Very early morning car service from Courtyard by Marriott Wharf to SFO. Driver was early, great conversation, and got us to the airport safely. Company always returned my emails and communication was clear. read more

Abbas is great! Answered all my questions before booking and easy to work with. He was on-time and flexible and would highly recommend for shuttle service! read more

Update: Used them on the return leg from an international flight. Scheduling and pricing was again quick and hassle free. Our flight was unfortunately delayed, but as soon as we landed received a text from the service with how to meet them. Clear directions and updates. Again, the driver was super courteous, and van ride was great, making a long day end on a friction free note. Definitely recommend. read more

This company is old school; they are professional, on time, and accountable. Use this business if you need to get where you are going on time. Fill in the form and they email you back in a few minutes to confirm. I recommend them for picking you up from the airport. They understand how airlines work and will keep in touch via text before and after landing. They will be waiting for you at the shuttle pickup area after you get your luggage. Side note: if you didn't know, airports were designed to work with shuttles. So it is the smoothest way to transport to and from the airport. They've got their own area right outside the baggage claims where no one is yelling at them to not park. The Uber and Lyft apps are getting so complicated now. They started lying about pickup times, you've probably noticed. Blue Shuttle, in contrast, is at your house putting your bags in the van at the time you told them to. Imagine trying to get that arranged with Lyft. The price varies by number of people and distance and luggage. They have child seats available, just let em know when you book. You pay driver after arrival at your destination. Pay with cash or credit card. Make sure to tip. With cash or add it to the credit charge. read more

Blue Shuttle Airporter - Airport Shuttles Near Me

Very welcoming, made me feel comfortable and safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of shuttle service near SFO.

Very polite answered all my questions before booking. He arrived on time, carried a nice conversation and very polite. Drove very safe. I will use them again most definitely read more

Blue Shuttle Airporter gave me the trust and assurance I need to have my small family with lots of luggage be transported from San Francisco Airport to our destination. I will definitely avail of their service again! read more

Finally found a way to transport n number of baggage and lil kids from the airport! I am very impressed by their service. They had also given a quote when I told them about the luggage and car seat and stroller and what not! We were told to call a number as soon as we landed. The person was punctual and professional. Highly recommend this service over Uber. You will have to wait a couple of seconds with Uber. That's not the case with the blue shuttle. read more

We booked both ways to and from SFO with Blue Shuttle. Abbas was the driver for both times. He was patient, punctual and professional with reasonable price. His van was very clean and roomy. We are satisfied with his service. We would definitely use Blue Shuttle again. We highly recommend his service. Tracy San Francisco read more

When you arrive in a strange town it's nice to have a service you can depend on. We used Blue Shuttle to take us from the airport to our hotel. The service was excellent! He gave us precise instructions on where to find the shuttle at the airport. The driver was friendly, helpful and gave us some great tips! I strongly recommend this company and will use them again if the opportunity arises! read more

Amazing service on both trips. We used the service from SFO to Fisherman's Wharf area and return trip as well. Both drivers were prompt, courteous, attentive and we felt safe with their driving as well. Id highly recommend the few extra bucks for this ride service over any app based experience Ive had. Thank you !! read more

Was referred to Blue Shuttle by a friend who used them years ago, so I reached out. I received a response very quickly and they were the most reasonably priced! Booked it very easily online and communication was great with the owner himself! He was on time, the vehicle was very clean, and he told us about some of the sites and things to see along the way. He was very friendly and was a great driver. He even said I could text him when I asked about getting a ride to the airport when we left San Fran. I'd highly recommend Blue Shuttle! read more

Great company, responive, reliable and fair price. Will definitely use them again next time we need a shuttle to/from SFO.

The drivers are pleasant and competent, but the office staff are neither. the only reason this score is 2 rather than 1 is that I previously had a good experience. There are plenty of other options. read more

I had a way too early flight out of Oakland, and my brother was out of town, and I refuse to use Uber or Lyft both because those companies' business models should be illegal (they actually were illegal when they started) and because they're the source of most of the added traffic congestion in San Francisco, so I tried Blue Shuttle. The driver arrived on time and was courteous. He wasn't a maniac driver like most shuttle and taxis drivers seem to be, especially on the way to airports. We had a nice discussion about the livery business, the idiotic profligacy of people in their twenties, and life in general. There wasn't much traffic, but I almost wished there was because I was really enjoying the conversation. BART is still the easiest, cheapest way to get to OAK--other than my brother--but if I have a flight at that ridiculous hour again, I'll use Blue Shuttle. read more

I ordered a ride to the airport the night before. My flight was first thing in the am. Abbas was at my pick up point before 3:30 am. I greatly appreciated this. He was courteous, helpful and had a great conversations. Highly recommend him with Blue Shuttle Airporter. read more

Prompt and punctual service. The price was communicated before confirming the ride.

