They always have chilled bottles of water and often little candies for you to enjoy during your ride and upon special request champagne and/or wine. Yes, he spoke perfect English, thank God! :P Our first driver who drove us to SFO was punctual and courteous. It was one of the smoothest rides I've ever taken in a town car. I seriously could have fallen in a deep sleep. Russell was our driver who picked us up from SFO and took us back home. He was super personable and a hilarious guy to talk to while you're in the car. He and my SBBF Brad C. were exchanging Navy stories left and right, which left me chillin just fine with my phone on hand. :) I highly recommend using Air One for any of your transportation needs. Driver was very rude and told her she would be charged whether she got in the car or not and expressed that she had to hurry and make a decision because he had another trip that she was going to make him late for. She ended up getting in and driver was weaving in and out of traffic driving recklessly and fast, she asked him if he could slow down a little because she was feeling uneasy. He then told her that he's driving faster because she made him late to begin with. I called to complain about everything and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Rashad and a gentleman he was NOT. Rashad told me that the original driver couldn't make it and another one was sent and that these things happen, he was NOT remorseful at all and was pretty much laughing at the matter with his response being sh*t happens sometimes and began to tell me if my family got in the car when the driver got there he wouldn't of drove like that. One of the fabulous cars they have to offer is a Tesla. Yeah, that's right.... you might get picked up in a Tesla. Who doesn't want to see one of those in action, huh!??! There were chilled sodas, and the driver was courteous enough to help me load all the beer we were taking to the event. There was plenty of space to store everything under the seats as well. The driver was punctual, just a phone call away throughout the event, and incredibly honest -- my daughter accidentally dropped her ring on the bus without realizing it, and the driver personally returned it to us the next day. The bus had an amazing sound system, and we had a blast playing our favorite tunes and dancing all the way to our destination. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Ecko's service and competitive prices. Whether it's a wedding, engagement, or corporate event, I highly recommend Go Ecko! Alex got to my place in Redwood City early, even though my requested leave time was the ungodly time of 4:30 am. Booking the ride was a little confusing, the online form said I would need to call someone for an exact price and it didn't recognize the Yelp coupon code. I didn't have the time to call someone, so decided to wing it since I was booking for a business trip that was right around the corner. I left in the comments area that I wanted the Yelp coupon applied, and when I got my email quote back, it had been applied : ) Once I got the email with the quote, I noticed it said I had 24 hrs prior to my ride to cancel if I didn't like the quote. So although there was the option to cancel if needed, I still would've preferred the quote upfront/online. But in retrospect, none of that matters too much as the service was great and reliable, even in the wee hours of the morning! P.S. Alex, you should default the gratuity percentage to 20%, or at least give people the option to do more than 15%- you deserve it!

He accuses me of lying about me texting him from the luggage carousel area, told me that he was doing me a favor to pick me up and that he was not paid to do it. He even reminded me that he did not receive any tip from Chauffeur Adamo despite the 20% driver gratuity included in the fare. Overall, this was my worst experience using a limousine to pick me up at the airport.

The driver was right there waiting for me & if not for my girlfriends warped sense of humor, we never would have realized that the guy standing right in front of me was my driver (misspelled my name). He helped with our checked bags & was patient enough when I headed to the baggage office for a couple of minutes. Even though our driver wasn't the one who was supposed to pick us up, the replacement guy was great & we even conversed a little on the way home. Sure made the time fly on a 60 mile trip.
