I have tested quite a lot of printing companies ..and even local companies where I can sit and color correct with them... however..I just had a giclee on canvas print delivered from Lumaprints and I don't write reviews usually but this print came out fantastic! most giclee are printed on a heavily coated canvas which tends to make the Giclee look a bit plastic. I looked up many different online companies, and finally was struck by Canvas Memoirs prices. I decided to take a chance and purchased a canvas. Later on I got a reply back from John saying that my picture was not good enough for the canvas size I wanted, so I told him I would go abroad and come back with a different picture. He followed up with me a couple of times, and instead of using a picture from Rio de Janeiro, which I thought would make me super homesick all the time, I finally decided on a sepia picture of the San Francisco Bay Bridge all lit up at sunset, which is one of my favorite "San Francisco moments." They made it fast and it was delivered within a week! And most importantly - the quality of the canvas is exceptional! I googled canvas printers and found MANY different printers to print canvases for my new business. I emailed many of them because I was looking for a printer that could splice a single photo into three 24x36 canvases, many of the websites did not have listed that they could do three large canvases from one photo, so I was calling around and emailing to figure out if they could. I just so happened to call Canvas Memoirs and was greeted on the phone by Yong. He was so polite and extremely helpful in answering my questions that I just knew I had found the place to print my canvases for me. After hanging up with Yong, I placed my order (Canvas Memoirs also has fantastic prices, many of the places I contacted were nearly double the price for three 24x36 canvases and required a much longer delivery time), immediately, I received a thank you email from Yong for placing my order. He also said he would contact me with a mock-up of what my canvases would look like. A few hours later, I received an email showing me what my canvases would look like, unfortunately, I was not happy with the outcome, due to my picture being portrait rather than landscape, it was turning out looking extremely stretched. Immediately I called Yong and asked him what he could do, he said he would try to add extra pixels and try different methods to get the picture to be what I wanted, he sent me about 3 different styles to see if any one was better, but because my picture was portrait and I wanted landscape canvases, the splicing just wasn't coming out correctly, of course it had nothing to do with Yong, it had to do with me picking the wrong type of photo to slit up. In the end, after Yong trying so hard to make my photo work, I decided to pick a photo that would actually work with my three canvases. He did an amazing job and finished it in two days! I had paid for shipping (Flat rate) but because I was just 45 mins away in Pasadena, he offered to drive to over to my store and install it for free! I couldn't believe what excellent customer service he offered. Even my business partners were extremely surprised. He measured everything perfectly for the main wall in my business where his canvases were going to be hanging and really did a great job. I have recommended Canvas Memoirs to people I know and even bought a smaller canvas for my Mom for her birthday (which she loved). If you want excellent customer service when buying an excellent product you should definitely use Canvas Memoirs and ask for Yong. read more

Found these guys online when looking for an anniversary gift for my girlfriend. They just so happened to be 5 minutes from my house. When I called and asked if they could do same day they were kind enough to help me out and get this extra gift done. Unbelievable customer service, best prices around, great quality work. Highly recommended. I was price shopping for services to order a large three-panel canvas "triptych" using one of my wife's photos, and I came across Canvas Memoirs. Their prices seemed 30-50% below the competition, but I found outstanding reviews online which turned out to be true. My initial email went unanswered, but after the reviews I had seen, I figured that was a mistake due to a holiday, and emailed them a second time. From that point on the service was top notch. John and Marcus answered all of my questions about image quality and custom sizes, then provided me with several proof images as we went back and forth discussing options. They performed color adjustments and some retouching, and sent me a sample print to make 100% sure I would be happy. We took a 6 megapixel image and blew it up to 40x60" - only 50dpi, but looks great. The final product came packaged very nicely. There weren't any instructions included for attaching the hardware, but it's pretty obvious and not difficult. My biggest recommendation is to measure carefully and do it identically on each canvas so you'll have an easier time aligning them on the wall. read more