Great service! My dad left his phone on Abbas' van after drop off at the airport and Abbas returned to SFO airport to give his phone back. Saved us a lot of headache as we were on our way to Norway. read more

What's to say? I googled and Yelped and found Blue Shuttle. Filled in the online reservation form as indicated on the website, didn't receive a confirmation email about it, and not surprisingly, no email or phone call the day before or day of that I requested a booking. I've heard dead silence from them. Good thing I wasn't counting on them and called a cab when it seemed pretty clear they weren't going to show up. I'll find another shuttle service or keep taking taxis. read more

We used blue shuttle twice recently during our trip to from San fran to Berkeley and Berkeley to SFO The service provided bythe drivrer Abbas is commendable. He arrived on time and was patient enough to wait for us while we get the 2 toddler properly seated into the car seat. We will definitely use their service again if travelling to San Fran again. Reliable and value more value for money than other shuttle provider. read more

Blue Shuttle Airporter - Airport Shuttles Near Me

Great and punctual service. Ride from airport was in a new tesla (driver was informative on where to eat) and ride to airport a few days later was in a van. Recommend this business if you need a shuttle to and from the airport read more

We were sooo happy with Blue Shuttle!! All my family & I want to SF for 5 days over Spring Break. Abbas met us at airport and stopped for us at the grocery store. We were happy to be together and also with No other passengers. He was waiting for us as we picked up our luggage - we could see him parked outside. I was skeptical choosing a transport I had never heard of, but the reviews were so good. And now I want to add my OH YES to the reviews for the company and the driver!! Thanks so much read more

I have been taken to Bay Area airports by Abbas since about 2007 - it must be more than 100 flights. No matter how uncivilized the time of day, he always arrives on time and communicates promptly. And he's great to chat with on the journey. Highest recommendation! read more

Second time I've used them to get to the airport, and I will use them again. On time, pleasant driver, clean car ... what's not to like?!

I reserved Blue Shuttle to transport 6 passengers from SFO to our hotel. I made the reservation online, and listed 10:00am as our pick up time at SFO. I received written confirmation, and had been instructed to call once we landed so that the driver could tell us his location at the airport. Our flight landed right on time (we took off exactly on time as well). When I called, I was told that the shuttle wouldn't be there for 30-40 minutes because they "assumed" that we would be spending a significant amount of time at baggage claim. We only had carry on luggage, so we did not need to go to baggage claim. I was obviously not happy, so he then said that he had tracked our flight in the app and it was showing that it was going to be late. This was a ridiculous excuse for their simply not being on time -- our flight took off right on time, and was never late (heck, it's only an hour flight!) He was apologetic, and gave me a discount to try to make up for things. But the reality is he was 45 minutes late, and it was simply unacceptable. That's a long wait...as long as our flight from LA to SFO! Needless to say, we did not hire him for the return to SFO. Our Uber was much nicer than the Blue Shuttle vehicle (rickety, squeaky), and less expensive too. read more

My only regret about Blue Shuttle, and specifically Abbas, is that I did not find them years ago. The service is unparalleled, the vehicles are spotless, pricing is competitive and if desired, you have the option for charming, intelligent conversation. I could not recommend them more highly. read more

Overall great service! Prompt and courteous with good communication. Van was clean and suitable for my family of 5 with 5 checked in bags. As a previous yelper had mentioned Abbas was accommodating to engage in a conversation but was considerate enough to know when the passengers are exhausted and weary from the travel. We appreciated that! Exhibited professionalism throughout the trip from beginning to end. Reasonable rate from Sfo to East Bay and would call upon his services again! Thank you Abbas! read more

Blue Shuttle's online / email / phone booking system is pretty terrible... I would recommend booking a reservation on all three in advance so the message gets through. --- Update: shortly after posting this review the owner of this business contacted me using my personal address and demanded I amend me review to three stars (I believe I gave a 1 or 2). I consider this unprofessional. Warning to readers that the owner of Blue Shuttle is confrontational. read more

