Great company, good service, fantastic drivers…read more Shout out to Ray, who I chartered more or less at the last minute for a birthday party I was throwing in late September, thanks for taking care of us! I booked our driver and a 6-seater Escalade for evening via Yelp so my friends and I could enjoy the party without needing to worry about getting home safely or needing to arrange multiple rides via Lyft/Uber. The booking was on very short notice and the coordinator, Priscilla, was very helpful in braking down their rates and vehicle inventory. Thanks Priscilla! Ray, our driver, was a consummate professional. Great service, pleasant to talk to, and did a fantastic job shuttling us around San Francisco on a Saturday night. I can only imagine the hoops he had to jump through to park that monster of a car while my friends and I were enjoying our night on the town. Ray drove us all around the city and the east bay over the course of our evening. He did well dealing with late night traffic and city driving; the ride was smooth and we didn't have any close calls or scares that I sometimes get with the odd rideshare driver. What I paid for the excellent service was actually a bit less than I was expecting. The terms of the booking stipulated extra fees for drop-offs or stops outside of the pickup/dropoff location. Given we had been all around San Francisco and traveled through the east bay to drop off one of our party, I was pleasantly surprised to see that one stop was waived from the final bill. Overall a great experience. I'll be reaching out out to Red Eye whenever I need a professional driver again.

I chose ITTrans Limousine for my Napa bachelorette party because I wanted a luxury experience…read more Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing parts of the day. The Hummer limo's air conditioning did not work from the beginning of the trip. Although the vents were blowing air, it was not cold, and it was approximately 95°F outside. The driver acknowledged there was an issue, contacted a mechanic, and even discussed having a replacement vehicle meet us, but that never happened. We spent the entire day in an overheated limousine. Multiple members of our group became overheated, and numerous people felt nauseous because of the excessive heat. For a luxury limousine that cost nearly $1,800, this was completely unacceptable. And honestly I was quite embarrassed! Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. The driver did not assist guests as they entered or exited the limo, which is something I would expect from a professional chauffeur. At one point, we had to wake him up because he had fallen asleep while waiting for us. Overall, the level of service fell well below what I expected from a premium transportation company. I also did not appreciate that the mandatory 20% gratuity was charged upfront as part of the reservation. Had gratuity been left until after the trip, I would not have chosen to leave a 20% tip based on the service we received. The company did not charge for the 1.5 hour of overtime charges, but I did not feel that adequately addressed the fact that we did not receive the premium experience we paid for. The vehicle was not in the condition it should have been before being sent out, and the overall service was disappointing. The answer I got is that stuff happens and out of their control so they won't refund anything. Which I would understand if the air stopped mid trip butttt it didn't work from the BEGINNING!!!! I cannot recommend ITTrans Limousine based on my experience. If you're paying premium prices for a special occasion, you should expect a well-maintained vehicle and professional chauffeur service. Unfortunately, we received neither.

On time always and equipped with a professional driver…read more It is the the best way to get dropped off and picked up at the check in counter of your airline,, or, right in front of baggage claim at the end of a long international flight. A limo is far superior to a ride share or taxi. Why are you reading this..? . Well, for about $10-20 savings if your are using a ride share you will be walking walking a quarter mile to the Uber or Lyft pick up location (designated by the airport authority in a shady location). The ride-share drop off and pick up will always be a long death march with your luggage to a drafty cold parking lot. The Taxi airworthy would have it no other way. Lets face it, until GEN Z fixes the crazy laws the taxis and limos will get preferred access to the gate and baggage claim. And ride shares are banished to almost an off-airport location.. A limo is the best way to get home, fast, comfortable and with a bottled water in hand. .. A limo will always be the best option tor you. Book them early and don't worry about your expense report. They are also the safer option. (use that line if HR gets involved with your expense report) My humble recommendation is always book a limo service vs. a ride share.

Pros: The driver was on time, polite, and kind. The bus itself was spacious and met our needs as far as setting up bluetooth and playing music. The driver followed our itinerary well and was on time for pick ups and drop offs. Cons: On the way back home, the bus started smoking out of the AC vents - it became overheated in the 100+ degree temperatures. After a full afternoon of wineries and about 20 minutes away from our destination, all 13 women had to evacuate on the side of a country road in the middle of no where. We had to carry all our belongings (ice chests, etc) to a small dirt side road in sweltering 100 degree temperatures. The bus was unable to continue the journey, so we had to call ubers and get relatives/friends to come pick us up and take us the rest of the way. While I understand that things happen, I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine in regards to a refund. They offered to cover the costs of the Uber (there was only 1) and refund us for the final 30 minutes of the booking. That is a meager 1/13th of the total cost - over $2100 - which means we will be refunded just barely more than $100. The bus breaking down really put a damper on a wonderful day. We are lucky we had relatives who were willing and able to come get us, given the heat. If any of the women were especially heat-sensitive or had pre-existing conditions that made being out in the heat/ standing for a long period of time difficult, this could have been a much worse situation. I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine and I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. I would not recommend them to anyone moving forward.
