Our wedding venue, Nestldown, is in the Santa Cruz mountains and although beautiful, it's not the easiest location for rideshares to find after dark. We wanted to make sure our guests could enjoy themselves and drink at our wedding without having to worry about how to get back safely so our venue recommended we use shuttles. Corinthian was recommended to us, and they were a great choice! When I reached out to them they got back to me very quickly and were very responsive to all of my questions in a timely manner. They ended up being one of the easiest vendors to set up a service with. They were able to pick up our guests at the hotel we were staying at in Campbell and then drop everyone off at the end of the night. It was great for the guests that were staying in the hotel and those that weren't could easily park their cars nearby or use a rideshare. It was a little tricky figuring out how many shuttles we would need only because some of our guests let us know at the last minute that they would be using them. But Jason was always very accommodating and let us know that we could add more shuttles up to about a week before the wedding. They even helped us coordinate different pickup times since our wedding party and certain family members needed to arrive at the venue much earlier. They were very prompt and everyone who rode shuttles made it to the wedding on time. They were in the parking lot ready for us at the end of the night so our guests didn't have to wait very long. Our guests were so glad to not have to worry about driving and we were glad everyone was able to enjoy themselves and be safe on the way home. I decided to use Corinthian transportation after the original reservation I had made with a different company went south since they no longer had the white hammer in their fleet (This arrangement was made prior to Covid.) Needless to say, the hourly rate is very reasonable and Lauren, our dispatch coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure we get the white hummer we requested only 7 days before our wedding. Our driver, Dan Ignacio was fantastic with his driving skills and made sure we were comfortable during our ride. This is a ~35ft vehicle and driving it is no joke. He text a day before our date and continuously kept us updated on his location and his arrival time. He picked up our bridal party from downtown SJ and to our hotel in four seasons Palo Alto and took us to our venue with style. He is very professional and always had his smile on. My husband and I worked with the team at Corinthian Transportation to shuttle our guests from San Francisco Union Square down to our wedding venue in Saratoga, CA and back for our wedding last weekend and couldn't have been happier with the team and service. We did not have a wedding planner so felt very late in the game in making important bookings but Corinthian was one of our venue's recommended partners and they absolutely delivered and at the most affordable price, based on quotes. The team was extremely professional and, given that the drive was 1h15 mins without traffic, I had been very nervous about delays but I was very comforted by Chris's attitude that "early is on time and on time is late". They gave great recommendations (e.g., asking the hotel to tell them the best spot for pickup and asking them to potentially block off the street), were right on time for pick-up, and got guests down early. We booked 2 55-person coaches. My only "complaint" was that one of the buses's audio systems had some issues so we weren't able to play music, but the driver did everything he could to make sure we had a great time, which was really appreciated.
