This is how they gave me my finished frame!

How this places gets the such good reviews is beyond me! I'm all for supporting local businesses, but the customer service I received here was unacceptable! I went to pick up my canvas that was custom framed here. See picture for how they gave it back to me!! When I told the lady that worked on it she would need to redo it, she yelled at me saying the owner told her is was ok! Not only did I have a deadline to meet, but I had to exchange the canvas at the store I purchased it at, along with driving back and forth to this shop. No apology or discount offered. Is this how you treat your customers? Never again! Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

What a GREAT find!!! I used to do all my framing at Aaron Bros. but since their closure I have been searching for a good framer that was also reasonably priced! Tried some craft shops that had framing services but the selection was so limited and the framers so unknowledgeable that I just kept putting it off. Finally happened upon Sandy and Michelle at Irvine FastFrame and boy, am I one happy camper! They spent so much time helping me find the perfect solution for my pieces. Their patience and kindness was way beyond what I've experienced lately in framing services...and the quality of my two pieces was exceptional! I can not recommend this FastFrame shop more! We are all nervous dropping off precious family artifacts or expensive, one of a kind artwork to anyone to frame, and I am here to say you are in GREAT hands at this shop...they will treasure your pieces as much as you do! The best service!! Matt helped me design a frame for my poster and he made it so easy. I showed him a picture of the same poster framed and he identified it immediately. You can choose regular glass or museum quality for more. Museum quality has uv protection and you can barely see a reflection in the glass. Frame was ready in 3 days and price options were all reasonable. I found prices to be the same or less than Michaels with quicker turn around time (they quoted me at least 2 weeks) and no risk. At Michaels, you never know who will do your framing. Here, Matt has many years of experience and expertise. He pays attention to detail and keeps your piece protected. I will definitely be back.

Matt helped me figure out how to get this custom mirror I had made mounted to the wall & he did it flawlessly! It's super secure with a French cleat secured to the back. Plus I'll be able to take it off the wall with me whenever I move. And he did it FAST!! Don't go anywhere else!

STOP. Really. Just come here. Your search is done. Sandy and her team will take great care of you and your framing needs. I went in with a simple parchment art looking to get it framed. While I had a very vague idea of what I wanted, Sandy helped flesh it out to absolute perfection. She listened attentively to my requirements, asked all the right questions, and suggested plenty of ideas I couldn't have thought of myself. We must have spent hours testing out various looks and feels. I honestly couldn't have done it without her expertise, patience, and professionalism. In the end, that simple parchment paper with God's Fingerprint on it turned out beautifully and much grander than what I had originally pictured. 10/10. Tried FastFrame for the first time to have a small painting framed. Was assisted by MICHELLE who had several wonderful suggestions as to how to frame the piece. We then were quoted pricing which was extremely reasonable. The job was done very quickly and when it was ready it was exactly as promised!!! I initially went to Michael's to get a quote to frame a print we owned; without picking out a frame or even measuring it, I was told it would cost $500. My sister recommended FastFrame and I am so glad she did. Michelle was professional, knowledgeable, and kindly walked me through my framing options. And before i could even say what I was looking for, he suggested a floating frame (which turned out to be exactly what i was looking for lol). Sandy and Matt were amazing. Complete five star review for them as people and the business. I brought them a watercolor that my mother painted years ago. It was in an old frame that didn't do the art justice. They did a great job of recommending the right frame and mats to complement the art. They also turned it around on a tight schedule that I needed so I could share the art with family who was visiting. I've used fast frame for a couple of years now. They've done framing for galleries for me and quick little things for my house. They do an excellent job every time, even though I have a tendency to be kind of a pain with my requests. Matt is the best, he knows his stuff and will go above and beyond no matter what. 5 stars!!!! A+++ They did amazing work!! Framed a giant canvas art piece and it's absolutely stunning!!! Way prettier then I even expected. I'm beyond pleased! It looks flawless. This is the FIRST time I have EVER been excited about a frame. It matched perfectly with my decor. I loved that she listened to me and didn't try to alter my vision but instead added to it. I was worried because as you know couples don't always agree on the same...I had been so worried that my other half was going to ruin it. I have come here for multiple projects. Matt was super cool and fun to work with. He was able to restore two pictures that were over 30 years old, as well as frame them. One of them he actually edited out stuff we didn't want in there and it really looks great. Most recently he framed a piece of art we had purchased. The piece they completed in January is falling out of the frame. This piece, submitted to the Orange County Fair,was marked down to an honorable mention because the center of the needlework was loose. The second needlework had to be redone, as the lacing to the mounting board was loose, and the frame overlapped the needlework. I had to show them how to lace the needlework for tautness AND explain that the frame should NEVER cover the needlework. It took several extra months to get the reframe back. I have found a new framer.

