Service good Fish, one scoop is a tablespoon. Maybe not literally but pretty damned close . Love me some poke, was expecting 1/4c minimum, severely disappointed. Still good, but little to no value read more

I love Ahipoki! I have never had issues with freshness, and love all the toppings that are available! Kimchi Shrimp, Tuna Luau, and Tuna Lava are definitely faves! I get mixed greens with the kelp noodles as the base, and love it! They always have deals on their app and points accrue quickly. During the holidays, they always have a special on gift cards. I just got a $60 gift card for $50! Service has always been quick and friendly even though I don't order ahead. They have a nice two-story seating area and a fireplace. Definitely some nice ambience! read more

Was my first experience with a poke bowl so I have nothing to compare. That said the options for building your bowl were many and varied. The food was flavorful and fresh. I'd order again read more

We came over the Memorial weekend to use our In Kind cash before it expires. The app and their little sign says they support In Kind. We didn't find out until after we ordered that their internet was out. We could NOT use our In Kind Cash, we requested a printed receipt but the young lady couldn't give us one. I ended up paying cash. Thank goodness I had this on me. We considered walking out but are too nice of humans to do this. This is basic custom service... If I was a franchise owner I'd be offering a discount, doing something for the inconvenience. May also consider a backup mi-fi/hotspot to help. While we were here another group tried to use their gift card and were upset. I'd plan better especially with a holiday when people are traveling. On the plus side the food was okay. The payment hiccup tarnished our appetites. The ladies were not friendly when we left. We didn't plan for how this went down. I probably won't return here after this issue. There are other places I can go that are more organized. read more

Good size portions and the service was nice but for a poke place, the foundation is the fish but the fish itself tastes too fishy. I got salmon and some tuna with sauce, and I couldn't finish the salmon... read more

Miss this place now that I am traveling in FL... the fish was always pretty fresh and this place has the most toppings of all places I went to around fl. I still have to find ahi poke place that is equal in value and taste to this one. its a shame here it sucks.. the customer service was always great in Flag and I would go there every week for my bowl which was always very filling. Invited a friend and he was amazed too at the taste and value and I would always get 2 scoops! hope to come back to Flagstaff and have it again and hope its still there! read more

The Ahi & Salmon double scoop bowl was delicious. The bowl was delivered to my door in the hotel.

Amazing inexpensive Japanese food! The woman at the counter today was very nice and helpful as well. Would definitely come back!

Cute shop, private parking lot. Plenty of seating inside, they have lower & upper level seating available. Not the most options as far as poki shops go - but with that said everything was delicious. Small portions but perfectly filling if you're craving something healthier. Service was good and friendly. read more

We can count on this place for fast to-go poke. We don't expect hawaii level poke here, but they always do a great job!

Enjoyed food and experience. I will make one suggestion is rinse/wash the rice and learn to the proper rice/water ratio since it's the basis for poke. The rice was not cooked very well and had a mushy quality. It's very easy https://www.thespruceeats.com/what-is-the-rice-finger-trick-4771394 read more

I've seen the bad reviews and was afraid to try this place, but I was shocked to find how amazing this place is !! The employee was super kind and helpful, the restaurant is super clean, and the food is DELICIOUS !! I've seen some bad reviews on the rice, for new the rice was perfect. I even bought another bowl to go and the rice was still soft and tasty after an hour and a half drive home and a few hours in the fridge. I 100% recommend this place if you're craving some fresh fish. read more

For some reason I had an inexplicable craving for raw fish, enough that I ignored the overpowering old-fish smell as I walked by the entrance to this place. It did meet the craving, but was thoroughly mediocre, perhaps as is to be expected from chain poke. The rice was mushy and overcooked, the fish was nothing special, and the salads were stale. I suppose it did meet the craving, but I'll likely avoid returning. read more

Came here for lunch on Sunday. No one behind the counter. Stood there for a few minutes and then we called out to the guy in the back who was reprimanding another employee. He came out. My hubby casually commented they should get a door chime. The bearded guy behind the counter snapped back saying he was only back there for 5 seconds. Rest of the interaction with him did not improve. I see from reviews a few years ago that the "bearded guy" is likely the same that others commented on as being rude. If he was my employee he'd be fired. Nothing like a little pain to snap you back into reality. Food was ok. I've definitely had better poki bowls. Ambiance - it would have been fine had we not had to deal with the jack@$$ behind the counter. I purposefully did not tip. read more

This is my go to spot. We've eaten a lot of poke spots and this one is consistent and always tastes great.

I got food poisoning there today. It didn't taste right. I've always gotten good food there too. If it doesn't taste right, don't eat it!

