This place is a godsend. I used to get my artwork printed and framed at a place in LA, but I wasn't too satisfied with the quality. I had a gallery show coming up in February, but I got very sick for a few weeks and didn't have time to print it at the usual place--I was also in Orange County at the time. I was scrambling to find a place, and then I ran across this business online. I called them and explained that I needed a work printed and framed within a few days. Even though it was a rush order with a really tight turnaround, they were really helpful and accommodating. When I went to pick it up, I was really surprised with the quality, considering in the past I was not too happy with other artworks. It received a lot of compliments. I had another gallery show again this month. The gallery kept changing times and dates, but the service here was patient with me and supportive throughout the process (shoutout to Aylin). Again, the framing and quality of print received a lot of compliments. From start to finish, these people are honest, extremely affordable and their service was impeccable. I had the glass on a picture frame break and to replace the entire assembly. It would've run me about $80. When I explained what it was, I was looking for which was just a piece of glass to be replaced, I want up going out of pocket for about $16. The fact that the place was within walking distance of my Office made things also very easy granted but even if it's far away for you to come here, it's worth every nickel as there sense of customer service is incredibly awesome. read more

I've never gotten custom framing done before. Off the shelf options from your typical chain stores had always been my choice. I finally opted for custom framing for my growing collection of collectible pop art. I wanted frames with glass that offers UV protection which you can't find at retail stores. I found Best Framing by accident but I'm really glad I went with them for my custom frames. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. The design consultant did a great job of helping me pick out some options for frames and mats. He patiently answered all of my questions and was receptive to my feedback. I had 3 prints framed this time. The person who built the frames did a fantastic job. I was blown away with the quality and the craftsmanship of my frames. Custom frames are pricey but I've learned that they're very well worth the cost when they're handled by the right people who care about what they do. I came upon Best Framing because I was frustrated when I went to a different frame shop and tried to make large framed mirrors above the vanities in my master bathroom and kid's bathroom. The other frame store I went to were not helpful and their attitude was not kind. They told me it would take two weeks to get the mirrored frames done and I had to coordinate with Harbor Glass to pick up the frame and have them install the mirror. So poor attitude and now I have to coordinate with another vendor to put the mirror in?!!! At that point I left their store and YELPED for another frame shop because of their poor attitude ... glad I did! Thanks YELP!!! I went over to BEST FRAMING (they are the BEST!) and I was happily surprised that they do it all! They put mirrors in the frame so it was one stop shopping!!!! The BEST part is that they have good attitude and FRIENDLY service... I met the owner Medi and wow what a difference in customer care! He had a great attitude and when I told him I needed help expediting the process to making these vanity mirrors... he smiled and is making it happen in less than half the time the other framing store stated. How do you lose business on your day off? Well, Best Framing did a great job at that when they didn't update their holiday hours. So, when I drove from Long Beach to Costa Mesa, they were closed. The website did not say they'd be closed on the Friday after Thanksgiving. In fact, I was even able to make an appointment on their website for a consultation. May 8, 2021... Can't beat FREE! I needed a wire on a the back of a small canvas. Gave this place a call as suggested by the ART SUPPLY WAREHOUSE on Westminster. The owner answered and when I asked the cost, she said "free." Free? Really? I found an affable, kind Linda who answered my every question. She did better than I thought on the wiring. I took business cards to share and you bet I will be returning for any framing needs because....she works with you! Forget Michaels (over priced, little stock and plastic frames). 5 stars for service, products and pricing! My husband discovered Best Framing when he framed a 5 foot heart-shaped banner. It was a strange item (stretchy vinyl material) and size (5'x5') and not many framing places would accommodate the request. Best framing accepted the project and it was executed very well! We are very happy with the framing - the stretch was great and has lasted for over 2 years now. Pricing was also very fair and cheaper than the bigger store names like Aaron Brothers and Michael's. We recently printed a large 20x24 wedding photo and AGAIN found the best pricing at Best Framing. Medhi helped us for the second time and he offered some great options for framing. I brought in the print and told him my style was pretty simple. He showed me almost 10 different frame options to get a feel for my style. We ended up selecting an all white frame, with a white matte and floating the print in the middle of the frame. It looks so elegant and timeless (what it should look like for a wedding piece!). I called Best Framing when my print was supposed to be ready. They said it was. When I arrived at the store, there was a hiccup and the frames were made but the prints were not placed into the frames yet. IMMEDIATELY Medhi apologized and told me he would drop the frames off to my house in a couple hours. Talk about 5 star customer service. Zero excuses, 100% accountability, keeping repeat customers super happy! It doesn't get much better than this!! I was not in a rush so I told Medhi that the frames could be delivered the following day. Like clockwork, the team called me during my preferred delivery window and let me know they were on their way. Frames were delivered safely, completely packed in bubble wrap. Our wedding prints are simply gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, product availability and execution at Best Framing. Thank you, Best Framing!
