My previous experience with limo companies they will say it fits 12 people but realistically it will fit 8-10. That's not the case with That's a Wrap. The 300 Chrysler was true to size. Communication with the service was easy and thorough, I had to update our trip a few times without much notice and someone from the company reached out quickly each time. The audio sound inside the limo was amazing, there were plenty of options to hook up multiple iPhones to the stereo with ease VIA USB, AUX or Bluetooth.

We needed a ride to the airport on Christmas morning to catch an early flight. My major concern…read morewas finding a reliable service that didn't cost an arm & leg, especially on a holiday. I booked with Berry Airport Shuttle/Limo for a family of 4 with a pickup of 5am! (I had a buffer in there just in case). I also called the day before to make sure someone would actually be there Christmas morning. The driver showed up 7 minutes early, called my cell phone to let me know he was out front. We loaded up and had a nice pleasant drive to the airport. We gave the driver a generous tip considering it was Christmas, and the price was more than 60% cheaper than a limo service. I picked them because of all the other Yelp reviews, and turns out they were the right choice!

I tried booking this company for shuttle service from the Oakland airport. I booked a week in…read moreadvance and received a confirmation email. My departure flight was at 5:30AM, so I went to bed early the night before. The company sent me a text message around 9:00PM the night before saying the amount of luggage declared would not fit in the chosen minivan. I didn't have a chance to respond since I was asleep. I woke up to the text message, along with another saying my reservation had been canceled since I failed to reply. I re-booked at 1:30AM that morning to explain the luggage I had would fit, since we took a minivan to the airport. I didn't hear back from the company until I arrived at my layover location, about 2 hours prior to landing in Oakland. Instead of a text message, they emailed this time saying the reservation had already been canceled and there was no availability. So, which is it? The luggage won't fit, or there are no available drivers? I never received an answer. Since it was so last minute my group had to take BART. I was trying to avoid the train, since we had baggage, a toddler, an infant child and my father-in-law who doesn't walk very well. I would not recommend this company. They cancelled on me last minute and their texts and emails lacked professionalism!

Their Executive Sedans are very well maintained, clean unlike most taxis around here. Prices are pretty close to regular taxi services and specially for airports its well priced. We keep them as regular , so they are familiar with our needs and pretty adaptable to situations. We would definitely recommend them for personal or business purposes.
