Finding a reputable airport service is a challenge if you reside south of Gilroy but Premier Airport Shuttle offer reasonable fees and service this area. Round trip service from our home to SFO and reverse trip when we return from our international trip was smooth. Very straight forward service with great communication from initial inquiry leading up to the day of pick up at home and back. Driver's arrived on time for both trip booking and are professional. All the drivers helped with our luggage and helped with shuttle doors. However, be mindful of the instructions for pick up at airport, there are certain areas the shuttle service will be at to meet you but this is communicated prior to your arrival to avoid any confusion. First of all, out of all of the premium shuttle service (by premium, I meant the ones that do not have shared vans and have go direct policy to where you are going, mostly airports), Premier Airport Shuttle has the most reasonable pricing. Through Yelp's help, I was able to mass solicit quotes, and most of the quotes are above Premier Airport Shuttle. This does not mean Premier is cheap; I find their pricing to be actually most reasonable in comparison to crowd-sourced shuttle like Super Shuttle. Ben Singh, who runs Premier Airport Shuttle, is also very friendly and customer-oriented. I had reserved a one way ride from Mountain View to San Francisco Airport and the driver arrived on time and helped with luggage and even let me make an additional stop at the local Starbucks before heading out to the Airport. He told me they charged additional for the stop but since he was free and had plenty of time between the next customers, he waived that charge. ON return I had to wait for my daughter's flight so we contacted them a couple of days in advance to let them know of the change in pickup time as originally it was only going to be me that they picked up. The only criticism I would have is that they didn't acknowledge the change. Since we were out of the country that was a bit of a problem, but I sent an email and they did finally reply. This Airport Shuttle is hands down the best. I've used their service this past week for spring break. We had 4 passengers and 5 check in luggages for a trip to Hawaii. The dispatcher told us to get the big van for only $10 more and that way we could be all assured of luggage fitment and could be seated comfortable. The reservation time we had was for 6:30am and driver showed up about 6:22am and waited patiently outside. The way back from San Jose Airport the driver had parked in the ground transportation garage where the shuttles parked and again was there waiting for us at the time of arrival. The main reason I found them is that their shuttles offer car seats. We often travel overseas and dragging ours along is inconvenient. Using an Airport Shuttle & Taxi is usually a lot of frustration and makes the person traveling out very obnoxious about your driving not showing up in the morning. Previously I've had bad experiences with Airport Shuttles and Taxis. So I went and used Uber for a while and now that Uber drivers are starting to get grumpier and not having full endorsements I came back to Shuttle Companies and decided to use them based on Yelp reviews. Well guess what I used Premier as I read it was a new business in the ground transportation industry and a small business which meant better service than larger business providers. I took the phone and called the service up. Asked for a rate from Campbell to SFO Airport and back. Got a good reasonable quote decided to book the shuttle at 4:00am the next morning. Driver rolls up around 3:55am and took me direct to SFO Airport without any stops. For the return I texted the company and got a text where to meet my driver and the driver had arrived fews seconds before my arrival to a courtyard. Loaded into the vehicle and off we went to Campbell without any stops again. I will definitely use Premier Shuttle again in the future for business trips as my receipt got emailed out to me. Plus another thing I liked was the vehicles were labeled with the company name unlike another service I've used in the past which makes it hard to think is this even a work vehicle? When you're traveling to the airport and your leaving home at 5:00am you don't want to have your family or friend wake up and give you a ride at that hour that's crazy. But arranging a ride at that hour with a transportation provider and having them not show up can also drive you crazy. But that's to Premier Airport Shuttle that wasn't the story. Our driver Sunny had arrived 10 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time. Called us to notify he was outside he opened all the doors and loaded our bags into the vehicles and tied/buckled up the car seats for us as well. Sunny was friendly an helpful even with two young kids crying in the back. For our return trip we had used Premier once again Premier did a terrific job, they tracked our delayed flight upto 1am and still assisted us with a smile they had us come to the designated pickup location loaded our bags and got us home safe. This Shuttle company is new but to be honest I really I liked the driver Ben we had he was great! I was originally booked with South & East Bay Airport Shuttle from San Jose Airport to San Francisco Airport. I waited over 1.5 hours for my Shuttle to arrive. This driver from Premier Airport Shuttle was there at island number 10 waiting on another passenger and asked if I needed transportation and gave me a competitive rate compared to what other Shuttles would've charged and much less than a taxi. He called in his dispatch to see if he could take me and have another driver arranged for the flight he was waiting for to arrive. When his dispatcher said it was possible I was relieved hearing yes I'm able to take you. This driver was professional, safe and courteous. He offered me water knowing I had waited a long time there and asked about my day and the entire mess of my other Shuttle not showing up. After talking to the driver I found out they've got some really cheap deals for SF Airport. He said it's around $70-$80 usually hearing that I was shocked and immediately asked for a business card. He told me the company was new with only owner and driver as of now. But if they keep up with this service I'm sure they'll be successful in no time!
