Large poke bowl

Pretty good for Arizona poke! I live out of state and whenever I visit family, I always swing by this place. Portions are nice and large, and there's a good amount of options. The fish quality isn't bad and the workers here are always fast and kind. I also like that there's more pre mixed fish options. I'll be back again!

3 scoop spam bowl with house spicy sauce and spicy creamy on top

Ordered this with doordash and I liked everything except the fact that it was way too salty. That might be my own fault though as I ordered spam + two sauces (one mixed in and one on top). It got to the point where it was hard to finish due to the salt. Next time I will try ordering only one sauce and hopefully that'll fix the problem. Update: Tried with just creamy sauce and it fixed it!

Nice location, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Right when you walk in you see the guiding menu, and the employees were so welcoming and helpful! I expressed I was not sure how it all worked because it was my first time trying this place out, she explained everything even letting me know what the customer favorites are! The presentation of the bowl was great, as was the great taste!! I would definitely recommend giving this place a try! Crab Salad Poke Bowl Blazing Salmon Spicy Tuna Avocado Sprouts Jalapeño

I love ahi poke. I haven't tried their GRILLED MENU yet. They have TERIYAKI CHICKEN BOWL For $8.95 and TERIYAKI SALMON BOWL For $11.35 and SPAM MUSUBI $2.75 or 2 for $4.95 and UNAGI BOWL $11.95 and UNAGI MUSUBI For $3.50 or 2 FOR $5.95 They also have MISO for $1.00 with any bowl. First I chose a base: -WHITE RICE -BROWN RICE -KELP NOODLES (haven't tried) -ORGANIC GREENS -HALF & HALF Then I chose my scoops: -AHI TUNA -SPICY TUNA -SALMON -SHRIMP -KIMCHI SHRIMP -OCTOPUS -YELLOWTAIL (add $1) -SCALLOPS -TUNA LUAU -BLAZING SALMON -TOFU -UNAGI (add $1) -SPAM The 2 SCOOPS is $11.35 while the 3 SCOOPS is $13.55 while the KIDS' BOWL is $7.95 for (12 and UNDER). An additional scoop is $2.20 My favorite is the spicy time and blazing salmon. I also go for the regular salmon and the yellow tail. After that I chose my sauce: -HOUSE SAUCE -HOUSE SPICY -SPICY CREAMY -KIMCHI SAUCE -SWEET CITRUS -WASABI CITRUS -GARLIC SOY MIRIN I haven't tried them all. I usually go for the house spicy or the house sauce or the spice creamy. Curious about the garlic soy mirin though. Then I chose my toppings: Ginger Masago (extra scoop .75) Edamame Wasabi Cucumber Crab salad (extra scoop .75) Daikon sprouts Green onion Red onion Seaweed salad (extra scoop .75) Pickled radish Avocado ($1.50) Sesame seed Crispy onion Chili flakes Furikake Seasonal topping I have never had the seasonal toppings. Maybe it is the pineapple, but I always thought it was canned. They are a little pricey. I more often go to a place with the prices a little less. However they are pretty tasty.

To go order: 2 Scoop Bowl. White rice, organic greens. Ahi & Spicy Tuna

First timer to this fast food fresh & healthy chain. A little history- The Ahipoki concept was born out of the desire of a restaurant group wanting to bring a much needed health conscious approach for their customers. It's an inspired seafood restaurant with a south pacific flare.. Consumers create their own customized poke bowl and have the option to sit down and relax in a laid-back atmosphere all while enjoying the fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian flavors coupled with a fresh fish experience normally found outside of a quick serve restaurant. You also have the option of calling ahead to place a order to go and enjoy poke on the run! Arrive about 2:00 PM just a few patrons dining in and a few tickets were being processed for "pick up" by grub hub which gave me a few minutes to look over the menu. Took notice of how clean the restaurant was and how organized the process was going to be as well. Ordered the two scoop with white rice and organic greens. At an additional fee of $1.50 got avocado as well. Honestly, wasn't a fan as it was more guacamole than sliced avocado. Fish- went with ahi tuna and spicy tuna. Both were delicious along with fresh cucumber slices, red onion, wasabi, ginger, seaweed salad and drizzled with eel sauce, spicy cream sauce & garlic soy mirin. With tax and tip about $16! Huge portion at a fair price and plenty to fill you up and or have a bit of leftovers for later. Employees extremely pleasant. Again "shout out" to the staff for how clean this location was. If you haven't tried this place, I encourage you to do so!

Please read our order and tell me what is actually right? The white rice.

Not too sure what happened here. I feel as if I got punk'd, where's Ashton Kutcher?! (please look at picture) No sauce, not the right fish, missing a TON of FISH, missing extras that were paid for, no flavor in/on anything, door dash app also didn't give options for toppings (maybe we missed the options I don't know) , so got ripped off there too. Like wth happened here? Manager?? Tried calling once our delivery got here, but you guys were already closed, took about 40 min to get our food. Tried finding an email, so I could privately message you guys, but couldn't find one. Ya'll definitely messed up the whole order. I would love our money back, thanks. $70+or so...

