No apologies and now we can't even get a call back. This puts us in a bind with our landlord as our lease is up. But wait, there is more -- his customer showed up and left with 14 chairs and we have yet to be paid inspite of repeated calls. We are about to turn this over to our attorney if it doesn't get resolved soon. Here's an update.