So my daughter and I went here to get 4 prints framed. Nothing fancy but something nice-not…read moreplastic. When she gave us the price the way she worded the quote sounded like it would be 3 for $200. When I got up to pay I was stunned it was per piece so the price ended up being well over 600. My bad there. I should have said no but I was in such shock over the price I literally couldn't speak. When I got in the car my daughter echoed the same thing I experienced. So fast forward a few weeks and I pick up what the framed. It might as well have been a plastic frame from Hobby Lobby because the quality and the actual frame is so cheap. So, it is on me for being stuck with almost and 809 dollar framing of 4 prints. But I do not recommend the place based on what I received.

The owner Karen, and her friendly staff have always allowed me the luxury to simply roam. I have to walk through numerous times to take everything in. I get distracted by one or two pieces and then turn around and find something else completely unexpected. And, it becomes mine. I love this place!! I am a retired healthcare designer and Chemers was the art consultant on a few of our firms healthcare projects. What I enjoyed was the chosen works were always different from the predictable works too often seen in healthcare spaces and, they always complimented the concepts of our interiors. I also love the shows and exhibitions they often host here. Often soliciting works from local artists, craftspeople, and even foodies, these "pop-up" shows are always good for gifts, wearables, and sometimes taste-ables! And if I'm lucky, I often walk away with a new piece! I always look forward to stopping in on these shows and could spend an hour or more perusing. It's not even September, and Michael's has all the decorative items to get you ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving and any other fall celebration you might have. But, that's not what we came here for on this particular item. I was looking for balloons, those big foil number one for a birthday celebration. They have a whole section called the "party shop" and it was easy to find what I needed. The staff were super helpful as well and blew up the balloons there at their balloon bar so I didn't have to buy one of those helium tanks. The balloons were perfect and lasted for hours even with the wind trying to take them away. I really appreciated their attention to detail with the ribbon, making sure they were the same height. It was also easy to checkout, they have these digital checkout kiosks now and everything was very efficient.

This is the best framing place in Irvine, if not all of Southern California! A photographger in San Diego had framed 4 of my kids' portraits, all with matching frames, before going out of business. After having my 5th child's picture taken, I had gone to numerous framing stores for two years trying to find a matching frame without any luck. I was finally resolved that I would have to reframe all of the pictures if I wanted them to match. Then I found FastFrame. As soon as I walked in with my pictures, Matt easily recognized the frame and knew the exact company which makes it. Although my frame had been discontinued, he and Sandy were able to find one from the same company that is almost an identical match and after years of looking, I finally have 5 matching portraits hanging on my wall. Matt and Sandy are extremely knowledgeable as well as artistic, so they can help you come up with the perfect design for your artwork. They are also great at communication and kept in touch with me, letting me know when there were delays with the framing due to Covid and getting my artwork framed the same day that the materials arrived in their store. I met Matt a year ago and started taking him several pieces of Jennifer Janesko which are very expensive. This is my second time using FastFrame in Irvine and I can not emphasize enough how wonderful they are to work with. Sandy is so nice and pleasant and Matt is beyond wonderful! I needed 2 certificates framed quickly and he took the time to go over the frame options, the matting, the colors and what he thought would look best. They were done quickly and perfectly! Easiest 5* review I have ever written. Matt is personable, funny, and actually cares about his customers. I had my degree and tassel framed by Matt and when I got home, I was not careful enough and I messed up my tassel inside the frame. 100% my fault. So I took it back to him because it had to be reopened to fix the tassel. NO CHARGE. He did NOT have to do that. It was COMPLETELY my fault that the tassel got messed up. Have to admit I am conflicted with this review. My problem is it stops at 5 stars. I have brought two pieces of pop art and a 3rd is currently being framed as I write this and so far we have two home runs!
