We ordered a party bus through Ecko, and the experience was excellent from start to finish! Their customer service was outstanding -- the bus arrived right on time, and we could easily track when the driver would arrive. The service on the party bus was exceptional. There were chilled sodas, and the driver was courteous enough to help me load all the beer we were taking to the event. There was plenty of space to store everything under the seats as well. The driver was punctual, just a phone call away throughout the event, and incredibly honest -- my daughter accidentally dropped her ring on the bus without realizing it, and the driver personally returned it to us the next day. The bus had an amazing sound system, and we had a blast playing our favorite tunes and dancing all the way to our destination. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Ecko's service and competitive prices. Whether it's a wedding, engagement, or corporate event, I highly recommend Go Ecko! These guys have been consistently amazing. I've used them for over 20 years for my business travel. That is hundreds and pickups and drop offs! Never once did they leave me hanging or make a mistake. I booked Ecko limo this summer for my friend's bachelorette party. (I was helping the maid-of-honor.) My friend was a big clubber in her single days so we decided we would take in her three favorite clubs in the city in style as a sort of goodbye to the single life sort of thing. The driver--who incidentally was really swarthy and handsome--picked us up on time and did a great job of keeping the mood light and friendly throughout. When one of the clubs we wanted to go to was overly packed, he even gave us a great recommendation on an alternative. The limo we got--a stretch hummer--was fully loaded and in top condition and so big we barely even felt like we were in a moving vehicle even as we got onto the hills of the city and we got progressively more tipsy. The price was reasonable and if you are doing a long event, you can get a free bottle of champagne. The person who complained about the gratuity below, I think is off her rocker. In my experience a 15% gratuity for limo drivers is pretty standard. We have nothing but good things to say about Ecko limo. And I hear they also are great for wine tasting trips into Napa and Sonoma. Definitely something to take advantage of before the weather turns bad again. read more

I don't normally use a car service for my airport runs but this time it was necessary and I'm really glad i chose ECKO. These guys were awesome. I made a mistake and reverses my pick up and drop off locations. The driver called me from the airport, while I was waiting at my house. He told me it was no problem and he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He made it to my house quickly and got me safely to the airport with 2 minutes to spare on my check in. It was perfect. On the drive to the airport he told me he had already called the office and informed them of the corrections to my plans. I received updated confirmations by email in less than an hour. The drive home was also on time and smooth. Both drivers drove very safe, were nice and very professional. The price was also reasonable. Way better than taking a cab! read more

" What an experience".. Me and my sister hired Ecko limo for our trip to SFO airport. To my surprise car service was cheaper than a taxi cab;). When I hired them, I thought I will get a normal sedan. Driver pulls up in Black Lincoln. 15 minutes before schedule time. When we got in, this car was huge. Lots of leg room. Black interior. I can still smell new leather. Very clean car. Felt like a celebrity. Ride to the airport was a smooth sail. Driver didn't let us open the door or touch the luggage. Very impressive. On our way back our flight was delayed for 2 hours. I was worried if they would come to pick us up. My flight touches down, I turn my phone on and it rings. Driver welcomed us and said he is waiting for us at the baggage claim. Helped us with the luggage and once again clean and good smelling car. After a long flight, ride home was very relaxing. I would definitely use them again when in need. First let me start by saying that it is very rare that I give bad reviews or take the time to review on yelp, but what Harry, the owner/manager did made a major negative impact on an event I hosted this past week in Monterey. First, let me explain that we did not directly hire Ecko and actually hired a different company that farmed out a vehicle for the event. They did not realize that the secondary company farmed out the vehicle from a third company - Ecko. As soon as the driver informed Harry that they were working for my company, Harry pulled the vehicle from the property right before my guests needed to get in it to get to their dinner reservation. The driver looked at me and told me that per his boss, he was not allowed to do the job and that he had to leave the property now. We essentially begged him to stay. My company called Harry and pleaded with him for 10 minutes and in the end, the driver left as guests were lining up to get into it!!!! Let me first start by saying that this is one the most unprofessional moves I have ever seen in my industry. I work for a company that hires transportation on a regular basis and farming out vehicles is not uncommon. However apparently Ecko had some drama with the company I hired over the fact that they didn't farm out his vehicle first and basically screwed me and my client over, five minutes before they were supposed to depart. Frankly this transfer should have been made and the management turmoil should have been handled on the side in a professional manner after the job was done. Ecko has definitely lost a client who could potentially provide you with a ton of business and I will be sure to spread the word to any of my clients, business colleagues, friends and/or family looking for a transportation service in the Bay area of what was done at this event. I certainly don't want this happening to anyone else. read more

