Just.....WOW!!!! This company has made my son's prom a HIT!!!! Oscar, I cannot say enough about you! You are kind, personable, sincere, generous and our families will never forget how special you made the Prom for the kids!!! Here's the deal- My son, his classmates and their dates, all have Autism. Coming from very diverse backgrounds, they all have one thing in common: their lives have not been easy. They have been bullied, beaten, under-loved and ignored. By teachers, the public that doesn't understand them, peers, etc. UNTIL they all met each other at the school they are SO blessed to go to NOW. MY son, in particular has endured A LOT and we have fought a hard fight against the school district and bullies, etc. This was my gift to him and his friends. They didn't care about riding around for hours or showing off. They cared about sitting in it with their friends and feeling those "feel good feelings" that many of us take for granted, daily. I decided to call around to see if we could get a limo to pick up the kids and drop them off. Maybe an hour, max 2, of time. I couldn't find people that would even call me back!!!! Oscar called me back in a matter of an hour! We all pitched in money to make it happen. MOST companies won't negotiate even if it is a special situation. This is what make Oscar exceptional. He made all of us moms, cry HAPPY tears. We have been through HELL and back not only with but, FOR our children. Oscar provided a limo for the kids and they were ECSTATIC!!!! They have memories that will last a lifetime, literally, because these kids do not forget ANYTHING!!! LOL!!! Oscar- THANK YOU!!!!!!! I'm almost crying typing this because, you made that night THAT special!!! I will post some pics and a video- their faces were awesome when they realized that the limo (that they thought was for someone else) was for them!!!! We will use Oscar again, EVERY YEAR. Not just because the kids deserve it (and believe me, they do!! The constantly volunteer at shelters, feeding the homeless, pack food boxes at SHFB, etc.) but, because AHL has the best (and cleanest) Limo service and business ethics and owner around!!!! read more

We have used Oscar and Fred twice now and they do a wonderful job! Always on time and accommodating to our plans. The limo is great and has Bluetooth. We had so much fun! highly recommend read more

I hired After Hours Limousines for my Bridesmaids Napa weekend. I've partnered with a number of limousine and driving services organizing wine parties and Napa / Sonoma excursions, but After Hour Limousines was by far the best limo company I've ever worked with. The owner Oscar Martinez was extremely professional, prompt, friendly, and accommodating toward my groups' needs. Our awesome limo driver, Isaiah, was equally professional and on time. Most importantly, the limo that we got was a brand spankin' new white Chrysler stretch limo that was modern and clean. We even had 2 complementary bottles of sparkling wine included. After Hours Limousines' impeccable customer service combined with their moderate prices made for a perfect Bridesmaids weekend in Napa. I will definitely work with After Hour Limousines when my friends and I plan future excursions. If you're looking for a Bay Area based limo or transportation company that is professional, prompt, clean, and ethical, I highly recommend that you hire Oscar Martinez and his After Hours Limousines team. *Here is my photo blog post about my Napa Bridesmaids weekend, featuring After Hours Limousines, hotel venue, spa, restaurants, wineries, and things to do in Napa with your girlfriends for that special weekend! http://bit.ly/19RJSDd read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I tried contacting many other limo services for prom and struggled each time. Oscar was super helpful and the driver was more than we could ask for. Answered his call in seconds and got to the venue at a timely matter. Best limo service in the Bay Area hands down. The pricing was very reasonable and the inside was super clean. Calls were answered every time I called and had questions. You can also come by and speak to someone face to face for prices which is nice. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who is in need of a limo service. Thank you for all your help Oscar!!! read more

Gorgeous limo, EXCELLENT service.... cant ask for anything more!!! Christina our driver was so much FUN, we started of out day at a winery that she suggested ( since we had over an hour to kill before our bocceball reso) and it was a GREAT place! read more

Jay was an awesome limo driver. He was our driver for my best friends 30th birthday. Very safe, reliable, friendly.

