These guys are AMAZING! I've never felt so passionate about framing before, but man, I'm really fired up about framing now. I found a painting quite literally yesterday, brought it in immediately after, and within 24 hours I've got a fully framed beauty ready to hang on the wall. First off, the selection of frames is amazing - and there was absolutely no upselling involved. Dory helped find the perfect frame for my (pretty gigantic) painting, and it was about 1/3rd of the cost that I was anticipating for a work of this size. Dory asked me if I had any deadline and I told her I didn't, but that I also am not the most patient person so sooner is always appreciated. I did NOT expect that sooner meant the very next day. Today I picked it up, it was wrapped carefully and in perfect condition. I gotta find more stuff to frame at this rate, these folks are just that good. Absolutely flabbergasted at how awesome the experience was, 10/10 would frame again. read more

One the wall is so incredible. I called on a Saturday inquiring a photo and framing and Ben was so amazing. The amount of care that this place puts into what you are looking for it so refreshing. I needed some prints of my grandmother done quickly for her funeral service and for my keeping. Ben said no problem. Come on in and they will help in anyway they can. It only took 4 days for everything to be restored, printed, and framed. I was so comforted on how they treated my hard time into a beautiful moment to cherish. I will always go to One the Wall for any of my photo needs. Special thanks to the whole team. read more

I'm so grateful to have found this place this year when I was seeking out a quality framer for my photography for our nonprofit cultural museum. You're immediately greeted by ultra friendly and social staff whose love for art is evident. The space itself is amazing. You could walk through it and never be bored. I was able to work with the team to print my photos in exceptional quality and get them framed to match the artwork of the museum. They were so meticulous and detailed, and the turnaround time was perfect. Five prints and framing in under a week and everything turned out perfect. Not going anywhere else again for framing and photo needs! read more

I talked to the owner. He's been doing it for 40 years so he knows what he's talking about. He has his new women that can do collages and 3-D and all that stuff he has all that high tech stuff for wedding funerals and everything and I looked at their matting and they're really all computerized so there's no overcut and they build really good frames. I want to give them a call out. Also I needed this little part to hang up some mirrors and they were super nice about it. They did it. They didn't charge me much and they had it in stock. They're really friendly really helpful. This is the place I recommend going. read more

A quick google search led me to this place and I was a bit overwhelmed with the sheer amount of options they had on their shelves and walls. Jill was kind to walk me through their process of how to start: whether selecting a frame off of their wall or placing a custom order. After selecting the 4x5 frames that I liked, I asked if they could print some photos for me and they obliged! They were super transparent on their pricing and process, and were very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Ben had informed me of the photo printing process and made sure I had the final say in making sure my photos fit the way I want them to into their frames. Lovely folks, great business read more

Whoever took my call at 1:36 pm was the rudest person I have ever had with call so far. I was asking for frame size and I needed help and whoever she was, she was very rude and unhelpful, I'm glad I didn't end up buying any frames, this person lost this business easily $300 read more

I'm giving you 3 stars because I want the owners to see this. The work is great but what I saw when i picked up my last order was unacceptable. Jill is fantastic and has helped me frame some prints. She has a great eye for framing and I cherish her opinions. When I last picked up a couple prints that I had been waiting for I was greeted by Jill. Jill was looking for a new piece that I had brought in and asked another woman working there if she knew where it was. This woman was very rude and demeaning towards Jill. It was made all the worse by her talking down to her in front of me. Very unprofessional. read more

I called Ben a few months ago and he quoted me $36 for a glass cut. I came in today and the lady said the price now is in the $200s. I asked to speak to the owner and she repeatedly told me he told said to run it as an oval cut, rather than allowing me to just wait and see if the owner could help. I understand a price jump of $10-20 but a $100 is just odd. She told me Ben is not their frame person, rather a digital person. Ben also couldn't decipher where he was able to price the frame. Overall I feel I was baited and switched after driving an hour. Very odd experience Edit: the other places I went to couldn't do it because they don't sell or cut glass. I am a framing/glass expert and just assumed all frame places also cut glass. read more