I just had to review Abbas with Blue Shuttle. We were looking for a very early ride (4:00am) to SFO from Cupertino and Abbas was the most courteous of the shuttle services that I spoke too. He was going to charge $95 to take my family of five to SFO directly, without stopping to pickup anyone else, which was still cheaper than the cab ride i'd been quoted. He said that was a little higher than normal because of the early pickup. He said we'd be called the day before to confirm, which was consistent with what I'd seen on yelp. In the end we decided not to use a shuttle service because it was only going to be about $20 more to park our van at the airport. (Which if you factor in a return trip from the airport would have made the shuttle not very economical for us.) But if you are looking for a shuttle service from the south bay to SFO or if you are going to have to leave your car for over two weeks in long term parking, I'd recommend these guys. American Airporter told me it would be $195, even though their website indicated otherwise, because we live outside San Francisco. This was a common problem I ran into with most of the shuttle services. Very few were even willing to service the south bay area (even though they advertise service to SJC...they apparently mean from SFO only). Also, he was just pleasant, and since I'm from the south I appreciate the hospitality. He was even nice about me calling back to cancel my reservation. I hope I have occasion to give this company my business in the future. read more

This was my first time using this service. Called the evening before a morning flight and was told to expect a call at 7 am the next morning to confirm, and sure enough the driver called right at 7, and we were picked up promptly at the expected time. The driver was courteous, friendly, professional, a good driver and good conversationalist. Would definitely use this service again. read more

I've come to look forward to my trips to and from the airport. Not only is Abbas always on-time and reliable, but he's such a pleasant and warm person. I highly highly recommend! read more

We needed a shuttle to pick up a family of five, with ten pieces of luggage, at the Oakland airport. Way too much for our vehicle. So we called Blue Shuttle and they did all the transportation. The reservation was easy. It also was reasonably priced (compared to other places we checked) because it's a standard a 9-passenger airport shuttle van, i.e., nothing with leather seats, tinted windows, etc. Blue Shuttle also included a car seat for $10 extra. Blue Shuttle arrived promptly and drove our guests safely to North Oakland. Everything was done in a COVID-safe manner. I highly recommend them. read more

I used Blue Shuttle for transportation in March 2018 from SFO to Cow Hollow motor inn. They had my plane flight and tracked me so when I called from the airport, the wait was just a few minutes. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The driver was polite, drove safely and knew his way around San Francisco. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone for efficient and reasonably priced transportaion to and from the San Francisco airport. read more

I am so impressed with the Blue Shuttle! After reading reviews of other airporters on Yelp I was a bit nervous and these guys have no reviews so I really took a chance on them. They called the night before to confirm - that felt good. Not only were they on time the next morning, they were 25 minutes early and were happy to sit outside and wait until we were ready. The driver was really courteous and helpful. When we came back on our trip, we just called before we got on our plane and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Done deal! read more

We were landing in Oakland after Bart would be shut down for the night, so we scheduled Blue Shuttle to take us from Oakland airport to San Francisco airport. When we landed , I called the number I was given and the driver was already there waiting for us. He was extremely professional and friendly, and provided door to door service at the terminals. Definitely a recommend if you are looking for airport shuttle service read more

This was such a stress-free and pleasant experience. We didn't have alot of people but had so much luggage I didn't want to take my chances with an Uber XL and went with Blue Shuttle because of their great reviews. Only after booking did I realize it was almost equivalent to Uber XL prices. I had made a reservation for a 10:30pm pick up. They called me around 8:30pm to confirm my pick up time. Right at 10:25pm they were right at my door to help me with my luggages. Abbas was very nice and helpful. There was PLENTY of room for my luggage in the van, and had seats for 8 people. It was a on-stop, direct drive to the airport and Abbas dropped us off at the shuttle zone across from my terminal which was very easy. I'm a very anxious person so it was a huge weight off my shoulders to have a very reliable, on-time ride to the airport. read more

I used Blue Shuttle Airporter recently for a trip from Brentwood to the Oakland Airport and return. Online arrangements and confirmation worked well for the shuttle, and I was contacted the morning of my departure for further confirmation. The rides both to and from Oakland airport also went well. Communication with the driver for pickup after my arrival at the airport was reassuring. I will definitely use Blue Shuttle Airporter again and will refer the company to my family and friends in the future. read more

Fantastic shuttle service to and from San Francisco airport. At the airport our driver was at our meeting point 5 minutes after calling him. On our return from San Francisco to the airport, he was at our hotel 15 minutes early. Nice, friendly efficient service at very reasonable price. Cheaper than a taxi or Uber. read more