I booked this company for my friend's bachelorette they came in from the east coast and they loved it as well easy going no problem booking it was easy peasy Oscar is great to work with and I will definitely use his company again read more

When I planned my GF's bachelorette party, I asked around for a limo service that will take us girls bar hopping. These guys from After Hours were recommended from a fellow Yelper. I spoke with Oscar who runs the service. He was very professional and and offered us a flat rate deal (while most services will add on gratuity and licensing fees..etc). On the night of the event they were short staffed so Oscar personally drove us around. He was punctual and extremely helpful. It was great to go from place to place without having to worry about flagging down cabs for each group of girls. We simply had more time to enjoy ourselves. I'd love to try these guys out for a wine tour sometime. read more

For our Senior Ball 2007 I spent HOURS going through the websites of limousine companies trying to find some that were willing to drive our group of 20 from Union City to the restaurant in Palo Alto to the Hilton in SF and then back home to UC at midnight. After doing all of that research the conclusion I was left with was that After Hours Limousines simply offered the best services at the best price. The person who organized everything for our group, Oscar, is just AMAZING. He answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and understanding. We had a prom group of 20 people and the Hummer was just BEAUTIFUL - it made the prom experience VERY memorable. My friend made a mix CD before we left her house and we just had the best time singing on the way to prom and back home. Our driver, Will, gave us his cell phone number and when we needed to get picked up from the restaurant to head to prom he was right on time as we finished eating. When prom ended at midnight he was also right outside the Hilton ready to pick us up and drive us back home. Everything went so smoothly that I would absolutely recommend After Hours to anybody that needs limousine service! read more

FALSE advertisement... a group of us are going wine tasting and I received a quote from After Hours Limousines to be our source of transportation . I found a special promotional offer on yelp," $100 for $200 Certificate at After Hours Limousines". I mentioned the certificate that is offered on Yelp for their company, Oscar told me his company would not honor the certificate. As a company, if you have promotional offers, coupons, or special deals it is completely unprofessional to not honor them. i will never use this company or recommend them. You should always be honest when dealing with customers. read more

I could not be happier with the service we received from Oscar! I booked a limo for my birthday and went wine tasting in Livermore with 6 friends. I expected a smaller limo, but we ended up with a sweet Excursion (I think) that had enough room for twice as many people! We had a fantastic time touring wineries in Livermore, and I think Oscar really had his hands full dealing with seven 21 year olds! But nevertheless he was friendly and professional; two days later he even delivered my lost camera to my house! Oscar really went above and beyond, you can tell he truly cares about his customers and their service. I will definitely use After Hours Limousines in the future and recommend After Hours to my friends and family. Thank you Oscar! read more

After Hours Limos was great! I called for a same day reservation this past Saturday and Oscar went out of his way to make sure we had a spacious car at a great price. We had a new Chrysler 300C that easily fit the 10 of us. Our driver, Will, was perfectly on time and very friendly. Most importantly, he got us around the Burlingame and SF quickly and safely. All of us in the back enjoyed the bar and had a lot of fun while Will did all the work... can't beat that! I would definitely use After Hours again, especially for another bachelor party or for a wine tour - basically when you want to drink and not drive. Definitely recommended. read more

TL;DR - Booked with Oscar 4 times and have been extremely happy with the quality of service and vehicles. I've had nightmare experiences with other limo companies where the A/C didn't work, drivers were late, lacked any form of good service, etc. This is why I rewarded, Oscar(owner) and After Hours Limo, my business over and over again. Limo Selection: I usually book the 20 passenger hummer limo, it's great. Recently I booked a Chrysler (seats 10 if I recall correctly), which was amazing too. Everything was in working order and clean. Communication: Oscar is great, he replies promptly via email, calls, text, etc. His drivers are also great and very professional. Price: The best so far too, I've been quoted 20-40% higher from other companies. Oscar's price always includes the grats and taxes too, which other companies will fail to mention. Extras: Oscar usually provides champagne and glasses. NOT paper cups or something cheap like I've encountered with other companies. I have nothing more important to say, except you won't be disappointed. There was one time I forgot my GoPro in the limo and Oscar drove out from the East Bay to meet me in San Francisco. Now that's going above and beyond. read more

