He was punctual picking us up for our trip....had us at our venue with plenty of time to spare, and again was waiting for us when we were finished with our show. Excellent excellent communication from Manny in answering all my questions. A party van that I had rented from a different company ended up cancelling on me less than 2 weeks before the date.