Don't get me wrong, the food is great. We enjoy eating at Ahipoki. The service for us was great, but then after we were served the employees scurried into the back of the kitchen for 10-20 minutes. We saw a customer come to order around 7:25pm (12/19/21), he waited around for 5 minutes and left in frustration. Please train staff to be aware of their customers entering, we hate to lose this place due to no revenue or customers. Also, the trash was full and the bathrooms needed restocking. --- our food was still delicious! read more

I was glad I wandered in here. We didn't really know what we were in for, but the staff were super friendly and helpful and walked us through the options for each bowl, even giving suggestions. It was just what we were looking for! The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because they definitely are kind of pricy. Although, comparing to like sushi rolls, and the amount of food you get for a regular size bowl is okay. I'll totally be back for lunch again. read more

First time I came here I got really sick... after a while tried it again (slightly afraid I'm not going to lie) and it was refreshing and delicious. I will say the service left you feeling unimportant and waiting for when it was convenient for them to serve you but they were quick once they noticed several people in line and the food was a nice medley of fresh, crunchy, sticky and tasty! A great lunch spot! Just praying I never get sick here again or I will not be as brave to try again. read more

Kid with the dark hair is probably the nicest and funniest ahi Poki worker of all time super good service and good food too

I ordered a large poke bowl and added a note for them to feel free to make any substitutions to make it gluten free since I usually check things with them when there in-person. They called to say they'd be changing the house sauce to their gluten free house sauce which is what I asked for in my order message, so that was good. But then they just cancelled my order with an electronic message just saying cancelled. I'll get refunded of course, or so is my hope, but they have plenty of gluten free options and I selected the ones I knew of so I'm very frustrated. Especially since in my order I specified they could make any alterations necessary. Grr. They didn't even call to tell me. I really wanted poke and knew it would be delicious. I got super sick last time I ate here, food poisoning style sick and didn't leave a review from that time because I was busy throwing up and etc, but I was wanting to give them another go since my first two orders had been so wonderful. But the lack of customer service and communication, other than the first phone call to confirm things were good.... I'm hungry so I'll just make my own food instead I guess which is fine. What the heck though? I'm all about supporting businesses in town, especially now, and wanted to give them another shot. Not ordering here again after this. Frustrating and confusing. read more

I'm from Hawaii and grew up with traditional types of poke so I'm a little biased. I like that they give you lots of options and variety, I have always had great service and enjoyed a mix of spicy salmon, spicy tuna, avocado and a mix of salad and rice. It's different than Hawaiian poke, but when you're craving raw fish, it's a good stop! I'm also not sure why the mainland spells it poki instead of poke... read more

Stuck in my hotel and decided to order through Uber Eats. Paid for a 3 scoop bowl: tuna, scallops and yellowtail. The yellowtail is an up-charge of like $1.50. My bowl arrived and there were only two scoops, no yellowtail. I paid extra for avocado and it was literally, a tiny scoop of brown avocado. They also missed a bunch of additional items I added + no utensils, chopsticks or napkins. Not sure how they planned on me eating this thing. Overall, wasn't too impressed. The bowl is super small for $20+ and they couldn't even get a simple order correct. All you do is read the list and dump the items in a bowl -- not too difficult. Probably won't be back here. There are better options out there for lunch. read more

This place is literally a joke They're called "ahi poke" Not salad bowl. What's the point of serving poke bowls if you're only going to give like 5 pieces of sushi . I love fish, but in the last many weeks, I am in a place where there isn't much of anything. So when I drove 3 hours and reached a city, the first thing I did was to check Yelp to see if there was a poké spot. Someone upstairs must've had pity on me, because Ahipoki appeared in my search and I learnt it was a hot and new spot. Sweet! I checked this place out right around dinner time and I was a bit concerned there was nare a soul in the joint. But, beggars can't be choosers, so I was brave and marched right up to the counter. There were 2 female staff available to help me and both really friendly and helpful. To start the bowl, you chose a base (white rice, brown rice, greens or half & half). I chose half white rice & half greens. Next you chose a protein. I had the spicy tuna and tuna luau. Then you get to choose a sauce. I'm not much into mayo but like some fire in my food, so I went with house spicy. After all this, you get to choose as many toppings as you like! I chose seaweed salad, green onion, furikake, pickled radish, cucumbers and more chili flakes. Portion size was great and all this for $9.95. The place has a nice modern feel and very clean. They have complimentary water & seltzer. When I was there, the wifi wasn't working, but that didn't bother me. Bathrooms were clean. Great place to get your poké fix on! Let's support this place so we can all have delicious, fresh and health protein when in Flag! read more

I love this place. Delicious and healthy. It's like sushi on a plate. I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. I usually get half brown rice & half salad with 3 seafood selections (I've tried them all except octopus). And all the toppings expect ginger and wasabi. I like wasabi, but a scoop of it is just a little too much for me. read more

I came to pick up my food from an online order, only to find they left my raw seafood order sitting on the counter. I had ordered around like 530 but because of work I wasn't able to pick it up until 7 PM so I'm not sure how long it was sitting on the counter for but there was a perfectly good refrigerator behind them. They didn't really seem to care either when I asked them how long my food had been sitting on the counter for. Definitely won't be going back. I didn't even eat my order, as I was too afraid to get food poisoning as consuming raw seafood is something you have to be very careful with. I didn't get the name of any of the workers as none of them were wearing name tags. read more
