Israel picked up my family in a really long limousine yesterday! He was extremely kind and personable. It was my 70th birthday, which included six kids 12 and under, and five adults. This review is long overdue. We used Israel for the sold out epic Taylor Swift concert. He was very communicative via text. Limo was prepped with water bottles and champagne. He knew routes to avoid traffic - he dropped us off at a location 10 min walk to Levi. He also knew where to pick us up (20 min walk) so he wouldn't hit traffic. After Taylor's epic 35 song set, we well exceeded the time window for our reservation and had to pay the overage per hour, but Israel kindly gave us a discount so that it wasn't outrageous. I needed a 14 passenger limo for a birthday night out in the City, I had called around many places and decided to go with Courtesy Limo because of the service I received from Israel, the owner. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. Last year, I had hired a DIFFERENT limo company and not only was the driver sketchy & the limo looked dirty, but the roof was leaking from the rain (my birthday is in December)!! So I was very specific about the quality of the vehicles. After speaking with Israel the booking process was a breeze. I provided him my itinerary and he confirmed with a copy. On the night of my event, he was early & to my surprise he upgraded us to his Escalade, at no additional charge. Everything was PERFECT! Cups were clean, the interior was spotless, the sound system was AWESOME, soft drinks & champagne were provided as promised, and most importantly, he was very kind and provided excellent customer service. He even had a USB cable available to hookup our iPhone to the stereo =) He has been in the business for 12 years and it definitely shows!
