Great place to get picture frames, glass and more! I only needed a single pane of glass for a 12x16 picture, but was very impressed with the other services/products available. The glass was cut promptly, was priced reasonably and was a perfect solution. read more

Great place. Small, quaint and very personable. Reasonably competitively pricing. Got a scarf framed and they did an astonishing job that looks like a piece of art. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Took time to go through options and gave recommendations. Will go back again for more future framing needs. read more

I don't often leave reviews, but the service at Pacific Coast Art is outstanding. I've had several prints, photos and other custom work done that I'm very happy with. Hector has a terrific eye for detail and the quality of his work keeps me coming back. read more

Amazing quality of framing. Great customer service. Great selection of frames, mats, and glass. The owner has a good eye to help you through selections. I've been coming to Pacific Coast Art and Frame for years at the prior location. read more

Service was great. All questions were answered intelligently and there was a variety of frames to choose from. I came in looking to get a custom 40" x 60" frame. The product was completed in about 2 weeks which was very awesome. Since this frame was the largest size offered according to their selection...it was quite a pricey frame. I was ok with it because I had seen they had a check-in on Yelp deal which would take off 20%. Upon pickup, I mentioned the Yelp coupon and they said it was no longer honored and he did not know how to take it off the website. i'd start off by contacting Yelp ‍ Again, everything was great...except for the coupon not being honored. read more

Called them about replacing broken glass from an odd sized print that fell off the wall. Luckily the frame was intact so it would be pretty easy for them. I took it down on a Saturday, they quoted me both a glass replacement and a plexiglass type replacement. The plexi was about $80 more so I went with the glass. I received a call less than week later telling me it was ready for pickup. When I saw it, it looked like a brand-new picture! Beautifully done. Are they the most inexpensive? Probably not, but you get what you pay for, plus, the guy was super nice. read more

I'm so glad I traveled extra miles to Pacific Coast Art and Frame. We bought a hand made Turkish rug and wanted frames to put in our house as a reminder of a beautiful trip. I was nervous how I should have it framed. Hector was amazing at pulling great choices of mats, frames and glass to pull in the colors of the rug and our house. I highly recommend traveling to this shop to have your favorite art framed. Thanks Hector, you did a fantastic job. read more

We'd been looking for a place to copy and print old family photos for a while, and we found this place by chance and, it turned to be such a gem. My bf and I were concerned about matching frames we had done in Madison WI. Fortunately we showed them what we were looking for and they matched it exactly right away. Then they were very kind with the price, we were wanting to get 9 pieces done and hadn't had anything framed in about 10 years so the price initially was a shock but after talking through the service and comparing competitors, it was quickly clear that this was extremely fair and quite the deal. After getting back everything it was expertly done and looks beautiful. We are so happy and love our new artwork. read more

Dealt with this place for the first time recently to have a small (9"x12") painting matted and framed. Was a relatively simple, basic type of job and turned out very well. However, the cost was quite high for a pretty basic job. Granted, I did choose the more expensive glass (anti glare, slightly tinted so won't fade under lights, etc.), but feel it was a bit overpriced despite being a very nice job. I do recommend this place if you don't mind the pricing or the fact that it takes several weeks for a basic service. read more

I had a painting from my grandfather that I'd been wanting to get framed for a long time so I finally bit the bullet and did it. Found Pacific Coast Art & Frame through Yelp of course, and it didn't disappoint. Hector is great at what he does and was great in helping me pick out the right frame for the painting. I had no idea what I wanted going in and he was happy to keep showing me options until I found something. Even without the 20% Yelp discount, his price was much lower than I expected but echoing what another user said, I would still rather pay more to support a local shop than go to a big chain like Michaels. It took about 2 weeks for the painting to be framed and ready to and the end result was perfect. It means so much to be able to display my grandpa's painting prominently now in its beautiful frame. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

I had 3 items framed here and all of them were beautifully done. Hector was so knowledgeable and helped me capture my vision perfectly. He was so patient while we brainstormed on our projects. The first frame was an autographed portrait of a president with 2 challenge coins, and the second was 2 sentimental concert posters. He took care of these irreplaceable items and I'm so happy with them. I will always go to this place in the future with any framing needs. read more

I've had three things framed by Hector (so far), and have been really impressed/satisfied with each one... he's really nice, and will work with you on price, is way better than any chain framer, generally cheaper, and an all around better way to go if you're trying to get stuff framed. I went to this shop last week in hopes of finding the owner of the space shared by Custom Photo Enlargers. He had just stepped out but the man who owns Pacific Coast Art and Frame asked if he could be of help. Not only did he save me from having to reproduce a family picture from 30 years ago he was kind enough to resecure the backing into the frame at no cost. I have several broken frames at home and I will be sure to take them to him when I'm ready to have them repaired. Excellent customer service! read more

Hector did an outstanding job on the two framing projects I brought in. One of the small framing projects had been attempted 3 times at a large craft store up the street and their attempts were less than favorable. Sad to say!! I had a 5x7 frame that the glass broke and searched all over for a replacement. I was just driving by and saw their shop and decided to try. The gentlemen working, I assume the owner, had the glass! When I asked him how much he said nothing at all. He gave it to me for free. Very kind and generous. I will definitely do all of my framing business here in the future! With that kind of generosity I can imagine their work is great too. Beautiful frame selection there! read more

Very friendly and as we walked in other customers were saying we had come to the right place with smiles.

I went to Aaron Bros. framing about a block away and asked for my print to be matted and placed in a frame I had purchased already. They wanted to charge me close to two hundred dollars, and all just for glass and mattes. I asked if it could be done without to glass to save some money and they told me no. I took it to Hector and he offered to take care of it for eighty-eight dollars. He told me that he Could do what I wanted without the glass and was great helping me to choose how to setup what I wanted. The best isn't always the Big business, and that is certainly true here. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner working here dishonest. I needed a few pictures custom framed so I decided to come to this place since the owner quoted me a cheaper price than other places. I ordered the pictures with the acid free foam board, acid free matting, and UV glass. I had done some research on the UV glass online and through a few other framing shops prior to ordering it and learned that there are small visual difference between UV glass and regular glass (e.g. regular glass has a green cut edge and does not have the micro ripples that UV glass has). (side note: UV glass is the single most best way to protect you artwork from fading. It protects from any type of direct or indirect light). When I received the completed project, the owner confirmed that he used the UV glass (this was my second time asking). I got home and did not see the small micro ripples (similar to an orange peel look) in the glass. To make a long story short, I took the pictures to Aaron Brothers for a 2nd opinion. They open the frames and took out green cornered glass (no UV protection what so ever). They also mentioned that the back foam board was not acid free (they could tell be the way it felt). Im down for helping small businesses but there is no way of knowing if they are cutting corners to save money. Employees at the large chains don't benefit from ripping off customers because they all get paid the same no matter what. When you pay a lot of money for framing, it sucks to get ripped off. read more

Called looking for picture anchors. He was very polite on the phone and offered to provide them to me free of charge after an intense debate I walked away with paying for them as I wanted to support his local business.