After Hours Limousines - On our way to Napa! - Limos Near Me

After Hours Limousines is an extraordinary company. Here are all of the most important details: - I reserved the 20 passenger white Hummer stretch limo. - Our total was $1300, all expenses (tip) for the limo included. - My group had it for 8 hours total. - Originally, we reserved it for 7 hours, with the 7th hour being free (essentially we were only paying for 6 hours and Oscar kindly added in the 7th hour "for free" as he put it). - For the 6 hours we were paying for, it was $200 an hour. ($1200 for all 7 hours (remember the 7th hour is free!)) - After reevaluating things, we decided we needed more time and we reserved it for an additional hour, making it 8 hours total. This extra hour was half off, so we only had to pay $100 more to make it a grand total of $1300 by the end of it. Oscar is an incredible manager. From my very first call to the company, he was kind and patient, which was much appreciated since I had dozens of questions from the get-go. He always made time to thoroughly answer them and it made me know that my eventual choice in this company was the right one. He is well-organized and gets the job done right away. Julio was our driver for the night, and was truly a saint. Despite the fact that we were nearly 45 minutes late from leaving our pick-up point, he was patient. He is very prompt in response to texts and phone calls, whenever we needed to be picked up from wherever, he was even faster in getting us from whatever location we were at. I recommend using After Hours for any event you may need a gorgeous limo for. Their professionalism and patience is truly admirable since they connect to their clients and make our lives easier rather than harder. read more

I saw their ad on Groupon and called to confirm date availability for a Napa trip. They offered to honor the groupon price if I went thru them directly. Easy to set up and great customer service. The day of the service, the driver was on time and very friendly. Super accommodating through out the day. I have had a few negative experiences using groupon and living social limo deals. Not this time, Will use them again. read more

I used After Hours a couple of times, and I love their cars and their nice, friendly drivers. Their cars are newer and have updated sound and dvd systems and come stocked with glasses and some house alcohol and water. They are always on time, and Oscar is really accommodating and easy to work with. Oscar/Carl knew where to go and they had their own GPS system (a lot of limo companies I have used before do not surprisingly!). The 300C really only seats 8, 9 max - don't try to squeeze 10 in there, it will be very tight and uncomfortable. We will definitely be using them in the future again! read more

I had the best bachelorette party experience, thanks to After Hours Limousines. I want to thank Manny and Oscar for the complimentary upgrade to the stretch excursion! It was a pleasant surprise and we ended up using the extra space to pass out on the way home at the end of the night! LOL Manny and Oscar were very professional and made the reservation process very easy. Sent a few quick emails, asked for a schedule and places we plan on going to for the evening. They even confirmed the night before. :) Limo driver picked us up on time, knew where we were going without me having to tell him! Which was great because I was able to relax and party with my girls without having to worry about the driver getting lost. We hit up several clubs that night, whenever we felt like going to our next location, we texted our driver and he was out front within 2 mins! No joke. Then we were off to our next location. We were very well cared for by all means. Our driver even walked out of the limo, grabbed the bouncers out front to escort us into the club! Pampered like true royalty. I highly recommend After Hours Limousines! I will be calling you guys for my next event! RE: Heidi N. Did you really get poor service? I'm shocked, after reading your review it is like you used a totally different limo service. read more

I called Oscar at AHL to inquire a ride for 5 adults + 1 baby during my mother-in-law's funeral last week. We only spoke once 2 days before the funeral, he emailed me some forms to complete and fax back, which I did the day before the funeral... he was very accommodating and respectful during our hectic schedule and just took care of us. Rowena was our chauffeur for the day and she was very pleasant and helpful in every way possible. She gladly assisted us by attaching the car seat for my 1yo niece and putting all our random stuff in the car while we had to go in and out from the mortuary, church and cemetery. They also had chilled water & sodas available for us. When you're dealing with such a huge loss and so much planning to do in so little time, its a nice relief to have someone to just be there and help you with no questions asked... that's the service I felt I got from Oscar and AHL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Oscar was very easy to speak to over the phone. I booked the hummer and it was clean and well organized. Victor the driver, was on time and very professional. Although we were about to go over time, he put us aside and asked us what we wanted to do. We decided to go for another hour and they helped me out with the pricing too. There are no surprises at the end of the day. He even said the bus was OK and would not charge a cleaning fee. Not that it was messy but for me personally, I would have helped to toss a few things, but he said it was fine. I will book again, I have a few more events that can use them. Oh one more thing! There's an exit door on the roof and there's a camera INSIDE the bus, for your safety. read more

Great vendor for limousine! I worked with Oscar who got us an amazing deal on a 5-hour timeframe to and from our wedding venue. Oscar, the owner of AHL, was terrific. He was so patient with me - even when I changed the pick up time and location a couple of times. ;) The price was totally reasonable. He extended the daily deal site pricing even though I went directly through him and when I went over the time I'd booked, I just had to pay an hourly rate from thereon out. I was nervous about booking a limo service that I hadn't used before or that hadn't been recommended by a friend - but I could tell from my conversations with Oscar that it would be a great experience, and it was! Will definitely call again when the opportunity arises. read more