NEVER AGAIN! These clowns have no sense of customer service. I'm not kidding folks. Below is an exact transcript between their clueless town car driver and me when I a purchased a Groupon to be picked up from SJ airport. Ecko Driver: You have to give me $10 tip, I will not accept $5. Me: Excuse me!?!? Do you know the meaning of a tip? Its gratuity and its completely voluntary. I don't have to give you anything additional. You don't demand tip. You take what you are given and say thank you. Ecko Driver: No, you have to pay for tax and tip of the full amount. Me: Huh? There is no tax. Tax is applied on a merchandise and not on any service. Not to mention I have already paid you guys in full via groupon. Ecko Driver: I'm not a homeless guy. You give $5 to a homeless guy and I want $10. (yelling loudly) Me: I'm going to call your superior and file a complaint. You better leave before I call the cops. Soon as I got in the house, I called the Ecko office and made a complaint to the guy that picked up the phone. Very surprisingly, the lack of common sense and the lack of basic understanding of a tip continued all the way to their office and the guy hung up on me. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I bought the 8 hours limo package over living social back in September 2011. Was saving my ride to spring to go to Napa with my friends. Finally time comes and I called Ecko to make reservation and was answer by a guy name Harry and I could not believe it went WRONG for the first contact I make with this individual. He was unprofessional, short temper and above all RUDE beyond explanation. No customer service skills at soever, he could not manage a conversation with me so he yelled at me saying "I don't want to work with you" and he just hung up the phone on my face. I called him and asked him why he did that and he said the connection got lost, not true at all. I tried again because i did not want to loose the almost 500 that I paid for, so he answered that phone, we talked more and I HAD to agree with him that instead of using all 8 hours that I had bought he was only going to honor 6 because he had previous arrangements and pretty much gave me NO WAY out, so I was going to loose 2 hours of my purchase. NOT fair at all. To make it easy and not waste more time i arranged for them to pick me and my friends over 50 miles farther than where I live. During the ride have to say that the driver Ian, made everything so easy and great, he was polite and considered through out the day, give a 5 star for the driver only. Also Ian the driver told us that he could drop us off a bit later than the time Harry told us, so I was happy thinking that they had figured something out to be able to honor my 8 hours. My happiness didn't last long, about 20 minutes before we got dropped off I got a phone call from the same obnoxious and rude guy Harry, he was extremely upset saying that "i was costing him 700 dollars and a bunch of other "BS"," screaming and disrespecting me. I just hung up the phone. So my experience could not be worse with this individual that represents the Ecko Transportation. It is sad that a business will hire people like him to represent them, probably not knowing how much business they are loosing. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL FOR NOTHING, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND DISRESPECTED. read more

Then I tried to book a pickup for my return to San Jose airport which is 2 weeks out and they told me it is too early! Sheesh. I'm not at all impressed with this company. I needed a ride to the airport and my friend recommended I call Harry to book a town car because they were awesome. I was a bit skeptic because I didn't see any reviews for the company so when I experienced my excellent service I had to write one for them. Recently I had a flight going out of SFO and I booked a twon car. My flight was delayed and the company was super accommodating in making adjustments and basically waited on me to make sure I made it to the airport on time. We used Ecko last night for our Senior Ball and they were great. They arrived right on time and were extremely polite. We had one stop before our Ball and our driver was so efficient about it and got us to Ball without any sort of problems. And after it was all over, it was raining outside, but the driver got the best spot where we got the least wet and was able to maneuver out of the parking lot great. Overall, it was a greatly efficient and professional service. One thing I would highlight is the actual confirmation process - when I called in, I was very impressed. I actually had to change our stop along the way once and there was no hassle. They were all friendly and cooperative about the process. Excellent ride from San Jose airport. I was trying to find a reasonably priced, dependable transportation for elderly out of town visitors arriving at SJC. To set up the ride, I found Ecko to be competitively priced and easy to communicate with. My guests never needed to call the pickup number to be picked up.
