Very smooth pick up and drop off for our trip from SFO we needed a car seat which they provided for the ride. Price was reasonable as well!

I needed to transport 3 ski bags with separate luggage for a family of 5 for a ski vacation to Colorado. I thought about either doing an Uber/Lyft or trying to drive our own van and park at the airport. We ended up going with Premier and glad we did so. They were very responsive, confirmed our reservation quickly, and handled both our pick up from home at after we arrived at SFO, and were right on time without any delays. I would definitely use them again! read more

Very appreciative of the service and coordination for this event. Traveling with students is stressful but our drivers were incredibly punctual, safe, and courteous. A student even left her wallet in the vehicle and the driver brought it back promptly so we didn't miss our flight. Thank you so much! read more

Absolutely fantastic airport shuttle that could accommodate 5 family members and an 18 month old baby. They provided the rear facing car seat, already installed for us to just get in and go. They were prompt, clean, very affordable, great customer service and had our airport itinerary readily available so we had no worries of being forgotten on our last segment home especially with a more complicated schedule (we left from SJC and arrived back at SFO 10 days later). I would highly recommend this company for any airport shuttle needs. read more

We have used Airport Shuttle many times from our home to SFO. The drivers are always very polite and helpful. We can depend on them to arrive at our house on-time and know we will arrive at the airport in plenty of time. Most important, we feel very comfortable with their driving. read more

Justin was very accommodating about our last minute changes in plans. We'll use them again in the future, and in the past they've given great service. read more

First time using this Airport Shuttle Service. Finding a reputable airport service is a challenge if you reside south of Gilroy but Premier Airport Shuttle offer reasonable fees and service this area. Round trip service from our home to SFO and reverse trip when we return from our international trip was smooth. Very straight forward service with great communication from initial inquiry leading up to the day of pick up at home and back. Driver's arrived on time for both trip booking and are professional. All the drivers helped with our luggage and helped with shuttle doors. However, be mindful of the instructions for pick up at airport, there are certain areas the shuttle service will be at to meet you but this is communicated prior to your arrival to avoid any confusion. Overall my wife and I had a positive experience with this shuttle service and will be our preferred shuttle provider for airport shuttle services. Keep up the great work! read more

Very flexible n accommodative, I had rescheduled my travel twice but they were always wanting to serve us. Also, my request to do a 30 min earlier start also was accommodated. read more

We used their service already several months ago. It was all great. They have appropriate car seat for baby, van for lots of luggages. The driver was very punctual and service was great with reasonable price. read more

Please be aware, they didn't do the service and charged me $120 dollars ( they ask in advance for the credit card information) They have all the information of my flight, arrived was 45 minutes waiting in the shuttle station of door 8. Call several time they said will be there in 10 minutes after almost 1 hour after my arrival they said I have to walk to the "curve" door 1 and I had 3 suitcases and a medical condition doesn't allow me to carry more than 5 pounds. Ben; the driver said " if you don't walk here, I can't help you" So I told him; I can't do it so they charge in my credit card the service without do it. The do not deserve even 1 start. They are rude and abusive people. read more

Super efficient, on time, and very friendly service! Made our round trip Cupertino - SFO a breeze with our family of 4. Will definitely use again and again!! read more

Tried Premier out for the first time b/c of their Yelp rating + local. Booking was fine. Day of, no car. SMSed the business - driver had a flat and he said he had already sent someone from another car service who should've been there. Driver arrived 30 min late. Stressful morning. Understand things happen, but a heads up text or call, follow up text or call, apology, discount, or a return trip voucher, would've been a nice touch. read more

These guys are the most reliable transport company we've ever used. Every time we used them, they showed up right on time and were courteous and professional. Can't ask for more than that! read more

We called a couple other transportation services but Premier Airport Shuttle is the only one who can accommodate our big family of 7, including 3 kids with lots of carseats and strollers. Easy to book with Ben, he is very responsive to email and following up. Drivers are usually prompt if not earlier then the scheduled time. Thank you our driver Gill who kept a good distance on the road and reacted very fast to avoid a multiple-vehicle crash on our way to SFO. We'll definitely be using them again and again from now on! read more

We had a wonderful trip back home thanks to these guys. I'll recommend them to others and will remember to use them in the future!

This is by far the best airport shuttle I have ever used anywhere. Super friendly and were able to squeeze us in last minute. They also were able to provide a car seat. Bomi was super nice and is an excellent driver. Pro tip- both call and submit the online reservation form. read more

We were very pleased with the service Premier Airport Shuttle provided us as we were picked up promptly for our trip to SFO (Premier accommodated our needing to change our pickup time readily - no problem) and were met at SFO on our return trip home - with specific directions as to where we would be met at SFO. Clean vehicle, very courteous drivers, and an efficient and comfortable trip to and from the airport. We'll use Premier Airport Shuttle absolutely in the future! read more

I was so pleased with the prompt, professional service I received from Sunny (my driver) on my vacation to visit my children and grandchildren on Father's Day. It was perfect! I now have found the airport shuttle company I will use in the Bay Area from now on. read more