Oscar, always replied to all my emails and phone calls within an hour of contact. He always made sure to answer all my questions as well. The night of the pick up, a beautiful limo came to pick us up. Our driver's name was Jose, he was nothing short of awesome. He always opened the doors, kept checking up on us (not in an annoying way) but he wanted to make sure we were having a great time, very tentative. He showed me how to use all the functions in the limo as well. Jose and Oscar were great. Made the night an amazing one and a night my friends and I won't ever forget. I highly recommend their services to everyone on yelp. Oh and also the best price in the area. read more

Oscar is fantastic! Handles business quickly and efficiently! The most patient man I've ever dealt with over the phone! There were a lot of little details to get worked out for my best friend's birthday and he helped with a lot behind the scenes! Julio was our driver. Super nice guy. He hid my friend's cake up front with him so we could surprise her with it at Beringer Winery. We had a fantastic time! Thank you! read more

I had the BEST birthday ever and a lot of that was due to After Hours Limousine! There was constant communication throughout the planning of the event. The actual day went without a hitch! Now let's talk about the limo, it was so nice! Chrysler 300 stretch! The limo came with an iPod/mp3 connection so you can play your hits all the way to your destination. There was also a wine cork screw so that you can pop open some nice wine if you run out of the complementary champagne that the limo comes with. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was no intercom system to communicate with the driver. The only way we could communicate was via text/calling the driver. I felt safe though because there were three fire extinguishers in the limo (one in the driver's area, one tucked away in the main part of the limo, and one in the trunk) and there were two exits. One thing I respected was the honesty and integrity of the company as well. I forgot three bottles of wine that were very exclusive and only offered to club members who participated in a private barrel tasting. Both the driver and the owner acknowledged that the bottles were in the limo and within 48 hours, the owner brought the bottles to my house (I live over 30 miles from Hayward). I would DEFINITELY use this service again! read more

This place is SHADY! After using this limo service for a friend's birthday around SF it felt like a great night. I accidently left my phone in the limo and realized immediately. I tried calling 5-10 min after he dropped us off.The phone would ring, ring, and then go to voicemail. I wasn't too worried because I knew it was safe and it would be returned to me... BOY WAS I WRONG! The phone was fully charged but somehow it was turned off 45min after he dropped us off. The driver, Carlos claims he didn't see anything. Which is a complete LIE, how would the phone switch off by itself? After calling Carlos the following day his # "wasn't accepting phone calls".. right.. I then called the owner, he fake helped by "searching" the limo". He should have asked Carlos where it went. The part that really sucks is that i was willing to give a $400 reward considering that phone had important work contacts and pictures of my father who recently passed away and i can't get anywhere else. THANKS AFTER HOURS LIMOUSINES. I hope keeping that IPhone 4 was worth it! PS i finally tracked my phone but he sold it to someone is Seattle. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! Think twice before leaving anything in these limos, even if you go out of the limo for a min or 2! You will never see it again! read more

