This company is old school; they are professional, on time, and accountable. Use this business if you need to get where you are going on time. Fill in the form and they email you back in a few minutes to confirm. I recommend them for picking you up from the airport. They understand how airlines work and will keep in touch via text before and after landing. They will be waiting for you at the shuttle pickup area after you get your luggage. Side note: if you didn't know, airports were designed to work with shuttles. So it is the smoothest way to transport to and from the airport. They've got their own area right outside the baggage claims where no one is yelling at them to not park. The Uber and Lyft apps are getting so complicated now. They started lying about pickup times, you've probably noticed. Blue Shuttle, in contrast, is at your house putting your bags in the van at the time you told them to. Imagine trying to get that arranged with Lyft. The price varies by number of people and distance and luggage. They have child seats available, just let em know when you book. I had a way too early flight out of Oakland, and my brother was out of town, and I refuse to use Uber or Lyft both because those companies' business models should be illegal (they actually were illegal when they started) and because they're the source of most of the added traffic congestion in San Francisco, so I tried Blue Shuttle. The driver arrived on time and was courteous. He wasn't a maniac driver like most shuttle and taxis drivers seem to be, especially on the way to airports. We had a nice discussion about the livery business, the idiotic profligacy of people in their twenties, and life in general. There wasn't much traffic, but I almost wished there was because I was really enjoying the conversation. BART is still the easiest, cheapest way to get to OAK--other than my brother--but if I have a flight at that ridiculous hour again, I'll use Blue Shuttle. read more

What's to say? I googled and Yelped and found Blue Shuttle. Filled in the online reservation form as indicated on the website, didn't receive a confirmation email about it, and not surprisingly, no email or phone call the day before or day of that I requested a booking. I've heard dead silence from them. Good thing I wasn't counting on them and called a cab when it seemed pretty clear they weren't going to show up. I reserved Blue Shuttle to transport 6 passengers from SFO to our hotel. I made the reservation online, and listed 10:00am as our pick up time at SFO. I received written confirmation, and had been instructed to call once we landed so that the driver could tell us his location at the airport. Our flight landed right on time (we took off exactly on time as well). When I called, I was told that the shuttle wouldn't be there for 30-40 minutes because they "assumed" that we would be spending a significant amount of time at baggage claim. We only had carry on luggage, so we did not need to go to baggage claim. I was obviously not happy, so he then said that he had tracked our flight in the app and it was showing that it was going to be late. This was a ridiculous excuse for their simply not being on time -- our flight took off right on time, and was never late (heck, it's only an hour flight!) He was apologetic, and gave me a discount to try to make up for things. But the reality is he was 45 minutes late, and it was simply unacceptable. That's a long wait...as long as our flight from LA to SFO! Needless to say, we did not hire him for the return to SFO. Our Uber was much nicer than the Blue Shuttle vehicle (rickety, squeaky), and less expensive too. read more

We needed a shuttle to pick up a family of five, with ten pieces of luggage, at the Oakland airport. Way too much for our vehicle. So we called Blue Shuttle and they did all the transportation. The reservation was easy. It also was reasonably priced (compared to other places we checked) because it's a standard a 9-passenger airport shuttle van, i.e., nothing with leather seats, tinted windows, etc. Blue Shuttle also included a car seat for $10 extra. Blue Shuttle arrived promptly and drove our guests safely to North Oakland. Everything was done in a COVID-safe manner. I highly recommend them. read more

I just had to review Abbas with Blue Shuttle. We were looking for a very early ride (4:00am) to SFO from Cupertino and Abbas was the most courteous of the shuttle services that I spoke too. He was going to charge $95 to take my family of five to SFO directly, without stopping to pickup anyone else, which was still cheaper than the cab ride i'd been quoted. He said that was a little higher than normal because of the early pickup. He said we'd be called the day before to confirm, which was consistent with what I'd seen on yelp. In the end we decided not to use a shuttle service because it was only going to be about $20 more to park our van at the airport. (Which if you factor in a return trip from the airport would have made the shuttle not very economical for us.) But if you are looking for a shuttle service from the south bay to SFO or if you are going to have to leave your car for over two weeks in long term parking, I'd recommend these guys. American Airporter told me it would be $195, even though their website indicated otherwise, because we live outside San Francisco. This was a common problem I ran into with most of the shuttle services. Very few were even willing to service the south bay area (even though they advertise service to SJC...they apparently mean from SFO only). Also, he was just pleasant, and since I'm from the south I appreciate the hospitality. He was even nice about me calling back to cancel my reservation. I hope I have occasion to give this company my business in the future. read more

This was such a stress-free and pleasant experience. We didn't have alot of people but had so much luggage I didn't want to take my chances with an Uber XL and went with Blue Shuttle because of their great reviews. Only after booking did I realize it was almost equivalent to Uber XL prices. I had made a reservation for a 10:30pm pick up. They called me around 8:30pm to confirm my pick up time. Right at 10:25pm they were right at my door to help me with my luggages. Abbas was very nice and helpful. There was PLENTY of room for my luggage in the van, and had seats for 8 people. It was a on-stop, direct drive to the airport and Abbas dropped us off at the shuttle zone across from my terminal which was very easy.