Reliable and Kind - We used Premier Airport Shuttle several times while my husband had surgery at the hospital the drivers were always on time, texted when we landed at the airport. Ben the coordinator really did a great job tracking our flights so we were met on time at the right location. I would strongly recommend this company and folks who drive and coordinate the trips read more

I used Premier Airport Shuttle for my business trip first, and their service is top notch. First of all, out of all of the premium shuttle service (by premium, I meant the ones that do not have shared vans and have go direct policy to where you are going, mostly airports), Premier Airport Shuttle has the most reasonable pricing. Through Yelp's help, I was able to mass solicit quotes, and most of the quotes are above Premier Airport Shuttle. This does not mean Premier is cheap; I find their pricing to be actually most reasonable in comparison to crowd-sourced shuttle like Super Shuttle. Ben Singh, who runs Premier Airport Shuttle, is also very friendly and customer-oriented. Do know that pricing per trip is different based on timing and number of people/luggage, so call ahead to get the pricing. Premier Airport Shuttle would honor their quotes. read more

This service was fabulous! We used them a few times now once last November and twice this summer and recently to go on a business trip. These guys are great. Easy to book, reliable, and got comedian drivers! The drivers we've had are all hilarious and keep the ride enjoyable by telling about past experience or what they think about how this economy can get better. Drivers were usually prompt if not earlier then the scheduled time. I'd definitely recommend them oh and they provide business trip receipts too in case your going on a business trip and want to expense the ride! Go Premier Airport Shuttle! read more

This shuttle service provider is great! Booked them for a round trip to SFO Airport with 8 passengers and 16 pieces of luggage they were able to accommodate without a problem and were on time both trips. Drivers are actually knowledgeable on how to stack these bags man no joke. Anywho I'd recommend Premier Airport Shuttle to anyone in need of a transport to the airport. read more

Premier Airport Shuttle was able to help us out at the last minute, doing a pick-up the very same day. We used for round trip airport travel, and our guest said both rides were very good. Will use again. Thank you! read more

This company represents its name to be honest. I had reserved a one way ride from Mountain View to San Francisco Airport and the driver arrived on time and helped with luggage and even let me make an additional stop at the local Starbucks before heading out to the Airport. He told me they charged additional for the stop but since he was free and had plenty of time between the next customers, he waived that charge. I'd definitely use these guys again saying that they've been added to my bookmark list. Keep it up Premier! read more

I am so happy with this service. They took good care of my mum when they picked her up, and waited over an hour for her delayed plane. They communicated with me each step of the way, to ensure they found her and dropped her safely to my home while I was at work. Thank you Premier Airport Shuttle! read more

We needed a shuttle to get home to Campbell from SFO during the holidays...we are a family of four with two young children and wanted a private non stop ride. I read the reviews on Premier and decided to give them a try. I emailed Ben about a week in advance to inquire. Everything went so smooth from the initial contact with Ben to get the quote and details to the pickup and ride. Our flight was delayed getting in from Denver, I texted them to see if they were still available to pick us up 2.5 later than originally planned. They had no problem with the delay and were still available. The driver, Sonny, was prompt, helpful and got us home quickly and safely. I highly recommend Premier and will use them again if I ever have the need! read more

Premier Airport Shuttle was great to deal with! We had made reservations to go to Oakland Airport from Santa Clara and then come back from San Jose Airport to Santa Clara. The way out we had 6 people plus 10 luggage that the driver had organized into their large big vans and on the way back we got picked up in a minivan for 3 people with only 4 luggages. The drivers both way were easy to communicate with the prices were unbeatable. I'd definitely go with them again without any hesitation. read more

Used Premier Shuttle for round trip ride to SFO. They were on-time for pickup and got us there in timely fashion. Cost was very reasonable. ON return I had to wait for my daughter's flight so we contacted them a couple of days in advance to let them know of the change in pickup time as originally it was only going to be me that they picked up. The only criticism I would have is that they didn't acknowledge the change. Since we were out of the country that was a bit of a problem, but I sent an email and they did finally reply. When her plane arrived at SFO she had trouble finding a second checked bag so the driver had to wait quite while for us. He sent very explicit directions on where to find him and he was there waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. read more

I called Premier Shuttle last minute for a ride to SFO Airport. When I called in I gave them a lead time of 40 minutes but the driver showed up in 25 minutes. My driver Scott knew his way around the busy rush hour and got me to the airport in no time. I'd definitely recommend their service. Their service is great read more

This Airport Shuttle is hands down the best. I've used their service this past week for spring break. We had 4 passengers and 5 check in luggages for a trip to Hawaii. The dispatcher told us to get the big van for only $10 more and that way we could be all assured of luggage fitment and could be seated comfortable. The reservation time we had was for 6:30am and driver showed up about 6:22am and waited patiently outside. The way back from San Jose Airport the driver had parked in the ground transportation garage where the shuttles parked and again was there waiting for us at the time of arrival. The bookings were made via text for both trips and the price was decent. I'll definitely be using them again in the summer for our trip to Vegas! read more