Wow! Some great reviews out here for AfterHours! I felt the same in the beginning... u know planning the gf's bachelorette party, want a great company, great price, fun driver, everything. I spoke to Oscar on phone, he was nice, helpful, & gave me a decent price. He said I would like the white Expedition since they didn't have black. It really seemed like nothing could possibly go wrong since I had shared with him some of the things that went wrong with my last limo experience. He assured me that he & his employees were on it! Oscar emailed me a contract, I printed, signed, scanned, & emailed it back with cc info for the deposit. I also emailed him a detailed Google map of the places we intended to go ( all routed out) he said he would give to our limo driver who would have GPS. He phoned me & let me know that he needed my 3 digit code w/exp date in order to process my card. I left him a vm the same day with the info. I called him the next day to see if he had in fact received my vm & confirm that we were all set. He asked me to call him back a few days prior to my event & we could confirm then, I kindly reminded him that my event was Sat (day after tomorrow). On the night of my event all the girls gathered at my home where we waited for Carlos our limo driver to arrive at 7:00. He called at 7:20 to say he'd be late & he was close by. He arrived around 7:35 & never came to the door to announce his arrival... just waited out on the car. He asked for my cash payment which I gave him (cash in an envelope). We arrived in the city and entered our destination to have dinner. Carlos our driver was txting me from outside the restaurant. He asked me to come outside after quit a bit of back and forth. I finally agreed at 11:30. When I cam outside he and his fellow limo pals gathered. He told me that the envelope I gave him shorted him $100 & that he had phoned Oscar to let him know. He said I could pay cash or have Oscar add it to my card later. Now I am not happy, separated from my group, out on a cold windy corner calling Oscar to get to the bottom of this. Oscar said he would charge $250 total to my card b/c he never did charge the deposit he should have a few days ago when he first got my information. I didn't want to argue with him & had had enough of that cold corner so I returned to my party indoors. When we were ready to leave Carlos picked us up and took us to one of the clubs on our list. We had a very brief stay after one of the girls in our party had to "talk us into the club" isn't that what limos are for? At least that's what Oscar bragged about on the phone.. no cover & v.i.p line with your limo. Now we are all back in the limo with one final destination in mind but Carlos decided it was time to lecture us. He leaned his head in to the limo & had all of our attention. He began to complain that I shorted him money, told his boss that he was late, and began to scold us & reassure us that we would get our "10 minutes overtime" at the end of the evening to make up for being late. He went on & on as we all sat with our mouths open in disbelief that he would ruin an evening for my innocent bride to be! One of the ladies finally had to interrupt & explain to him that his behavior was inappropriate! Can you say "unprofessional"? The final insult to injury after I had mentioned that Oscar said he would give our driver the map I sent.. not only did he not have a map, he had no gps, & allowed one of the ladies from Alabama guide him around with her iPhone! Lame! She was so upset b/c he couldn't get it right. Due to this ...we missed our last stop, they were closed... we spent the rest of our night just driving around b/c the limo driver had no GPS. We no longer needed over time.... we just took the limo back home to the 408! Nothing else is open! Unfortunately the story does not end here. Oscar phoned me the following Tuesday when I was out of the country with bad reception talking about he needs my cc info again as he cannot seem to locate it. The sound was soo horrible I told him I'd have to phone him back. In the meantime my cc company had alerted me that someone (After hours limo) had try to put a charge through 8 times. Real professional, lose information from customer, know that the evening did not go well, do not call to discuss it, just charge the card! When I returned home I called him & checked in to see if he even knew half of what went on that night. Mostly he dismissed me, implied that I made up the story of Carlos & his confrontation, & to top it all off asked what I did to the limo as it smelled when Carlos brought it back & I was lucky I was not being charged for that! What a SCAM! Not one of us was the least bit intoxicated so it must have been one of Carlos' "Afterhours" girls that had too much to drink & then tried to pin it on us. Oscar ends up being completely unprofessional. We are a group of established, mature professionals who intend to all let you know about Afterhours! read more

I'm not sure they're even worth the one star after my bachelorette party with them last weekend. Our driver arrived 30 minutes early, called my phone and expected us to leave then because he was "on a schedule", and was irritated when I said we were going to stick to the original time. Although I was told we could let the driver know if we wanted to make any additional stops and pay for them on the spot, the driver refused to stop at one of the girls' house which was ON THE WAY to the club to pick up her id, excluding her from a limo ride she paid for. The driver drove 90+ mph on the freeway from Castro Valley to SF, and wasn't friendly, charming, or likable in any way. What did I pay damn near $400 for?! read more

The concern that I expressed to the owner is one that I believe every potential customer should be made aware of and it is that the eight passenger vehicle there was no way for us to contact the driver in the event of an emergency. No operational telephone/intercom or window was available in the vehicle. Given the recent fatalities of passengers in limousines, I was annoyed to learn of this safety hazard. I specifically queried the owner Oscar about their safety procedures in advance of making the reservation due to my concerns. He completed misrepresented the company's standards and safety procedures. As a result of this looming concern, I felt terribly uneasy during the entire trip. Not something that you would expect or want when booking a nine hour wine country tour! read more

I'm happy to say that my first yelp review is a happy one. I contacted a few Limo services looking for transportation for my friend's bachelor party. After Hours had the best phone service, best rates, and most extras of the ones I called. A day before the event a few people canceled throwing the whole price per person off. Not being able to cover the the additional price myself I called After Hours asking what the cancellation fees would be. Oscar came back and said he would work with me and did all he could to make sure I didn't have to cancel the limo service.