Super talented business. I 've been assisted by different people on different visits and have always gotten great insights into matting, framing, color themes, etc., on my projects and my clients' projects. Highly recommend. read more

These folks are amazing! The quality of their work is exceptional. They are super nice to work with. But the most incredible part about their service is that they can show you in advance a completely accurate digital image of what your framed result will look like (including your content). That is so helpful in making the best choices about mats and frames. And they can update the image immediately if you want to look at a different mat or frame. Absolutely the best place I've ever used for framing. Never going anywhere else now. read more

Amazing family run business. I saw them driving by and decided to take a chance instead of going to a larger store and I'm so glad I did. They've done two things for me and they're both gorgeous. Amazing service and knowledgeable staff! Jill helped us pick the perfect frame for our piece. We had a color and style in mind for the frame, but she gave us great alternatives which looked better. She was very patient as we reviewed the various choices we picked and that she recommended. Needless to say, they have a massive selection of custom frames and matting The craftsmanship is top notch. The frame, joinery, and backing look fantastic. Great attention to detail. Price was a bargain for the level of custom craftsmanship. We will definitely be going back with more of our art to frame. read more

This is my go-to frame shop! I can take just about anything there and they will tell me the best method of framing, which glass they recommend and will even offer suggestions for matting styles and widths. They are so friendly and helpful! My most recent item for framing was a signed collectible magazine that my son had so we had it framed for his birthday. They had to figure out the best way to mount the magazine (*I forgot to mention, the magazine was cut in half - I'm not sure why - ??). They recommended that we use special glass to protect it from the UV light and we just got a simple black frame and mat. It turned out amazing!! They usually aren't the cheapest, but I'm a big believer in 'you get what you pay for'!! My son was really pleased with how it turned out!!!! That's what matters the most!! *I'll post some pics later of some of the items we have had framed read more

They really do a great job here. I've been bringing my art here for years for framing. One of the owners, Dorie, is incredibly knowledable about art and the options they offer for framing. I wanted to give 4 stars.. I mean They do great work, and the woman behind the desk was amazing to deal with !! How ever there were small things that they weren't willing to do like place the artwork in the frame.. which resulted in a very painstaking hanging process .. again they did great work, but they did not go the extra mile.. and it was disappointing considering I spent close to 300 dollars on the frame ... The woman there is great !! Tho!! Delly or something.. she's awesome and super nice!! She had nothing to do with that not happening .. .. again recommend but but expensive and not placing the artwork really pissed me off. I gave 5 stars .. cause who am I do affect someones business. read more

I am very happy with the experiences I've had over the years at this shop. They really are experts at their craft. They are great at suggesting matting colors and frame options, taking their time to make sure you are happy with the choices you make. They have the software to show you what the finished product will look like so that you can compare your considered frames, and prices, side-by-side. Im thrilled I could have supported this small business! They assisted on a special gift I was working on for a colleague and custom made the frame and sizing of the matte. They completed in a couple hours! Ordering online with the back up of the holidays would've taken weeks with other mainstream companies. Highly recommend - very compatible pricing as well! Their staff was professional and courtesy. Went above and beyond to get this done in time for the going away party. read more

I never knew there was a place that JUST SOLD FRAMES. I thought it was super fascinating going in. They frame whatever you need framed for you professionally. They give you little hooks and nails to hang them thereafter too. I can never go back to framing things myself after seeing how they frame things. I didn't even know this but they were so kind enough to even somehow show the back of my letter on the back of the picture frame. How cool is that. read more

Here is a picture framing life hack that you can thank me later for. If your looking to have art or anything framed buy all the stuff on Amazon, once it's delivered leave it in the box and bring it straight to ON THE WALL and ask them to throw the box in their dumpster for you and then have them custom make your work. This place is a lost art and they are helpful, prompt and professional. I walked in and they were able to do a rush job on a project we needed.