Maybe there will be another one that opens up closer to the South Tempe area, nearer to the population center. They are located at the edge of Gilbert. I love poke. There are signature bowls or build-your-own bowls. There were only five options for the signature bowls. They each have their own marinating sauce. There are five marinating sauces. OG sauce, island fin fire, pozu, wicked wahine, and shoyu. Shoyu is your basic soy sauce. The wicked wahine is a little sweet. Ponzu is usually a little citrusy tasting. I believe island fin fire was a little spicy. The OG sauce is probably what people usually get when they build their own bowl if they're not looking for something exotic. This is what is said about their marinating sauces: The OG sauce is a bold and savory flavor. It has fresh jalapeños and fresh sweet onions that marinate in sesame oil, olive oil, rice wine vinegar and a premium gluten free soy sauce. Shoyu is a premium gluten free soy sauce. Ponzu is a citrus based soy sauce. It has fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, and fresh lime juice that are mixed with the premium gluten free soy sauce. Island Fin Fire is their spicy sauce. It has fresh habaneros, fresh pineapple, cilantro, honey and rice wine vinegar that are mixed with their premium gluten free soy sauce. Wicked Wahine is their sweet heat. It has fresh lime juice, coconut palm sugar, and chili paste mixed with their premium gluten free soy sauce. The below are their signature bowls: Salmon Poke Bowl - Salmon, Edamame, Corn, Ponzu, Seaweed Salad, Avocado Cream, and Tempura Crisps Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl - Ahi Tuna, Edamame, Corn, OG Sauce, Pineapple Mango Salsa, Spicy Pickled Veggies, Green Onion, Togarashi, Sesame Seeds, and Crispy Onion Chicken Poke Bowl - Chicken, Edamame, Corn, Wicked Wahine, Pineapple, Green Onion, Ono Ono, and Wonton Crisps Korean BBQ Chicken Bowl - Korean BBQ Chicken, Sweet Onions, Corn, Kimchi, Spicy Pickled Veg, Green Onions, Togarashi, and Sesame Seeds Vegetable Poke Bowl With the build-your-own bowl, you can get three scoops of protein. You can also get a mix of either one rice and spring mix, or both rices but no spring mix. You can choose between brown rice or white rice. There are eight different meat options. Ahi Tuna, Salmon, Spicy Tuna, Tofu, Chicken, Octopus, Spam, Korean BBQ Chicken. There are six different options for Mix ins. Furikaki (sesame seeds, dried seaweed and sea salt), Edamame, Corn, Sweet Onion, Jalapenos, OG Veg. I would probably do all of these except for the jalapeños. You can select up to eight of their toppings. Wasabi Cream - Wasabi, Togarashi seasoning and mexican cream Togarashi - Their version of Spicy Mayo. Jamaican - Jerk seasoning and mayo. Ono Ono (vegan) - Their vegan finishing sauce. It is Frank's sweet thai chili mixed with cilantro, green onions, chili paste and ginger. You can get up to nine crunchy toppings. Sesame Seeds, Chili Flakes, Sea Salt Crispy Onions, Roasted Garlic, Nori Strips, Tempura Crisps, Wasabi Peas, Wonton Crisps, Chili Oil. Of these, I would probably do the crispy onions, the roasted garlic, the Nori strips, the tempura crisps, the wonton crisps, and maybe the chili oil. Usually quiet inside. Sometimes service is slow. I couldn't pick a favorite. I liked all of their signature bowls. I usually got one of the below: Salmon Poke Bowl, Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, or the Korean BBQ Chicken Bowl.

They also have great prices - gotta get that bowl filled with three or four proteins!! And the protein options are all fresh and DEEE-licious. It's tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, and I've probably passed it a gazillion times and never even noticed it was there. My friend had called the day before to see if there was anything gluten-free on the menu. They were so helpful when we showed up. They had remembered her call and could tell her exactly what was gluten free. This is a very casual order at the counter kind of place. The dining room is simple, but that's okay because the focus is on the yummy food. They have single plates and double plates on the menu. I got a plate that had kalbi and kalua pork. It was served with white rice, macaroni salad, and kimchi. It was amazing! The pork tasted Smoky and delicious, the kalbi beef had just the right amount of sweetness to it. The macaroni salad was also perfect. I got quite a bit of food for my money. I was able to make it into two meals because there was no way I was going to finish it in one sitting. I really like Hawaiian food, and this one is so much better than some of the chain restaurants. It's slightly more in price, but it's 100% worth it. We sat and talked for a couple hours at least. While we were sitting, there was a period when every table was taken. So it does seem like quite a few people know about this place and come. I highly recommend it!

The bread was a nice sourdough that was not just a cheap white bread and did not get soggy. However, with my sandwich, the bread was burnt so that bitterness ruined the flavor of the delicate fish. I did not appreciate this. CLAM CHOWDER- creamy and more on the fluid consistency, being made with fresh clams makes the difference. Not the best chowder i've had, but was pretty decent.
