He was punctual picking us up for our trip....had us at our venue with plenty of time to spare, and again was waiting for us when we were finished with our show. She made things REALLY easy for me; this made me feel comfortable bc I was not going to be on the actual ride and wanted to make sure my team was taken care of. Before the event, they suggested that the Jet might be better for our social outing and we switched to it for no charge. Driver Sodo arrived on site 30 minutes early (no charge) to ensure we would leave in time. He helped me set up and briefed me on the features. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead.
