Quite a nice and varied selection of beers available by the taster or full glass and growlers and bottles to go. GIANT Jenga game and light snacks for sale round out the tasting bar. Dark and mellow is the first thing that came to mind. Ive been here 2 times and there has only been a few people enjoying a beer. Clean spot, and friendly beertenders.. They have a pretty big selection. From beer to sodas to coffee. So far everything i have tasted here has been good- nothing to complain about here. The Campfire in a glass- Richter Ale- Silver medalist at SD brew fest. This is worth a taste. Super smokey if you like that type. My favorite was the Dubbel Vission. 9.3% Belgian strong ale. Very tasty. I had a taste of the coffee that they cold press. Its not your typical strong tasting coffee. A bit watered down. it was just OK for me. They don't have preset flights or preset pricing for flights, so its priced individually. Its not too bad. This place is pretty cool. Not crowded. Easy to grab a beer. Tried out Aftershock Brewing Company and did some other brewery hopping while out in Temecula recently. We were really impressed with Aftershock. Not only did we like their theme (think earthquake) but also enjoyed the seating and vibe they had going for us to try their brews. Some of their stand out beers were; Third Degree and Faultline IPA's, Espresso Stout, Dubbel Vision: Belgian style Strong Ale and the award winning Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Ale. The Hopspresso Coffee IPA was another winner in our book. The tasting room was comfortable and not overly noisy so we could carry on a conversation even with the music. We will definitely be bringing our friends around to this brewery next time we are in Temecula! read more

We stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and received a friendly greeting from the bartender as soon as we walked in. I had a flight of the creamsicle orange ale, paradisi, red alert, and peanut alert. I was quite pleased with all of my selections but the peanut alert was my favorite. My husband preferred the red alert and compared it to Bootleggers' Rocco Red or Karl Strauss' Red Trolley. Stop in when in the area, you won't be disappointed. read more

Beautiful, sharp, and clean presentation. Walk in to a very nice light up California sign. The California state outline is used for their tap handles and the 4oz- 4 glass tasting wood block is the shape of California. Bartender is very nice and had a lot of knowledge of every type of beer. They don't have a kitchen in the brewery but the local shop next door delivers food and you can eat it inside of the brewery. read more

This place is in a super random auto repair park. Think of it as a speakeasy lol. Their famous cinnamon oatmeal cookie (or whatever it's called) smelled amaaazing. My favorite beer was the cucumber sour and omg they make the BEST MICHELADAS! #1 I've ever had. Definitely coming back here. We just visited Aftershock for the 2nd year in a row. We loved it our first trip out and had to stop in. The have revamped and the place looks amazing! Love the big California logo and I wish it was on the shirts. The guy working there was awesome and answered tons of questions and even gave great vacay advice for the city. We really appreciated it. The beer was just as amazing as we remembered. Our fav in all of Temecula for sure. Peanut Alert stands out and is delicious! Our only bummer was that we brought a Peanut Alert Crowler to take home and it wasn't sealed all the way. Once we got to our hotel it was leaking and the can wasn't hard. I'm sure it was a fluke and we will of course be back. Would definitely recommend stopping in. read more

My wife and I are huge brewery fans. We lived in San Diego for 5 years and we were spoiled with all of the good breweries down there. When we moved to Temecula everyone just talked about all of the wineries in town. We stopped in at aftershock a few weeks after buying our house and it was awesome! The service is great and the beer is outstanding. I've been to this place maybe 15 times now and I always have a great time. The butcher shop in the next parking lot has a deal with them and they deliver to the brewery for free! Plenty of games and stuff for general brewery shenanigans and a great selection. 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

This is a small brewery located in the heart of Old Town Temecula. They recently expanded to this location giving them more room to accommodate the high demand of their delicious beer. I love the cool names they gave their beer like the "Jess y James," Fault Line," "Tremor," but my personal favorite was the "Strawberry Short Quake." This beer had a very small hint of strawberry, but not enough to over power the smooth taste of this delicious beer. I also tried the "Espresso Stout" (which is made with local coffee beans), which I thought was a smooth stout, only to find out it was not the favorite amongst our group. Lastly we had the 3rd degree IPA. Very smooth IPA without the hoppy-ness. This beer got its name when one of the brewmasters got burned while crafting this fine gem. I'm sure looking back at it he would probably do it again, lol. Besides Ales, IPA's & Stouts, they serve grape fruit soda, ginger carbonated soda and root beer. They also offer cheeses from "Temecula Valley Cheese Company" and "Boars Head" meat for guests to snack on. read more

Aftershock was amazing! First of I really like how close it is to Old Town, just a few blocks away from the main area. The beers were fresh and delicious. I liked the Richter Rauch very much it was smokey and strongly flavored but still light and yummy. My favorite beer was the Joe's Gose, this is an amazing chili beer. I could drink it everyday, it is very flavorful and you can taste the chili but the taste is not overwhelming. You will love, love, love it so go get some right now. read more

Great knowledge of beers behind the counter. This place for me, was the best place we tried in the area for a lot of reasons. The staff was kind, friendly, smiled, & seemed to really like their jobs. They also carry some really inventive beers, from espresso infusions, smoked beers, sweet IPA's, to a variety of pale ales, stouts. Insane amount of variety. Its best to just pay for tasters because they're big and then you can try everything! My favorite: smoked beer, Octoberfest, nitro grapefruit & stout! There is not enough seating.. Only downfall. I absolutely love this brewery! We have so many choices in Temecula for excellent breweries. This 1 is my absolute favorite. Really great moments happen here. Low key not pretentious. No hand muddled tobacco infused bitters bull$@# just honest beer done extremely sublime. We always come in for a flight and then something flips our entire mindset about every beer we have ever tried. Believe me we have tried it ALL!!! I love how my husband and I love the oatmeal cookie and we fall in love with brandywine. They are just so amazing. I didn't want to review them for the longest time because I wanted to keep them for myself. Yes insert cookie monster voice...me want! I wish I could give more stars. They let you bring food inside. They give great advice on great dining around in the area that is "off the beaten path." We have come in September, December, and February. Everytime just great beer. read more
