Three strikes: 1. Half the flowers and poorly arranged (see attached pics - left is what I ordered from their website. Right is what we received) The shop claimed that the number of flowers was the same. I respectfully disagree. See the arrangement that finally came in a separate picture. 2. Redelivery promised the next Monday first thing (must be before noon) but they didn't arrive until 1:20 PM due to them "waiting for a delivery of fresh flowers." 3. Accidentally refunded my CC the $114 I spent, then called and asked for authorization to charge my card again. No refund yet. Just charged twice so far. The flowers that eventually came were right. I'm glad they made it right, but for me, three strikes and I'll look elsewhere for future arrangements. This was my first time trying them. Unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I don't ever expect an exact replica of a design I see on someone's website, but I do expect it to be of the same caliber. This was not. The final one was great. Delivery was a little late which I didn't appreciate and an issue with a statement that the driver told us but I will speak with management about it. I placed an online order with Ali Bleu. In the card I used a heart emoji after the message and before my name. Their system translated that to a series of question marks. So my message of love and kindness was followed by a series of question marks. The message then appeared to be mocking which in this situation couldn't have been worse. I called to let the florist know about the mistake in their digital intake system so they could correct it for the next customer. The person I talked with was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. She said she also questioned whether or not the question marks were an error but couldn't double check because then checking to ensure an order/message was correct is all she would be doing all day long. Then she hung up on me. The flowers were very nice I just wish they would fix the glitch in the system and double check if something seems off. I wouldn't use this florist again if I wanted to ensure an order was done correctly. My kind gesture ended up a bit of a mess that a 30 second phone call or email could have avoided. read more

Ali Bleu is down the street from me and I pass it everyday. I had always meant to stop in and then I received a beautiful bouquet from a friend. The flowers lasted FOREVER! It was absolutely beautiful. When Mother's Day was close I decided to stop in on my way to visit my mom. They had a beautiful selection of arrangements made up and ready to go. All of the staff were very helpful and I was able to find something awesome in my price range. I was worried about travel because I was going to be driving for a few hours with the flowers. I place to order through Teleflora yesterday, and apparently this florist is the only one in the area that service Teleflora orders. This florist rejected the order back to Teleflora, noting that they 'did not have Gladiola.' Teleflora, in turn, sent the order back to this florist, noting it as, "Florist Choice." Nowhere in this transaction did either Teleflora or this florist reach out to the contact information provided, to confirm what the paying customer wanted. I had a second and third choice, if this one did not work. Even without contacting the customer, this florist could have stayed mindful of what the customer originally asked for, and did their best to match it as much as possible. I ordered a hearty, full arrangement with at least 25 flowers and plenty of greenery to create a beautiful basket that could be delivered on behalf of my company. This florist opted to use their "choice," to deliver a plant that had only 8-9 flowers, lots of tall, curly stems, and very little greenery. What was delivered, was no where in the stratosphere of what I ordered. Even if it was daisies or daffodils or whatever the least expensive flowers that could be added to the arrangement, this florist should have understood the assignment, used their creativity, and delivered something that resembled what I paid for. For this reason, I am giving this florist a one star. Teleflora gave me a full refund for the flower that was delivered yesterday, I apologized to our employee who received the flimsy arrangement on behalf of our company, and I was able to locate a florist in Kyle, Texas, who could fulfill the order for a bountiful arrangement and deliver it today. read more

He talked to someone at Ali Bleu and they suggested a custom bouquet vs out of the case. He agreed immediately and dove into all the small things he's picked up over the last year.. fall colors but not cheap or cheesy, greens over filler flowers and short/full vs tall and uneven. He told me they did an amazing job of listening, guiding him and he felt like they listened vs tried to upsell. They gave suggestions on colors and explained the difference which he appreciated! Lastly they had cute gnomes for an extra sweet add on. All and all he felt comfortable and excited about the experience.. so much so that he told me we need to visit together!
