They have a food truck located in the AMLI South Shore Apartments that looks like a trolly. There are lots of picnic type seating. I decided to try the Blackberry Crumble matcha seasonal drink. The drink was very refreshing with a nice balance of sweetness and tartness from the blackberry. You still get the "crumble" flavor layered in, which made it feel unique and a little indulgent without being too heavy. Overall, a solid spot with creative seasonal options. Austin is known for having a lot of coffee, but very few have identifiable differentiators. Merfolk's creates coffee flavors based on fantasy lore, so you honestly never know what the special menu will have. That's why we keep spending our money there.
