I was easily able to order flowers through their website, with only one hitch: it wouldn't let me pick the same day for delivery, even though it was early in the morning when I ordered (before the store opened) and the website said their cutoff time for same day was 1pm. I emailed them to ask about it, and they responded quickly, apologising for the website and telling me they would definitely be able to deliver same day. It was my 50th birthday celebration weekend with my husband. He ordered a large bouquet with balloons and chocolates to be delivered to the hotel, and to be waiting for us when we arrived. Well, it was there alright. Unfortunately, it looked like an arrangement for an appendectomy, not a 50th birthday. It was a TINY, square, glass vase with DAISIES (yep, I said daisies), and tiny rosebuds (that NEVER opened, I might add). This was accentuated by TWO silver Mylar balloons that said "Happy Birthday!". My husband was livid. The whole presentation was inappropriate, ludicrous and unprofessional, for the low, low price of $90+.
