What a great place to come for a quick, hot, and delicious meal! I can't believe I haven't come here before. I really enjoyed it and will be back again. Prices were pretty good I thought.

Ordered on a whim after seeing someone eating Chinese food on TV. NoRa did not disappoint!!! We ordered chicken chow mein, chicken teriyaki, shrimp malaysian noodles, vegetable spring rolls and chicken dumplings. EVERYTHING, I mean everything arrived HOT and DELICIOUS. This is definitely a great spot to try

I've had ramen before and it smelled good and the chicken was fresh as well as tasty and hot. I tried this place due to reviews and was really excited to try their chicken ramen and chicken chow main. Beyond disappointed!!! The soup had this awful smell and I took my spoon hoping for the best. It was so salty and the oddest taste ever. Even the egg wasn't even white! Yes I've had a whole boiled egg that wasn't the color of the soup. The chicken was burnt in some parts but not even fresh. I can't eat the ramen! I tried to had steaming hot water to see if that would help and oh it did not. The chicken chow had so much soy sauce that when you took a bite of the noodles it was like taking a tsp of salt. My stomach started to hurt and my tongue going bonkers from so much salt! I wish the one place in Scottsdale which makes the best Asian food was closer to me.

Finally went into the establishment I've been meaning to stop by for a couple of months! decided to try a little bit of everything. I got tempura sushi, the stuff, jalapeños teriyaki, chicken, and chicken Ramen to go! When I got home I tried the jalapeños and they were great! I tried the shrimp tempura, and it was great. Then I tried the Ramen, and while I was stirring everything all together, I found a short black hair in it, which completely ruined my appetite. I will call the restaurant tomorrow to discuss with them. It looked very appetizing at first but hair always ruins any meal for me. Which is unfortunate because I had really high hopes

This is my go to lunch spot. I've gone around 7+ times. Each time I've ordered a different item, all are solid. Prices outside of sushi are pretty good. Really the bowls are where it's at. Ordered the orange chicken bowl and it was my favorite so far. Prices are good, food is always fast and hot. Definitely worth trying.

    Teriyaki chicken and broccoli. Great!!

Food was great, rice cooked perfectly, chicken cooked where it wasn't dry like the desert, salmon was still up the river apparently because my salmon order never came. Just chicken. Why 4 stars you may ask? Well, their teriyaki sauce is really good, the chicken, though I wanted Salmon, hubby wanted chicken was also good. I just dealt with it. I ate it though...all of it. I'm not gonna bash a new restaurant because of an honest mistake. Try this place out, just make sure the Salmon are done doing their River hooplala so you can try it and tell me how it is :)

I wish I had gotten photos of everything else but we ate it all so fast! This place is INCREDIBLE. The service was fast and staff was friendly. They had options for new and experienced Asian cuisine goers. This is in my top 3 favorite Asian places in the valley. We 100% will be back soon!

Rolls are smaller and taste like grocery store sushi rather than quality restaurant sushi. The sauces are different and used way more sparingly, the cuts of the ingredients are inconsistent. The rice tastes cheaper and the fish and fruits are unrecognizable. The Baja roll and Primo rolls use to be my favorite rolls anywhere. I ordered both and I honestly couldn't even finish the Baja roll. Cheap fish, canned fruit, almost no sauces. I'd honestly rather pay $25 a roll to have the old rolls back rather than these new versions. Sadly, I probably won't ever return unless they go back to the old level of quality for their rolls. A simple dish consisting of panko breaded pork (katsu) cooked with onions, and scrambled egg in a broth made of dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, served over rice. Relatively simple to make, but often not done well. Often the broth will be too sweet, and instead of pork it will be chicken (often overdone and dry) I much prefer the pork version. Yoko's katsu bowl to me is perfection. The pork is flavorful and juicy, not fatty or full of gristle. The broth is perfectly balanced, the onions cooked but with some crispness still and the egg, just done to the point of firmness but not overcooked. Haven't had katsudon this good since I left Japan in '94. The lemon chicken was good, not overly sweet with good lemon flavor. Crab Rangoon's (crab angels on the menu) are pretty typical, cream cheese wontons but they are large and tasty. Same with the egg roll, pretty standard for Asian takeout, large portion, crispy on the outside with some crispy cabbage filling. Yoko's is my go to for my beloved Katsudon, they have an extensive menu that I want to try more of, but it will be difficult to ever not order my favorite Japanese dish of all time.
