We've used Courtesy Limousine for the past two years to shuttle our group of fathers and daughters to a sweetheart dance, and the experience has been outstanding every single time. Their service is consistently excellent--professional, punctual, and incredibly well-organized, which made the entire evening smooth and stress-free for our group. The drivers showed exceptional courtesy and attention to detail, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well cared for. Pricing was very fair, especially given the high level of service provided. It was clear they took pride in making the night special for both the dads and the daughters. Courtesy Limousine truly lived up to their name, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transportation for a special event. read more

Israel picked up my family in a really long limousine yesterday! He was extremely kind and personable. It was my 70th birthday, which included six kids 12 and under, and five adults. He stocked the car with champagne, sparkling cider, water and ice. We were allowed to bring other drinks and food onboard. The limo was clean and well taken care of. I would give 10 stars if it were an option! My family will never forget the day. read more

We were very happy with this company. We were having an issue with the company we had been using for years and found our way to courtesy Limousine. Israel Lomeli was quick to respond, helped answer all our questions and booked our transportation without any issues. We had three trips booked over one week and each pick up and drop off went smoothly. No additional issues, clean transportation, friendly professional drivers and a smooth timely drive. They arrived on time with no issues. Highly recommend them. read more

Excellent and professional service. At 5:00 am, they picked us up and drove from San Jose to San Francisco Airport. When we returned one week later, they were waiting at the airport to take us home. I highly recommend and will use them again! read more

I needed a driver to take a group of guys around the areas for a full day of various activities. The day involved a lot of stops and needed a lot of communication between myself (running things behind the scenes) and the driver. Isreal was our driver and he was great. Very professional and punctual. He really went above and beyond. Look no further if you just need a ride for a full day (or anything else for that matter Lastly, heir pricing was exactly what I expected it to be. Thanks Isreal! read more

Israel is fantastic. Super responsive. Reliable. Great service. Great car. Very highly recommend!

Highly, highly, highly recommend Courtesy Limo. We needed a last minute ride for an older family member. The place I usually go to was not available, so I decided to give Courtesy Limo a try. I called, Israel picked up. He talked to me a bit and answered my questions, but told me that he had to call me back 5 mins later. 5 STARS! He actually called me back! Because the family member was older, we wanted the driver to go into the airport and find the family member and escort her to the car. We also wanted to ensure that we knew as soon as she was picked up. Israel and team managed to do so. 5 STARS! The family member LOVED Juan. I acknowledge that this service is more expensive than getting an U*** or a L***, but we needed someone to greet our family member and our family member was not comfortable figuring out where to get a shared ride. I would definitely use them again. Excellent service... GRADE A read more

This review is long overdue. We used Israel for the sold out epic Taylor Swift concert. He was very communicative via text. Limo was prepped with water bottles and champagne. He knew routes to avoid traffic - he dropped us off at a location 10 min walk to Levi. He also knew where to pick us up (20 min walk) so he wouldn't hit traffic. After Taylor's epic 35 song set, we well exceeded the time window for our reservation and had to pay the overage per hour, but Israel kindly gave us a discount so that it wasn't outrageous. Would highly recommend! read more

As one would expect in Silicon Valley, Courtesy Limousine is well supported by technology, with the quote process handled on line, with follow-ups by both email and text message. Pick-up getting to and from SJC was absolutely prompt and helpful. Lincoln Town Cars have gone by the wayside, but the Lincoln SUV's are very comfortable, and they handled our luggage with ease. read more

I would definitely recommend. After calling so many companies and everyone was sold out I call this one, Israel was very helpful from the beginning explaining everything to us and booking the reservation. The day of the event one of my kids friends left their phone, Israel was quick in replying and helping find it even though he was very busy that day. I recommend them for sure. read more

Courtesy Limo is by far the best Limo company I have ever used. They are always on time, courteous and professional. Their cars are always clean and stocked with water. We have had several trips over the last few years where international flights home have been significantly delayed or canceled and have been very impressed with Courtesy's help in accommodating our changing schedule even when it required a pickup at SFO at 2 AM. Based on our experience with Courtesy Limo, I give them the highest possible rating. read more

