Recently he ordered me flowers and they were not delivered on time so he had to change the address of delivery last minute (mind you he made this order weeks in advance). They did not deliver the flowers until 7:30pm and left them at the front desk of the apartment complex without giving them to the front desk person. Because of that, they were then stolen by a food delivery driver. We complained to Austin Flower Delivery but it is technically not their fault they were stolen although they should have been delivered on time considering we made this order weeks in advance. However because the order was pretty large and expensive, they felt bad for us and delivered us new flowers free of charge. After ordering, there's a tracker that indicates status at each step in the process along with the final photo of your arrangement. They even share a picture and name of the person arranging the flowers and the person making the delivery. I picked these guys because they're pretty close to where my daughters lives and,boy, did I score. The flowers were lovely..per my daughter..but what got me was that they were delivered on a VERY cold day and the delivery person stood outside her door knocking until my daughter could get to the door. ( She works from home and was tied up in a zoom meeting.) the delivery person didn't want to just leave the flowers outside in the cold where they likely would have suffered. What great service.
