She even put the orchids in their own water tube because the stems were short. To top it off the personal service was remarkable. The owner texted me to make sure I was home to deliver the flowers so that they would not sit in the sun and worked with me on delivery after hours which required her husband to personally deliver the flowers. Mercedes flowers helped me to design the most PERFECT bouquets for my wedding on January 28th, 2017. I can't believe how down to earth and sweet she and her staff is. I was one of those bride-to-be's that didn't have the most specific idea for what I wanted, and I most definitely didn't have every detail hashed out. In fact, as far as flowers went....all I had was inspiration from my invitation suite which I purchased on Etsy. I showed her a photo of my invites and basically said "make something that looks like this". She was so easy to work with and the design she came up with matched my vision and invites perfectly! I purchased a trial bouquet a couple weeks before the wedding and I made slight tweaks at that point (I highly recommend doing this). We added some silver brunia (the silvery looking balls) along with some other minor adjustments. This way I knew EXACTLY what I was getting on my big day, which helped to relieve any nervous-ness. Her husband is very knowledgeable as well regarding what flowers are available at what time and what flowers could take the place of some if they weren't in season. Med Merced's created the most elegant sophisticated bouquet bursting with texture color pops all over and in a snap it was done and the presentation absolutely to die for!
