgeable, a real artist. And her prices are very reasonable for the level of expertise and care she offers. This place is a real gem of the greater LA area. We are excited to come back and purchase some framed art from here in the future.

I went to this framing shop to have three of my paintings custom-framed. The price was higher than…read moreI expected, but my paintings are very precious to me, so I decided to pay the extra money for custom-made frames. A few days later, when I open up the frames, I was absolutely shocked and disappointed. All the corners were covered with protective paper, so my friend- he picked them up for me, couldn't inspect them at the time of pickup. However, once I removed the paper, I discovered that the workmanship was absolutely terrible. Almost every corner looked sloppy and poorly made. On top of that, I specifically wanted the white margins around my paintings to remain visible, but they reduced the margins and made the frames smaller than I expected. This completely changed the appearance of my artwork. I contacted Amy to explain these problems, but instead of taking responsibility, she insisted that she had done absolutely nothing wrong. When I became frustrated and requested a refund, she refused. What upset me the most wasn't just the terrible workmanship. It was Amy's attitude and her complete refusal to apologize. Instead of acknowledging the obvious problems, she kept making excuses and insisting that their frames were perfectly fine. If I had wanted frames of this size and quality, I wouldn't have bothered going to a professional framing shop. I could have ordered similar-sized frames on Amazon for around $30. Why should I pay $120 per frame for such poor workmanship? I even sent Amy photographs clearly showing the badly finished corners, but she continued to avoid addressing the actual problems and kept making excuses. Her attitude has made this entire experience even more frustrating. I cannot understand how a business can deliver such poor-quality work, refuse to take responsibility, refuse to offer a refund, and not even have the courtesy to apologize to a dissatisfied customer. Is this really how you treat customers who trust you with their valuable artwork and pay premium prices for your services? I am extremely disappointed, not only in the quality of the frames but also in the way Amy has treated me throughout this situation. I honestly have to wonder: Am I being treated this way because I'm not Chinese? I don't want to believe that my background has anything to do with how I've been treated, but her dismissive attitude has left me questioning why I have been shown so little respect. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. I paid for professional custom framing, but what I received was poor workmanship, endless excuses, and absolutely no accountability. And despite seeing the poor quality of the frames you made, you never even apologized to me. Not once! Don't you check the quality of your work before wrapping it up for customers? You should have done the job properly in the first place! And now you're telling me to bring the frames back? No, you come and pick them up! Why should I have to drive all the way there again, carrying three heavy frames? Why should I have to waste even more of my time and energy fixing a problem that YOU created? Instead of taking responsibility for your poor workmanship, all you do is make excuses. That's what makes me even angrier! Your complete lack of accountability and your refusal to even offer a simple apology are absolutely unacceptable.

I knew it was a small business so I was not sure what to expect. Our items shipped within a couple days with tracking and they were well packaged. We just painted our front door "Williamsburg Wythe Blue" (Benjamin Moore), so this black hammered hardware looks incredibly gorgeous and historically appropriate for our Charleston style architecture. Not only did she fix the issue I was having, but she also made thoughtful recommendations that really improved the final result. During the lackluster consulting process for two pieces of art I brought in the representative said her shift was over and walked out and I had to wait for someone in the back to come out and finish. I should've known then to go and find some other place. When I came in to pick up my artwork, I waited for about four minutes before the person behind the counter looked up and acknowledged my existence. The prices were very high and the quality of work mediocre. You can see small white nicks out of the black frame where they cut the corners to fit. They could've touched that up with some black paint or something so at least it wasn't so noticeable. For the several other pieces of art that I need to have mounted and framed, I will definitely look for quotes somewhere else