Courtesy Limousine - Birthday - Limos Near Me - San Jose, California

Let me start by saying that I would highly recommend Courtesy Limo for service. I needed a 14 passenger limo for a birthday night out in the City, I had called around many places and decided to go with Courtesy Limo because of the service I received from Israel, the owner. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. Last year, I had hired a DIFFERENT limo company and not only was the driver sketchy & the limo looked dirty, but the roof was leaking from the rain (my birthday is in December)!! So I was very specific about the quality of the vehicles. After speaking with Israel the booking process was a breeze. I provided him my itinerary and he confirmed with a copy. On the night of my event, he was early & to my surprise he upgraded us to his Escalade, at no additional charge. Everything was PERFECT! Cups were clean, the interior was spotless, the sound system was AWESOME, soft drinks & champagne were provided as promised, and most importantly, he was very kind and provided excellent customer service. He even had a USB cable available to hookup our iPhone to the stereo =) He has been in the business for 12 years and it definitely shows! He has he experience and professionalism to keep you worry-free. Another thing to note is that he really means it when he says taxes and gratuity included in the price. His vehicle was well taken care of and did not have leaky surprises! There are no surprise charges when the limo arrives. I will definitely use COURTESY LIMOUSINE again! read more

Courtesy Limo is a very professional organization. I was quite pleased by the level of service and attention they paid to us. I made my reservation online. that was quick and easy. They followed up quickly with a phone call to pay the deposit. They sent receipts and reminders via email. Our driver, Oswaldo was excellent! Very professional. He got the two us to our destination on time in a roomy, new, black Mercedes sedan. When the event was over, he picked us up promptly and got us home safely. Getting a ride through Courtesy Limo made our day perfect! Thanks! read more

Courtesy Limousine had the absolute best customer service of any transportation service I have ever used. The owner personally goes out of his way for us each and every time we use his services. I can't speak highly enough about the outfit and th drivers. read more

My son wanted a limo to take his school friends to dinner. A beautiful clean newer model Mercedes arrived and safely took us to our destination and back. The LED lighting inside added to the excited energy of the kids and we were able to synchronize our phone to the speaker to listen to our own music. As a parent and customer, I was delighted with the process and service from start to finish. The kids still talk about the limo birthday party and my son said that was his favorite birthday party he'd ever had. I plan on hiring this company again in the future and would recommend it to my family and friends in a heartbeat. read more

Had an awesome time with Israel with his services. He goes above and beyond for his clientele!

I requested a quote through Yelp to drive my daughter and her 10 bridesmaids from the Airbnb to the wedding event venue on the day of her wedding! They stuck to the quote, they showed up with a beautiful white stretch limo and it worked out perfectly. On a day when I was dealing with so many details and overlapping duties, it was so nice that this was so easy and reliable! I'd use them again. Thank you so much!! read more

We used these guys for my bachelor party. The limo arrived on time, David was extremely courteous and was an amazing chauffeur. Easy reservations, prompt service, fair prices, clean vehicle. Highly recommended.

HANDS down this was the best priced limo in town. But the bonus was that ISRAEL (owner) showed up and drove my kids to their prom, upgraded the limo and called to assure me they were safe and well taken care of. He knows how to pay it forward. This was no ordinary Limo service. He's got passion, pride and class. I gave him a well deserved tip....AND I would highly recommend him for proms, birthday, weddings....when it really counts. read more

Have been using them for many years because the are not only reliable but they go way beyond reliable. Hi All, Principally, I spoke to the owner over the phone to get a quote & I instantly received great costumer service. I was referred through a friend to this particular company. Judging by the first conversation, I know the actual ride on Friday the 18th will meet expectations. Prices are very aggressive and the accommodation of hours is superb! So far, I cannot say enough about this firm. I would recommend others to get your transportation services for any event through this company! Lastly, I signed a proposal for the Cadillac limo. Thanks Courtesy Limo! Humberto Alonso read more

AMAZING! i don't even know where to begin.... my girlfriend basically planned my whole 21st Birthday outing in San Francisco so of course we needed a way to get all my friends and ourselves there! She found Courtesy Limousine and chose it due to it's REASONABLE PRICE. We had called other places and they just wanted TOO much. it was pretty ridiculous and i was losing hope until she got off the phone with Israel. they discussed a price and we soon after went to go check out the stretch limo along with my mother. I fell in love. It got me excited about my celebration and Israel was so unbelievable kind and genuine. Israel picked us up from our hotel and we were off to the city. the first stop we made didn't work out. The line was too long and we got tired of waiting. We called up Israel and of course he was around the corner and he came to rescue us and took us to our final destination. It was a successful night and i couldn't have been happier with not only our service but also our driver. I think we even gave him a round of applause a couple of times! hahaha. i recommend this company to EVERYONE. Especially if you want it to be a night you'll talk about forever. read more
