Excellent service, good pricing, very professional -they re-stretched and framed a vintage oil painting for me. I'll use them again and again, I'm sure! read more

Great staff, very pleasant. Framing is never inexpensive when done well, however, I got the best quote on a frame for a very large magazine cover poster I had made. The framing and transparent low glare protective plexiglass are high quality. I wanted plexiglass as it is less likely to break in the event of earthquake or drop. Recommended! read more

I found them somehow on google after spending weeks trying to find a mirror that was close to my specific dimensional needs. I drove 50 miles each way, twice, to visit this store and I'm so happy I did. They custom made me the most beautiful mirror for my wall. I've never seen a larger selection of frames anywhere! (and I used to be in the framing business) Their website is a bit confusing, but going to their location was 100% worth it!! I will definitely take the drive down there for any other framing or mirror needs in the future! It's also great to support a small business. Their prices were way less than I was expecting (and for a custom made piece, it was no more than the online pre-made prices) and their turn around time, even during the holidays, was super fast!!!! You can't go wrong visiting them! read more

I took a chance based on the reviews and ordered 3 custom sized mirrors as part of a bathroom remodel. It was less expensive to get my mirrors shipped from California than it was to get them local in SWFL. The mirrors are high quality. I chose the black metal frame. All tree mirrors were shipped in wooden packing crates and arrived in perfect condition. read more

After going to Home Depot and Lowe's and not finding the right mirror that we needed, I found Art Concepts on Google, and now we have a great looking mirror. The showroom can be pretty overwhelming. They have just about every style and color of frame that you need for a mirror or anything else. They can also do a frame unstained and you can stain it yourself. They can cut the frame and mirror to any size you need. The service was excellent and we had the mirror within a week. Definitely recommend. read more

Excellent customer service. I had trouble finding the right mirror for my powder room, Larry was so patient with me. He even let me borrow three mirrors to bring home to see which one would look the best. Their goal he said, was to make the customer happy. Well, they did . I highly recommend this store. So many mirrors to chose from and if they don't have what you want, they will make it . read more

I've walked by this place a million times and never thought to go in there. I had one medium and two large pieces that I needed framed. Aaron Brothers wanted to charge me like $200 for the medium piece. I was like 'forget you'. They were like 'whatever, 'cuz this silly stepmom who drives a Porsche Cayenne will give us $400 just to mount some baby pictures on a piece of poster board'. But I digress... I brought my pieces in here and Larry (I want to say Larry, but I know that wasn't really his name...) was really nice and patient and worked with me to find materials that they had in stock to control costs and still make my stuff look good. Picked the stuff up less than a week later, it looked real nice, real professional work, have the stuff mounted now for 3 months or so and I'm still happy with it. The rest of the staff was quite nice as well. Best part: all three pieces came out to less than $200. Bottom line: good quality work, reasonable prices, helpful and friendly staff Suck it Aaron Bros, Larry got my back from now on. read more

This business is just a few doors down from my business..and the owner has been there for a lot of years...over 15 years I think. Runs an honest business, treats folks well, and has an amazing selection of frame material's must be over 1000 different frame moldings to choose from, countless mat and border choices. I have a collection of over 300 original signed autographs from actors, musician's name idiots a fairly large collection of expensive authentic, certified autographs. I shopped around, made calls, looked online etc...and no one even came close to what this guy and his company quoted me to have them all custom framed, and mounted...and completed within a couple of days..not a small task to custom make and frame 300 signed photographs, with glass front and back of the frame, photo mounted in the acceptable manner for photographs, so they keep their original condition, and retain their value as a collectibles this for less than what a typical frame only purchase would cost anywhere else. read more

I had visited Michaels because it was convenient but had a very specific frame in mind which they did not have. I walked into this place and was astonished by the sheer number of frames available and walked through rooms with framed pictures and beautiful mirrors. I knew immediately there was no way they would not have exactly what I wanted... and they did. I was assisted by Hugo who was personable, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and even let me practice a little bad Spanish on him! I did not get to meet Larry, but Hugo checked with him when I went in to pick up to make sure I was getting the best price possible. The cost was reasonable, the end result was beautiful, the service was excellent, and I do not know why you would go anywhere else for your framing needs. read more

My wife and I shopped around at different stores to have large custom mirrors framed along with a couple of portraits. Dealing with Larry was a great experience from selecting the right frames all the way trough installation. No used cars salesman mentality, just honest and straight forward talking. You come out feeling that you were treated nicely and you paid a reasonable price. We will definitely be a repeat customer. As a matter of fact, our first deal with them was a little than a year ago and weare going again to have some pictures framed. Thank you for a great service. read more

We ordered 2 barn wood framed mirrors that were going to be hung together over our new double sink vanity, so naturally we were concerned about how closely matched the frames would be. Before we placed our order it was explained to us that reclaimed wood varies and an exact match is difficult. The staff said that they would do their best to get the pieces of wood to match as close as possible. And they did just that....Larry, Ricardo, Charles, and Joanna contributed in all aspects of good customer service which resulted in a beautiful product. Steve and Teresa Z. read more
