As soon as we walked into the showroom and met Terry Dilisi, we felt welcomed and were given the utmost in customer service and professionalism . Terry is extremely competent, knowledgeable, and friendly, and we felt that we were in excellent hands with her the entire time. The gallery owner, Randy Higbee, is highly involved in the daily operations at the gallery, and personally varnished all of our paintings, once again demonstrating that his gallery truly is dedicated to providing the utmost in high quality framing for their clients. As an artist living on the east coast of the USA, I frequently had to wait a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks on a frame order from any one of the numerous companies in California. The Randy Higbee Gallery in Costa Mesa, CA, however, somehow finds a way to get my frames to me in a much more expedient manner. My most recent order was placed on a Friday and the frames arrived the following Thursday....without a request from me for a rush on shipping. In addition to the quick service, Terry and the other staff I have dealt with have always been top notch...and the frames are always packed securely in new materials, not packed in crumpled newspaper or bits and pieces of old bubble wrap and arriving in cut-down old boxes held together with strapping tape. This is my second purchase and I'm thrilled with both frames. I called as I was uncertain of the finish on my first frame and I needed to match. The salesman immediately found my order and then placed new order for same frame in a different size. The floater frame is fantastic for a small, flat canvas. The frame was beautifully packed and ready to hang. They even added a picture hook for the wall. A few pieces of Velcro and my art is hanging on my wall. The quality is superb and the transaction was a pleasure. The frame was shipped the following day and confirmation email sent to me. What an incredible space! I recently attended a beautiful event at the Higbee Gallery. The space is wonderful - in addition to framing, the space includes an excellent gallery area for art exhibitions, great gathering space for guests to mingle, enjoy appetizers, etc, and a large, central area conducive to audience-style seating to hear a panel presentation. Randy, the gallery owner, is fantastic: very engaged in the community, supportive of art as a part of the social fabric, vibrancy and health. Love all Randy Higbee Frame styles. I only use frames from this gallery, because, not only are they beautiful and well made, but the staff are so kind and helpful. I needed a frame for a large studio painting headed to a show at the Salmagundi Club in New York. The gallery was able to create and ship the frame to me in record time so that I could get it to there on time. Every order shipped to me has arrived well packaged without any damage. i just entered several pieces into randy higbee's annual 6x6 exhibition of oil paintings. i purchased some of his frames..from Kingofframe.com...and they are exquisite!!.. very well made and substantial!!.. they arrived in great shape and my work is shown off at it's best!!.. the opening reception is december 2 and will be on display through the end of the month. 500 beautiful works will be on display and i'm sure the opening will be great fun!!.. lots of wine!! read more

Just received my beautiful frame last Friday. Fantastic and prompt service from the staff. The person who packed my frame deserves a gold medal. The FedEx delivery person left the box in the middle of my steep driveway so when I came home I, unfortunately, drove over the box. Much to my surprise, the frame was in perfect condition when I opened the box because of the excellent packing job. I will definitely continue to order frames from this gallery! read more
