When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the discrepancy or offering to remake the arrangement, Lynsey tried gaslighting saying that the flowers were beautiful and offered to pick up the bouquet & refund the money. They also knew the flowers were a gift for a friend's cancer surgery. They have no accountability or compassion. If you're spending serious money on flowers for a special occasion, I'd strongly caution against ordering here. What you see is not what you get. 1st image is what was delivered, 2nd image is what I thought I was purchasing.

She was very easy to work with during a long delayed wedding due to the pandemic. We changed our venue and date 3 times and she stayed lock step with us, reconfiguring the design as the table formations were altered and the dining room tables were brought from inside to outside. She was honest with us with the cost and labor when we were toying around with hanging greenery on the tent rafters and we ultimately decided to put the budget elsewhere. Her and her team were total pros, super easy to work with, highly responsive, and have creative designs that will be noticed. Laura's floral work was some of the favorite things about our wedding, so much so, that we preserved my bridal bouquet and the boutonnière so that we'll have it forever.