Since the company that I'm always with stopped offering private shuttle from my area without paying a high premium price, I started looking for a different service and found this! Booking was a breeze and they even provided car seat for my 2 yr. old. Our driver, Lucky, showed up 10 minutes early and waited for us to get last minute chores done. He's very friendly and very professional on what he do. We enjoyed our trip to the airport and even gain more knowledge on how the airpost shuttle industry works including the extra charge they put on late night pickup (after 10:30pm). I got myself a new service to go with every time we will be needing a ride to the airport. read more

Needed a shuttle while I was in the area. Forgot to make a reservation with my regular shuttle service. So I did a quick Yelp search to see who was closest to my location and who was available. Found Premier Airport Shuttle top third on the list. Gave them a call and had a driver come get me in 20 minutes. Driver Sunny had taken me from Palo Alto to SF Airport for only $70 private ride. I thought that was a sweet deal. Added them to my bookmarks and will definitely keep them in mind next time I need a Shuttle Service in the Peninsula Area. New team, new vans and great service! What else can you expect from a Shuttle Service provider. read more

Premier Aiport Shuttle offers great service, they are prompt, and a much better alternative than paying the high cost of park at SFO. The main reason I found them is that their shuttles offer car seats. We often travel overseas and dragging ours along is inconvenient. I've made reservations for pickups at home and at SFO and they have always been on time, know where they are going, and are super friendly. Can't recommend these guys enough! read more

Using an Airport Shuttle & Taxi is usually a lot of frustration and makes the person traveling out very obnoxious about your driving not showing up in the morning. Previously I've had bad experiences with Airport Shuttles and Taxis. So I went and used Uber for a while and now that Uber drivers are starting to get grumpier and not having full endorsements I came back to Shuttle Companies and decided to use them based on Yelp reviews. Well guess what I used Premier as I read it was a new business in the ground transportation industry and a small business which meant better service than larger business providers. I took the phone and called the service up. Asked for a rate from Campbell to SFO Airport and back. Got a good reasonable quote decided to book the shuttle at 4:00am the next morning. Driver rolls up around 3:55am and took me direct to SFO Airport without any stops. For the return I texted the company and got a text where to meet my driver and the driver had arrived fews seconds before my arrival to a courtyard. Loaded into the vehicle and off we went to Campbell without any stops again. I will definitely use Premier Shuttle again in the future for business trips as my receipt got emailed out to me. Plus another thing I liked was the vehicles were labeled with the company name unlike another service I've used in the past which makes it hard to think is this even a work vehicle? Anywho Premier you just got my business, keep up the good work! read more

When you're traveling to the airport and your leaving home at 5:00am you don't want to have your family or friend wake up and give you a ride at that hour that's crazy. But arranging a ride at that hour with a transportation provider and having them not show up can also drive you crazy. But that's to Premier Airport Shuttle that wasn't the story. Our driver Sunny had arrived 10 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time. Called us to notify he was outside he opened all the doors and loaded our bags into the vehicles and tied/buckled up the car seats for us as well. Sunny was friendly an helpful even with two young kids crying in the back. For our return trip we had used Premier once again Premier did a terrific job, they tracked our delayed flight upto 1am and still assisted us with a smile they had us come to the designated pickup location loaded our bags and got us home safe. Overall I can't complain this Shuttle Service might be new but they know what customer service is! read more

We recently took a round-trip cruise from San Francisco. It took a little bit of research to find a company that would transport to and from the cruise ship terminal and we were delighted to find Premier Airport Shuttle. Ben was very efficient and prompt in handling our requests and this was just a hint at the superlative service we received from the drivers! They were prompt, helpful and excellent drivers. We were concerned about the transportation because there were 4 of us with luggage...and not all vehicles can accommodate this. Ben assured us that this would not be a problem and he was right. It was a great beginning and end to a vacation! Thank you Ben! read more

I contacted Premier Airport Shuttle to ride from SFO to Mountain View the day before I needed the ride. The response was prompt, and the driver arrived shortly after I called the service when my plane landed. It was a bit of a walk to get to the area where I was supposed to wait for the van, but at least it wasn't crowded. No problems whatsoever. read more

This Shuttle company is new but to be honest I really I liked the driver Ben we had he was great! I was originally booked with South & East Bay Airport Shuttle from San Jose Airport to San Francisco Airport. I waited over 1.5 hours for my Shuttle to arrive. This driver from Premier Airport Shuttle was there at island number 10 waiting on another passenger and asked if I needed transportation and gave me a competitive rate compared to what other Shuttles would've charged and much less than a taxi. He called in his dispatch to see if he could take me and have another driver arranged for the flight he was waiting for to arrive. When his dispatcher said it was possible I was relieved hearing yes I'm able to take you. This driver was professional, safe and courteous. He offered me water knowing I had waited a long time there and asked about my day and the entire mess of my other Shuttle not showing up. After talking to the driver I found out they've got some really cheap deals for SF Airport. He said it's around $70-$80 usually hearing that I was shocked and immediately asked for a business card. He told me the company was new with only owner and driver as of now. But if they keep up with this service I'm sure they'll be successful in no time! I'm new to yelp but I'd recommend these guys to anyone after the experience I've had with the previous Shuttle Service. Good Luck to Premier Airport Shuttle! read more
