Excellent excellent communication from Manny in answering all my questions. A party van that I had rented from a different company ended up cancelling on me less than 2 weeks before the date. Last minute, Applause Limo was able to find a vehicle in-house well within our budget (they are extremely well priced!) and went the extra mile to help me out. I went with a different provider simply because we had to add more folks to our itinerary and I needed a bigger vehicle. Thank you to Applause Limo and Manny!

I'll add Red Eye Limo to the list of my bonehead discoveries. A few days before Christmas, I was planning to fly to the east coast. I realized that I hadn't made an airport parking reservation. I quickly got online and found everything sold out. Rather than ask friends to drive us to and from SFO at odd hours, I Yelped around and discovered Red Eye Limo. For a reasonable fee, we had a town car come to our home and take us and our luggage from Hayward to SFO. Priscilla did the reservations and was very professional and friendly. Ray did the driving, and was prompt, friendly and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. They also picked us up on our return. Here's our bonehead bonus: When we drive and park ourselves, we are *always* running late and have to rush through security to boarding in a panic (and a foul mood). Having Ray pick us up at a designated time ensured that we left when we intended. We had a relaxed stroll to our gate with time to chill before boarding. Will use again, absolutely.

Planning an itinerary can get chaotic, but Floyd made the bride to be feel less stress as everything was all taken care of and more. Their 20-passenger party bus was the perfect size for our group. Sharon made the booking process incredibly easy and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Their pricing was also much more affordable than other companies we looked at, so booking with them was an easy decision. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Leland, for being such an amazing driver! We'll definitely be booking with CLS Global Transportation again for future events, and I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and excellent party bus service.

I said we live 2 hours from the airport and that at that time of night p perfect. On April 24th we arrived back at SFO around 11:40 pm. We had gotten a text around 2 hours before stating that they would be there to pick us up. After getting our luggage we proceeded the Limo pick up for our ride. After waiting around 1/2 hour I called the number we were given. We were told that there were more cars and that we should look for a taxi. I said we live 2 hours from the airport and that at that time of night we say no one not even a taxi! We had a contract for a ride and and that someone needed to get us home. He then told me that the driver had fallen asleep and nothing could be done. Just to add to the story my husband is 79 and I am 72 and we had just come off of a 5 hr flight . Since they had decided to abandon us at the airport we decided to find a hotel and I told them that I expected them to pay for it. Not until the next day did anyone even told us they were sorry. They finally came the next day! I would never use this service ever again. The person that gave me the recommendation was mortified and also would never use the again. Kris had given us a 10% discount for the return ride but because of that he didn't even pay the full hotel bill. No one should ever use them if the ride is important! I gave one star because I had to!

Just.....WOW!!!! This company has made my son's prom a HIT!!!!…read more Oscar, I cannot say enough about you! You are kind, personable, sincere, generous and our families will never forget how special you made the Prom for the kids!!! Here's the deal- My son, his classmates and their dates, all have Autism. Coming from very diverse backgrounds, they all have one thing in common: their lives have not been easy. They have been bullied, beaten, under-loved and ignored. By teachers, the public that doesn't understand them, peers, etc. UNTIL they all met each other at the school they are SO blessed to go to NOW. MY son, in particular has endured A LOT and we have fought a hard fight against the school district and bullies, etc. This was my gift to him and his friends. They didn't care about riding around for hours or showing off. They cared about sitting in it with their friends and feeling those "feel good feelings" that many of us take for granted, daily. I decided to call around to see if we could get a limo to pick up the kids and drop them off. Maybe an hour, max 2, of time. I couldn't find people that would even call me back!!!! Oscar called me back in a matter of an hour! We all pitched in money to make it happen. MOST companies won't negotiate even if it is a special situation. This is what make Oscar exceptional. He made all of us moms, cry HAPPY tears. We have been through HELL and back not only with but, FOR our children. Oscar provided a limo for the kids and they were ECSTATIC!!!! They have memories that will last a lifetime, literally, because these kids do not forget ANYTHING!!! LOL!!! Oscar- THANK YOU!!!!!!! I'm almost crying typing this because, you made that night THAT special!!! I will post some pics and a video- their faces were awesome when they realized that the limo (that they thought was for someone else) was for them!!!! We will use Oscar again, EVERY YEAR. Not just because the kids deserve it (and believe me, they do!!
